🚨 Something is deeply wrong with what ICE and DHS are doing right now… and everyone needs to start paying attention now, before it’s too late. DHS is telling people to “self-deport,” but when someone actually tries to self-deport, ICE is locking them in private immigration prisons for months,...

🚨This is inhumane and beyond disturbing… A GREEN CARD HOLDER with cancer is being held in ICE detention, denied cancer treatment, for nearly a year… Not because she was convicted of a crime, but because DHS alleged something. No hiding. No cartel. No conviction. No due process. Just an accusation. Arbella “Yari” Rodríguez Márquez was detained based on a claim that she “assisted” someone at the border, even though she wasn’t hiding anyone, wasn’t evading inspection, and says she had no idea anything was wrong. That’s enough for DHS. She has cancer. She is being denied proper treatment. She has reportedly lost around 70 pounds. She is getting sicker inside a private detention facility while her case drags on. This is not about public safety. This is not about the law. This is about detaining people who would not normally be held, stripping them of status on paper, and warehousing them in for-profit detention centers that get paid per body, per day. Green card holders are supposed to have rights. Medical care is supposed to be a baseline. An allegation is not supposed to be a death sentence. Yet, here we are. This administration is allowing people to slowly die in custody over accusations that haven’t been proven, because the cruelty is the point and the contracts are profitable. If the government can do this to a lawful permanent resident with cancer, they can do it to anyone. This isn’t immigration enforcement. It’s state-sanctioned neglect, and people are dying for it.

🚨DHS IS HUMAN TRAFFICKING PEOPLE.🚨 And an ICE agent just accidentally admitted it on camera. In a video filmed in Maine, an ICE agent openly admits their current “direction” is not arresting criminals. It’s targeting people who are lawfully present… With valid work permits… With pending immigration applications… Who are actively following the legal process. That alone is a massive red flag. Then he lies. He claims ICE is doing this so people can “get through their court cases faster.” That is not how immigration court works. Being detained does not speed up cases... It delays them, restricts access to lawyers, and pressures people into giving up their rights. What he describes isn’t efficiency… It’s coercion. Then, after justifying detention, he asks if the woman came here on a visa. She did. Meaning she entered lawfully, has additional legal protections, and she should not be in a detention facility in the first place. He reassures the man she’ll “have access to bond”… Leaving out that bond is not guaranteed, often taking weeks, and is frequently set so high families can’t pay it. Meaning, they are stuck in the detention facility, when they shouldn’t even be there in the first place. DHS is arresting people who should not be detained. Holding them in facilities they don’t belong in. And forcing them to either give up their right to due process, or stay in the detention facility…while private prisons profit per body, per day. That is the definition of human trafficking under color of law. Paid for by your taxes. And this ICE agent admitted it on camera.

🚨BREAKING: ICE is human trafficking a U.S. Army Black Hawk pilot’s wife…and DHS is lying about it. Stephanie Carolina Kenny came to the United States in 2021 seeking asylum from Venezuela. She was processed and released into the U.S. and has complied with every ICE check-in. In 2023, she was granted Temporary Protected Status, and her asylum hearing was scheduled for 2027. She has no criminal record and has lived here continuously and lawfully under the terms given to her. She is the definition of “doing it the right way.” While building her life here, she met and married Chief Warrant Officer 2 Christopher Busby… an 11-year U.S. Army veteran and Black Hawk pilot who recently flew presidential security missions in 2025. Then, on December 5, 2025, she did exactly what she had always done… She showed up to her routine ICE check-in, and the government locked her up. They detained the wife of a man who has served this country for over a decade… Not because she broke the law, not because she is a danger… But because they can. At her bond hearing, the DHS attorney admitted he had not even reviewed her case file… and still argued she was a “flight risk,” pointing largely to the fact that she had recently gotten married… as if building a family and strengthening community ties somehow makes someone more likely to flee. Stephanie has been in the United States since 2021 and followed every rule they gave her. There is no legitimate reason to detain her. But, the Trump administration did it anyway… Because detention beds are funded and facilities are paid per head… the longer someone stays inside, the more money flows through that system. So, in other words… The Trump administration is human trafficking an Army veteran’s wife. And now, the Black Hawk pilot who served this country for over a decade, including protecting the President, is forced to beg the federal government to release his wife from a detention system that had no justification to take her in the first place. To this day, she remains in a Houston detention facility where she has lost at least 20 pounds, and the guards increase abuse as her case gains more publicity. When compliance leads to detention, lawful status means nothing, and the government admits it didn’t even review the file before arguing to keep someone locked up… the message is undeniable: Human trafficking is the goal. And they will keep trafficking her, for as long as they can get away with, unless people speak up.

🚨BREAKING: ICE is now going after former DACA recipients… not because they’re dangerous, but because they’re easy targets to detain so private prisons can profit. And this is what actually costs American taxpayers enormous amounts of money. Detaining people who pose no public safety risk, who would normally never be detained at all, is wildly expensive… and taxpayers are the ones footing the bill. Many former DACA recipients would typically be released, given bond, or allowed to remain free while their cases move forward. But, under this administration, immigration enforcement has shifted toward one goal: hitting arrest and detention numbers. When private prisons are paid per person, per day, every unnecessary detention becomes a revenue stream… and human beings become inventory. And that is what happened to Ernesto Cuevas Enciso. Ernesto came to the United States from Mexico in 1995. He was three years old. His baby sister, Miriam, was one. They grew up in Detroit. This is the only country he has ever known. Ernesto previously had DACA, but lost that protection after old, nonviolent misdemeanors surfaced during a renewal screening… something that happens to many DACA recipients, even for minor offenses from years ago. Today, Ernesto has legal work authorization through a different process and is actively pursuing a marriage-based green card. He is a construction worker, a husband, and the father of a one-year-old daughter. While near a job site in Ypsilanti, an unmarked vehicle approached Ernesto and another construction worker. ICE detained both men. Ernesto is now being held more than three hours from home at the North Lake Processing Center in Baldwin, the largest immigration detention facility in the Midwest. North Lake is operated by the private prison company GEO Group, which profits every single day Ernesto is kept locked up… while taxpayers pay the bill. Families, attorneys, and civil-rights groups have repeatedly raised concerns about freezing temperatures, inadequate medical care, and barriers to contacting legal counsel at this facility. Ernesto’s family and Michigan lawmakers are urging ICE to release him on bond. They’ve made it clear: Ernesto is not a safety risk. He has been following the legal process, working, supporting his family, and trying to become a lawful permanent resident. Instead, taxpayers are paying to keep a father away from his wife and baby… not because it makes anyone safer, but because detention numbers matter more than people. This isn’t fiscal responsibility. It isn’t public safety. It’s cruelty… and it’s costing all of us.

This woman walked into this ice cream shop and ordered an ice cream cone. When they handed it to her she told them she couldn’t pay for it. 😳 The employees said she had to pay for it. She didn’t have any money. She asks them if they are going to call the cops. This male customer sitting there chimes in and says if they call the cops he will be a witness. The woman said she told them she wanted it for free but the man said that’s not true. He said he watched her the whole time. She tries to put it down on the countertop but the employee tells her don’t leave it there. So she walks over and throws it in the trash. The witness tells her “this is what entitlement looks like” as she walks out the door. Some people said why not just buy the ice cream for her, to have a heart, because you never know what someone is going through. Others said if she had asked the right way and told them up front she didn’t have any money then maybe they would have purchased it for her but to come in and order and THEN tell them you don’t have any money is just wrong. This wasn’t a steak or a burger or a meal, I could see buying her those things to help someone out that is hungry but an ice cream is not a necessity. No one owes anyone anything. What do you think? Should one of them have bought the ice cream for her, given it to her for free? Or do you think she was trying to get something for free and trying to take advantage of them?

🚨This video is disturbing… and everyone needs to watch what is happening. ICE agents are using tactics that are putting people in impossible situations. And if we don’t stop this escalation, more people are going to die. Kansas enacted the HALO Act, which makes it a crime for people to knowingly get within 25 feet of law enforcement officers performing certain duties. That may sound reasonable on paper. Until you see how ICE agents are weaponizing it. In this video, a public observer drove into an apartment complex parking lot. Once she was inside, ICE agents boxed her in with vehicles, and then began demanding that she move because she was supposedly within 25 feet of them. She tells them she is stuck. She explains she cannot move. The agent ignores her. He tells her to back up… but she tells him there is a vehicle behind her, and she cannot. She is trapped in a situation ICE created. Her options? Attempt to drive through agents and their unmarked vehicles… and risk them claiming she used her vehicle as a weapon. Or stay where she is… and risk being arrested. This is how people get hurt. Law enforcement is supposed to de-escalate situations… not create impossible choices where a U.S. citizen has to choose between an action that could get them arrested… or killed. And everyone needs to be paying attention to this. Because when government agents are given more power, fewer limits, and more ways to justify escalation, this doesn’t just end with immigrants. It creates a government where anyone can be trapped in an impossible situation… and where your rights only exist if the people with power decide to honor them.

🚨 BREAKING: ICE is now disappearing Native Americans. ICE and Border Patrol are not protecting anyone. They are trafficking and disappearing POC under the cover of “immigration enforcement”... And now, in Minnesota, agents are taking Oglala Sioux tribal members, U.S. citizens, Indigenous people on their own land, and effectively vanishing them. Tribal leadership has been desperately trying to locate them. No charges. No transparency. No confirmation of where they are being held. Just federal agents grabbing unhoused Native men and refusing to account for them. If this were about undocumented immigrants, tribal members wouldn’t be on the list. If this were about “criminals,” tribal governments wouldn’t be searching for their own people like they’ve been abducted. This is what trafficking by the state looks like: • Target people who are poor, unhoused, or marginalized • Snatch them during coordinated raids • Move them between agencies and facilities • Refuse to disclose locations • Pretend it’s “procedure” They are doing this to Black, Latino and Asian communities every day… and now they’re doing it to Native people, the original citizens of this land, protected by treaties the federal government is legally bound to honor. When Native Americans can be disappeared by ICE, no one is “safe.” This is not law enforcement. This is not immigration policy. This is a system that treats POC as disposable bodies… and calls it national security.

This is how ICE/Border Patrol retaliates when U.S. citizens dare to question them. A woman is sitting in her car in her own neighborhood. An ICE/Border Patrol agent comes to her window. She calmly asks a basic question, “What are you doing in my neighborhood?” His response, “I can do whatever I need to do.” She says, “No, you don’t. Record this” And that’s when it happens. The moment she tells someone to record, the agent turns to his coworkers and says, “Guys, let’s find out their status.” Let that sink in. No suspicion. No probable cause. No crime. Just punishment for speaking up. She says, “Be my guest,” and identifies them out loud, “Everyone, this is ICE.” Now the agent comes back, demanding, “What is your legal status?” She refuses. Correctly. Calmly. Repeatedly. “I don’t have to answer that.” He insists anyway. He starts to say, “I have…” then stops himself. Because he knows he doesn’t have anything. No warrant. No authority. No legal basis. This is intimidation. This is retaliation. This is ICE using the threat of detention as a weapon against civilians who observe them, film them, or question them. When she tells him he should be ashamed, he deflects with the same tired propaganda, “Oh, for all the sex offenders we’ve arrested.” She challenges him, “Show me one. Show me one you have arrested.” And suddenly, he walks away. Because this was never about public safety. It was about silencing her. ICE does this over and over again, If you film them, they threaten you. If you ask questions, they demand your “status.” If you assert your rights, they escalate. This is not law enforcement. This is a federal agency punishing people for exercising their constitutional rights. Film them. Know your rights. That’s the part that scares them most.

🚨READ THIS. THIS IS NOT A DRILL.🚨 ICE has kidnapped a U.S. citizen. An immigration attorney, Victoria Slatton, has a client who was BORN IN MARYLAND, a U.S. BORN CITIZEN, and ICE took her into custody on December 16th. That alone should terrify you. But it gets worse. Her legal team filed habeas corpus, the legal protection meant to stop the government from disappearing people. A COURT GRANTED IT. The judge issued an injunction stating she: -CANNOT be deported. -CANNOT be moved out of the jurisdiction. Because she is a U.S. citizen. Born in America. ICE ignored the court order. Even after being given her valid U.S. birth certificate, ICE moved her anyway, transferring her to Louisiana, a location widely known as a final stop before deportation. Let me say this again, because it should make your stomach drop: THIS WOMAN WAS BORN IN THE UNITED STATES. DHS is now: -Ignoring a federal court order -Holding a U.S. citizen -Denying her access to her lawyer Her attorney didn’t stop at a birth certificate. They provided: -Immunization records -Sworn affidavits from people present at her birth - And has personally confirmation from the hospital that records of her birth exist None of it mattered. Despite overwhelming proof, DHS is still refusing to release her and is actively transporting a U.S. born citizen across state lines, in direct defiance of the court. This is not “border security.” This is not “law and order.” This is the federal government deciding it can erase citizenship on a whim.
