💬: While the war between Min Hee-jin and HYBE is still ongoing, NewJeans accepted the first-instance court ruling without filing an appeal... the ruling that said their exclusive contracts with HYBE (or rather, with ADOR under HYBE; I’ll just call it HYBE) are still valid. All of the NewJeans members accepted it. So people were like, “Then what does that mean?” It basically meant they were saying they would go back to HYBE. But within HYBE, at first they only planned to accept two members back, and they were wavering over what to do with the other three. Then more recently, this is what you’re seeing now, they decided, “We need to cut Danielle.” Why single out just this one member? This is something I’ve investigated, but I can’t give you exact details yet. There are probably multiple reasons mixed together. But there are a few prevailing interpretations. First, because the NewJeans members are young, discussions are often conducted together with their parents, almost as if the parents are acting as representatives. There’s a view that Danielle’s parents may have been relatively more hardline. Second, there’s the idea that you need to make an example out of at least one person... grab one, so to speak, so you can line up the rest and bring them under control. From that perspective, they decided they needed to single someone out to “set discipline.” At some point in the past, Danielle posted a photo that gave off the nuance that she might be working on something together with certain people. Now, when all five NewJeans members did other activities or pursued independent moves, they did so as a group. But in this case, she was the only one who posted something like that on her own, so she kind of stood out that one time. And based on that, this is just my own speculation, by the way, if they decided to latch onto that as concrete grounds, it would be incredibly easy to single out just one person. It becomes very convenient to frame it like, “Were you trying to work with other artists?” or “Were you trying to go to another producer?” That kind of narrative is easy to construct. So from my perspective, they singled out Danielle first, and, why? You know “divide and rule,” right? You break one person off, come down hard on them, and then show the remaining four, “If you step out of line, this is what happens,” basically grabbing them by the collar to keep them in check. This kind of thing has existed in the idol industry for a long time. At SM, for example, exclusive contracts used to be around 10 years, then after the JYJ incident they were changed to about 7 years. And when it starts to look like artists might not renew around the 7-year mark, companies don’t exactly send them off nicely. That kind of agency-specific culture might also be at play here, layered on top of everything else. In any case, it seems like Danielle was already marked, and that’s why they may have gone after her over something else. That’s why I think the likelihood that this was all planned has grown quite a bit.

The House of Representatives impeached President Donald Trump on December 18, 2019, after a White House whistleblower went public with evidence that Trump abused his powers by withholding military aid to Ukraine in order to dig up dirt on his rival, Joe Biden. In the complaint, the whistleblower claimed to have heard from White House staff that Trump had, on a phone call, directed Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky to work with his personal attorney, Rudy Giuliani, to investigate Joe Biden and Hunter Biden. The whistleblower who triggered the impeachment was a CIA analyst who was first brought into the White House by the Obama administration. Reporting by Drop Site News last year revealed that the CIA analyst relied on reporting by a supposedly independent investigative news organization called the Organized Crime and Corruption Reporting Project (OCCRP), which appears to have effectively operated as an arm of the United States Agency for International Development (USAID), which President Trump has just shut down. The CIA whistleblower complaint cited a long report by OCCRP four times. The OCCRP report alleged that two Soviet-born Florida businessmen were “key hidden actors behind a plan” by Trump to investigate the Bidens. According to the story, those two businessmen connected Giuliani to two former Ukrainian prosecutors. The OCCRP story was crucial to the House Democrats’ impeachment claim, which is that Trump dispatched Giuliani as part of a coordinated effort to pressure a foreign country to interfere in the 2020 presidential election, which is why the whistleblower cited it four times. In a 2024 documentary that German television broadcaster NDR made about OCCRP’s dependence on the US government, a USAID official confirmed that USAID approves OCCRP’s “annual work plan” and approves new hires of “key personnel.” NDR initiated and carried out the investigation with French investigative news organization Mediapart, Italian new group Il Fatto Quotidiano, Reporters United in Greece, and Drop Site News in the United States. However, according to a Mediapart story published the same day as the Drop Site News article, NDR censored the broadcast “after US journalist Drew Sullivan, the co-founder and head of the OCCRP, placed pressure on the NDR management and made false accusations against the broadcaster’s journalists involved in the project.” On December 16, Drop Site’s Ryan Grim posted a link on X to the 26-minute-long documentary. “NDR, Germany’s public broadcaster, is facing a censorship scandal and has defended itself by saying it never killed a news report about OCCRP and its State Department funding — b/c no report was ever produced to kill,” said Grim. “That was absurd — and dozens, maybe hundreds, of journalists knew it to be false, and now of course, someone has leaked it.” The journalistic collaboration revealed that OCCRP’s original funding came from the Bureau of International Narcotics and Law Enforcement Affairs of the State Department, and quotes a USAID official who says, “Drew’s just nervous about being linked with law enforcement,” referring to Sullivan. “If people who are going to give you information think you’re just a cop, maybe it’s a problem.” OCCRP does not operate like a normal investigative journalism organization in that its goals appear to include interfering in foreign political matters, including elections, aimed at regime change. Sullivan told NDR that his organization had “probably been responsible for five or six countries changing over from one government to another government… and getting prime ministers indicted or thrown out.” As such, it appears that CIA, USAID, and OCCRP were all involved in the impeachment of President Trump in ways similar to the regime change operations that all three organizations engage in abroad. The difference is that it is highly illegal and even treasonous for CIA, USAID, and its contractors and intermediaries, known as “cut-outs,” to interfere in US politics this way. OCCRP threatened to file a lawsuit against Public in response to questions we sent. “The premise of your article is factually false and defamatory,” wrote Miranda Patrucic, the Editor in Chief of OCCRP, over email. “The claim by Dropsite News and partner media that USAID has control over editorial appointments has been disproven and we suggest you read our response to that.” But neither OCCRP nor anyone else disproved Drop Site’s allegations and Drop Site stands by them. However, according to a Mediapart story published the same day as the Drop Site News article, NDR censored the broadcast “after US journalist Drew Sullivan, the co-founder and head of the OCCRP, placed pressure on the NDR management and made false accusations against the broadcaster’s journalists involved in the project.” On December 16, Drop Site’s Ryan Grim posted a link on X to the 26-minute-long documentary. “NDR, Germany’s public broadcaster, is facing a censorship scandal and has defended itself by saying it never killed a news report about OCCRP and its State Department funding — b/c no report was ever produced to kill,” said Grim. “That was absurd — and dozens, maybe hundreds, of journalists knew it to be false, and now of course, someone has leaked it.” The journalistic collaboration revealed that OCCRP’s original funding came from the Bureau of International Narcotics and Law Enforcement Affairs of the State Department, and quotes a USAID official who says, “Drew’s just nervous about being linked with law enforcement,” referring to Sullivan. “If people who are going to give you information think you’re just a cop, maybe it’s a problem.” OCCRP does not operate like a normal investigative journalism organization in that its goals appear to include interfering in foreign political matters, including elections, aimed at regime change. Sullivan told NDR that his organization had “probably been responsible for five or six countries changing over from one government to another government… and getting prime ministers indicted or thrown out.” As such, it appears that CIA, USAID, and OCCRP were all involved in the impeachment of President Trump in ways similar to the regime change operations that all three organizations engage in abroad. The difference is that it is highly illegal and even treasonous for CIA, USAID, and its contractors and intermediaries, known as “cut-outs,” to interfere in US politics this way. OCCRP threatened to file a lawsuit against Public in response to questions we sent. “The premise of your article is factually false and defamatory,” wrote Miranda Patrucic, the Editor in Chief of OCCRP, over email. “The claim by Dropsite News and partner media that USAID has control over editorial appointments has been disproven and we suggest you read our response to that.” But neither OCCRP nor anyone else disproved Drop Site’s allegations and Drop Site stands by them. Thank you to Maria Sarrouh and Adam Atkinson of CHCH News CHCH TV for reporting on the John-Paul Danko fiasco in City of Hamilton #CDNPoli #ONPoli #CDNPolitics #YHMCC CC: SWAP - Sex Workers' Action Program Hamilton Inc. @YWCA_Hamilton Andrea Horwath I emphatically implore #HamOnt City Council to consider the potential impact that accepting the two sentences could have on residents and constituents in Hamilton and their willingness to participate in democratic processes. Processes for which there are standards for holding public officials to account for their words, actions, and conduct. These type of statements – that I used social media to “enhance my media presence and stature in the community” by IC David Boghosian is patently untrue. The norms and conventions of social media are being willfully discounted by these statements. How I acted fits with those norms and conventions on Twitter and has no relevancy to this report whatsoever. What I did was lawful. If I violated any rule unbeknownst to me, it has not been said or pointed out. The focus must be squarely on the councillor’s conduct and not the impugned resident and constituent – in this case, myself. Social media is a valid medium through which residents and constituents express themselves – it is not wrong, illegal, defamatory, exploitative, or criminal to draw attention to others’ misconduct on social media. This includes but is not limited to: city councillors, HWDSB school board trustees, police officers, social (service) workers, and regulated health professionals to name a few categories. As a Mohawk College News nursing student, I will be held to the standard of the @CollegeofNurses, and thus would be held to account by the public if I insulted a patient, for example, or wrote something defamatory (i.e. untrue) on social media about someone else. Statements like these need to be assessed critically through a human rights lens as per the Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms Charter. Hamilton city council accepting the report in its entirety could have a silencing effect¹ and deter or censor residents and constituents (E. Noelle-Neumann, 1991) from being willing to express their statements, beliefs, and expressions² (Noelle-Neumann, E. 1991) if they experience or observe a lack of decorum or other unbecoming words, actions, or conduct from a public official. The Integrity Commissioner would not have even been able to make these statements had it been made by a third party. Those statements are not relevant or pertinent to the purview of the IC. We also need to understand the context: a Hamilton Police officer was also nominated the same night as myself, didn’t win one of the five @YWCA_Hamilton Women of Distinction awards, and then punitively withdrew their future fundraising proceeds from the YWCA Medora Uppal. When interviewed, the group of police who happen to be women (including Jo-Ann Savoie) made earlier commentary contradicted their later commentary in the media. They first said they were moving on to fundraiser for “other worthy organizations,” to @mr_lois_lane of CBC Hamilton and then directly quoted mycritical remarks as to why they withdrew the funding in later CHCH News interviews with Matt Ingram Given this, I implore the council to specifically ponder the potential muzzling effect that accepting those statements – particularly with regards to residents and constituents who have, do, or who may experience police violence. Yesterday, I contacted the Collin County District Attorney’s Office and the Frisco Police Department regarding statements made by Tiffney Billions in which she said she intended to reveal the names of witnesses - including minor witnesses - show their photographs, and “expose” them as liars. I made that report because the identities of minor witnesses were protected by the court for a reason. As the investigative journalist who has covered this case from the very beginning, I have spent months documenting this conduct. I have the recordings. I have the screenshots. I have the names. I have the timeline. If investigators need the evidence, I can hand it to them on a silver platter. Then, around 9pm last night, Tiffney went live. She was originally supposed to be live at 6pm. Despite what she had previously announced she intended to do, she changed the subject and never revealed the minor witnesses. She is now claiming that my previous post was “clickbait.” It wasn’t. And here is the recording of her threat to prove it. 👇 I have the video of her saying exactly what she planned to do. My post was based on her own statements - not speculation. I can’t say for certain why she changed course. But I believe the only reason she did not follow through with exposing those witnesses is because my post put a spotlight on what she had publicly announced, and she knew people were watching. If that’s true, then ask yourself this: Why is an investigative journalist the one standing between protected witnesses and people threatening to expose them? Why am I the one documenting the evidence, preserving it, notifying law enforcement, and sounding the alarm? At some point, my investigation has to end, and law enforcement’s investigation has to begin. That is how the justice system is supposed to work. I also want to make something else clear. There are plenty of people online repeating rumors, spreading misinformation, and amplifying the attacks. But after following this case from the beginning, I believe I know who has been driving much of it from the top. I know who the head of the snake. The people repeating the narrative are one thing. The people directing it are another. In law enforcement, you don’t solve an organized problem by chasing every person at the bottom. You identify the source. You identify the organizers. You focus on the people leading the conduct. Why aren’t these actions being thoroughly investigated? If there is evidence of people publicly stating they intend to expose protected witnesses, why isn’t the law being enforced? Why have individuals who publicly revealed the identities of minor witnesses DURING the trial, to my knowledge, also faced no consequences? Witnesses - especially children - deserve to know that when a court puts protections in place, those protections actually mean something. The public deserves to know that those protections are enforced equally, regardless of who is involved.

“HAMAS IS COMING" Following the Money at C and 3rd 🚨Many folks wonder WHO organized the bus caravan for the rally that even Kamala Harris now condemns for its protestors scrawling graffiti like "HAMAS IS COMING" on the monuments of Washington, D.C. As I heard reports of tear gassing, I went to Union Station yesterday and saw the ashes of the American flag, black graffiti still staining the bell and monument outside the train station. Another scrawl of graffiti said: "END ISRAEL. I COMEND [SIC] HAMAS." Another: "DEATH 2 AMRIKKKA." Another: "A NATION LED BY MUHAMMAD WILL NOT BE DEFEATED." 📍As an AmericanMuslim feminist and reformer, I find all these messages disturbing but my reporting didn't end because the protestors were headed home. It was just getting started. In this video, I walk you through the reporting that I did that journalists unfortunately are not doing, so that each of you can be empowered with facts and tools for citizen journalism. What is the biggest quality of a Nancy Drew or a Hardy Boy? Curiosity. And not being afraid of where the reporting leads you. Here’s an example of the apparent dishonesty of the MSP & DA Michael Morrissey’s office from day 1 in the #KarenRead case as they leaked knowably fabricated information to the local news claiming to have Ring cam surveillance footage of Karen Read striking & killing #JohnOKeefe with her car. They don’t and have never had ANY surveillance footage of John being killed or Karen hitting him. So that’s not a scriveners error. This reporting is from February 1, 2022 right around when Karen was arrested. DA Michael Morrissey, when offering evidence & commenting on the innocence of the involved or guilt of the defendant, in his video calling out the public (who are not DA’s) for “trying the case” on the internet/in the media, highlighted how statements made on the internet/by the public are not subject to the rules of perjury. It’s not like the news media can hold the DA’s office accountable to produce the evidence they claimed to have like in this news clip, as evidently Michael Morrissey is well aware of. Was this dishonest misrepresentation of the states evidence made in order to compensate for the lack of reliable probable cause to charge Karen? They had more probable cause on Brian Walshe on day 4 (the day they charged Karen) yet waited until day 17 to charge him. The fix was in rather quick it seems. Did you know in the Brian Walshe case, the same MSP crime lab had no problem turning around complex blood, DNA and other testing in that same timeframe? Despite having nearly 2yrs now, and it being long after the defendant, Karen, was arrested, the state still doesn’t have evidence test results. Additionally, in the apparent narrative push, the former CPD Chief Berkowitz personally contacted journalists at the time covering the story & requested they change or remove facts from their reporting, in effort to protect Brian Albert. There appeared to be a full scale effort by several individuals of authority across agencies to drive the narrative or use their positions of authority to influence the reporting of the facts to the public. The reporter, who Berkowitz contacted, likely very intimidated to be getting a call from the Chief of Police asking him to change factual info in his reporting, ultimately just removed his entire article altogether. If I’m not mistaken, I believe that journalist also discontinued his coverage of the case from there on out. If that’s not intimidation of the public or journalists, purely on the grounds of reporting public facts pertaining to the case, I don’t know what is. The arrest of the investigative journalist Aidan Kearney, by the very officers whose corruption he was exposing, further reinforces the concerted effort by LE in this case to intimidate journalists & members of the public from exercising their first amendment right. They did not like being scrutinized or those trying to hold them to account so instead they’ve tried to silence them with their charging authority. Happy Mahashivratri to everyone, including yellow journalists like Shyam 😇 Somebody shared an English video yesterday about some “fresh” allegations on isha foundation and Sadhguru. The first allegation is that girl children at Isha Samskriti Gurukul are being forced to meditate half naked. There are emails shown as proofs. First of all, hundreds of girl children are studying at Samskriti Gurukul of isha. Did anyone even think why did not a single girl child complained about this to their parents!? And why no parent has come out and spoken about it? Simple - because these are disgusting and false. Secondly, for anyone with decent knowledge of web development and html, it’s so easy to forge such emails. Some people have shown how to do it also. Isha foundation itself has categorically said that these emails are false. Thirdly, some days back 150 police personnel searched the isha Yoga Center in coimbatore. In their report submitted to the Supreme Court, they have given a clean chit to Isha that everyone is safe here and nobody is forced to do anything, including taking up brahmacharya. The enquiry team included psychiatrists, child protection officers and child welfare committee members to assess if any child is under trauma. After such a thorough enquiry with more than 500 people at Isha, if the Police says everything is safe at Isha, would they not have checked such emails, if they were even real!? Let’s come to the second part of the allegations - that a lady’s private parts were touched by Sadhguru. This is yet another disgusting allegation. First of all, this is not some new investigative video that these people have shot. The alleged footage is actually part of the Isha foundation’s own video on Kailash manasararovar Yatra, which is publicly available. These so called journalists have cleverly shown an image from only one angle only and not the entire video. Let’s see what the lady who went through it has to say about it. She has said that it has been a phenomenal experience for her (check the video). It’s not that the lady alone had gone through this meditative process that’s being alleged as sexual harassment but many gents have too. None of the ladies or guys have complained about any sexual harassment till date. All this is nothing but a desperate attempt by the ecosystem to attack isha and Sadhguru, basically because what he is doing to Sanatan dharma is enormous, especially in the missionary infested tamilnadu area. These are not new allegations by the way. The exact same things had been spoken about using a yellow journalist in tamilnadu and he failed spectacularly.
