I am beyond grateful. This tour was THE highlight of all highlights of my life. I had no expectations coming in, I just wanted to help take good photos, for the team and the blooms as well. However, I didn't expect that my heart would be so full of love and friendship after my own 'tour' of 8 states, and 11 cities in 23 days. I never felt exhaustingly tired, until now. Naramdaman ko na rin ang sakit ng katawan 😅 In retrospect, this was maybe because at every stop, from NY to SEA, everyone was all positivie vibes, walang epal. Everybody had a good time before and after each concerts. I never met anybody who said otherwise. TEAM BLOOM USA , I will never stop thanking the people leading this group for the trust and opportunity. If not for your hard work and perseverance, this will not come to fruition. And to the rest of the USblooms I've met along the way, thank you for making every stop memorable. To Team Bini, thank you for accepting me into your group. Working with you all was a breeze. I really appreciated the camaraderie and for giving me the chance to be my own creative self. I've seen now why BINI is so good because of the team that supports them behind the scenes, cares about each one of our walo. They held each other accountable and keep them grounded as well. To BINI, our walo, we are so proud of you all. Thank you for persevering despite all the doubt, for taking the challenge head on despite the uncertainty. You've conquered each stage with your aptitude, grit and determination. Congratulations for a job well done! It was an honor and privilege of mine to photograph and be a part of your journey. Honestly, I really felt the pressure the first time I had to photograph you, sino ba naman ako to take pictures of my idols. But everything became zero pressure as you made it easy for me. Thank you for being you, your sweet, malambing and fun selves. I started as a fan of your music, and of your personalities. Now and after I was given the ultimate chance as a bloom, to work with you, I end the tour with an even more deeper appreciation of your body of work and what you all do. You're setting the bar really up high as artists and as performers. Do not believe anyone who would say otherwise. To BINI, to the whole bini team, and together with the blooms worldwide, I will be borrowing the motto of the state of NY, a full circle moment for me, as it is where I started my own 'tour'. Coffee thoughts - New relationships This caught my attention yesterday. Candace you say Erika and you were never friends? You never had a relationship. Interesting. Now it makes sense on why the attacks on her. (Video 1) She started traveling with you guys immediately after Charlie and her met. I bet that was hard. Now Charlie’s attention was all on Erika. You love to tell the stories about you and Charlie and how you were on the road. But once she came along it was all her and Charlie. Bet that sucked. Hawaii had to be horrible. Everything changed. Is that why you jumped on George so fast? George and Charlie were not friends either. Charlie firing him from TPUK stopped that. You never went out to dinner or hung out as couples. That’s why the only stories of you and Charlie you can tell now is before 2019. You’ve alluded to Erika and new people in Charlie’s life started having his ear when he started dating her. That he changed. You make it sound like those people are why you were let go and he started lying to you. (Video 4) You weren’t even invited to the wedding. Wonder how you took the not being invited. I bet you flipped. It does make me wonder who the gang was you thought would get back together after Charlie died. What old gang Candace? Erika and you never had a relationship. You had already attacked everyone at TPUsa, DW, the Trump family and most of the Conservative Party. Why in the world would you think they wanted you around? (Video 2) You unfollowed Charlie on social media and deleted all the pictures Candace they knew you were nuts. Thats stalkerish ex girlfriend vibes Candace. He had fired you again in May 2024 when you needed him most after losing your job at DW. Did you have hope before that he’d come back and you’d be a duo again? Not only did he fire you, he put Ben who you absolutely detest and think is trying to bankrupt you in your place at the events. Ouch. Besties don’t do that. This is all why the attacks on Erika and everyone that was part of that gang that grey rocked you isn’t it? The ones that had you sitting in a basement and not on the stage. They all worked together to take you down. The fact Erika took Charlie and is in that gang and now has the job you wanted is eating you alive. Vengeance is your vice. (Video 3). Seedance 2.0 is allowing us to enter a new era of music video creation. Here is how I created HONEY. It was a quick test to see how well this workflow holds up. 🐝 1 - Write your song and generate the music with Suno 5.5. 2 - Use an image generator of your choice. For HONEY I combined both Grok Imagine for aesthetics and Nano Banana Pro for refined editing. 3 - In Capcut I import my audio and just save out a blank video video containing the audio. This step is important because this video file containing audio will now be used with Seedance 2.0 as a video reference with Omni. This allows the AI to apply automatic and realistic lipsync and movement to the music, it's extremely powerful! 4 - Once I have a both my image and video with audio as reference, I use Seedance 2.0 Omni and upload my starting image and then the video reference with the audio. 5 - From here I'm simply prompting like normal, specifying what's happening in my scene with detailed instructions, mentioning multi shots and camera angle changes and then specifying that the person is singing along to the song. I type out the lyrics that are present to have better lipsync accuracy. 6 - Once I have generated a video and like the result, I do video to video, so i upload that video that just got generated and type "The scene continues" and prompt new actions to take place. This allows you to expand on a narrative. These new shots can be used as B-ROLL and since I uploaded my video as reference I have full consistency of everything it saw in the video. This is also extremely powerful. 7 - This is actually the most difficult part. Edit in Capcut. This is where you need to understand pacing and shot selection from all the scenes you generated to bring it all together. You must be strategic with the editing. Goodluck! I'll probably record a video tutorial at some point as it's easier to see what is being done.

“What did you think of Lando being booed at race because people and I've seen it online as well say he doesn't deserve the title because McLaren favored him over his teammate. Do you think that's total nonsense?” Jacques Villeneuve: “That's a little bit ridiculous. When there was some booing in some races, that was embarrassing. You should never boo a driver that's clean, doesn't do anything dirty, on track is respectful, and on top of it is super fast. What's wrong with people? That was embarrassing. And, had it been that Piastri was a second a lap faster than him and somehow Lando was winning because a lot of things were happening, his car breaking down every time, then you could start thinking, okay, that's really not cool. That's not fair. But that wasn't the case. And in the second half, Norris has been faster right at the beginning as well, last year as well. So there's this whole middle of the season where Piastri was driving a lot better than Norris and was getting the points. Norris had an engine blowing up, not Piastri. And so those fans, they don't look at that either. You have to look at the whole picture, at the whole season. And suddenly if your favorite is starting to go backwards, you just got to bite the bullet and accept it. Your favorite is just going backwards. That doesn't mean that the other one is treated better or the other one is undeserving just because the one you're a fan of is not winning right now. That’s really wrong. If you're a fan of the sport, then you have to be a fan of the sport and understand when your driver is maybe not cutting it at this point in time, even though he was before and he will in the future again. It's all a question of timing. But that's the price we have to pay now with social media and how big F1 has become. It's very passionate. The people are passionate and once, you know, fans come from fanatism, you stop thinking, when you get in that mindset and it happens to all of us. You want something so much that you get attached and you cannot - it's hard to start seeing reality. So you will try to mold the reality to your thought process and if your champion is not winning then it cannot be his fault. It has to be something from the outside. It has to be the team destroying his chance or not favoring and so on and so on and so on. But there's nothing concrete behind those comments. It's pure fandom and it'll always be like this. And ultimately it's not a bad thing. You know drivers at that - sportsman at that level have to grow a thick skin. If not, you don't deserve to be there. You just have to have a thick skin because they're all very happy to get the compliments. They love it when it's just positive, but it gets balanced out with negatives and you need to be able to take and accept the negatives as well. It goes both ways. You cannot have the good. You just have to be a thick skin and know that it's part and parcels of what's going on. And in one month, it will be forgotten and maybe everything will change and it be the other driver that suddenly will be criticized and so on. So, it's just that's just the way it is.”

Tiago Forte has pioneered the concept of a Second Brain. As the author of two books, he's learned that quantity and quality aren't opposing forces. Here's what else he's taught me about writing: 1. The brain is for having ideas, not storing them. Write stuff down. 2. If you really want to learn something, don't just consume information. Create something about it. 3. Note-taking is a form of time-travel. You don’t just take notes to remember ideas. You also take notes to remember experiences. Reading your notes takes you back to a different state of consciousness. Note-taking is a rebellion against the entropy of memory. 4. Save only the best notes: Don't hoard information. Save only the top 5-10% of your ideas. That way, you can trust that everything in your note-taking system is high-quality. 5. Tiago’s dad is an artist who taught him an important lesson: the energy to create art can dissipate in small, invisible ways if you let it. Set up a structure where you have the peace of mind and the bandwidth to do art. 6. The ultimate goal of note-taking is to improve your ideas. Too many people treat note-taking as an end in itself. But the goal of note-taking isn’t to save information. It’s to have ideas you wouldn’t have had otherwise. To be smarter, faster, and more creative. 7. Link notes together. Organize your ideas by topic, not by source. As you browse your note-taking system, consider the serendipity you want to create for your future self. For example, if you read two books about a topic, link those notes together. 8. In school, we’re taught to research before we write. Do the opposite. Compile notes over time. Then, once you have an idea, start writing immediately — right when you have an epiphany. Start researching after you've written a draft. 9. Create evergreen notes. Like a good investment, the benefits of your note-taking system should compound in value. Save ideas that will stay relevant for many years. Read the classics, skip the news. 10. Tiago publicly tested every idea in his book. For most, the internet is a blackhole of distraction. But it can instead be used as a place to do low-stakes experiments before you go all in. 11. The more expensive the location for a writer's retreat, the more it forces you to be productive. 12. "Be regular and orderly in your life, so that you may be violent and original in your work." — Gustave Flaubert, one of Tiago's favorite quotes. 13. The less formal and “official” a software program feels, the better Tiago writes. And he believes some of the best turns of phrase come out in messaging apps with friends. Stuck on something? Close the word doc and text a friend about it. 14. Every time you compress an idea, you make it more accessible. But you also lose context, depth, and nuance. 15. The ultimate test of how well you understand something is how clearly you can explain it in writing — clear writers are clear thinkers. 16. Twitter can help too. Stuck on a paragraph while writing your book? Well, send a tweet about it. If the idea resonates, bring it into your book. 17. Too many choices can cloud our creative process. The key to making progress is knowing when to take in new information and when to shut off all sources of distraction. Divergence and Convergence. 18. Anything you might want to accomplish—executing a project at work, getting a new job, learning a new skill, starting a business—requires finding and putting to use the right information. 19. I will also carry this positive energy and happiness with me as I return to my daily life. I will live each day diligently, do my best, and stay well, so I hope that each of you will also stay well and healthy wherever you are. As I always tell you, the number one priority in your life should not be me. It should be you. So the most important thing, your number one priority, should not be me, nor Super Junior, nor 83z. It should be you. So please take good care of yourselves, cherish your lives, and I hope you spend each day wherever you are in a happier and better way. When we live each day well, the day we meet again will come, and we will enjoy ourselves together at the concert venue once again. I hope you spend your days like that. What I mean is, just because we’re going on a concert tour doesn’t mean you have to follow us everywhere without exception. If your circumstances allow it, if you have the time, the means, and a passport, then it’s okay to come. But if you don’t have enough time or your financial situation doesn’t allow it, please don’t push yourself or put pressure on your life just to attend. I always say this because I want you to keep your balance. When you are comfortable and happy in your own life, and then you look at me, you’ll be able to look at me with even greater happiness. But if your life is exhausting, stressful, and completely drained, you won’t have the room or peace of mind to smile and look at my handsome face. So when your lives are filled with comfort and happiness, I will do my very best to be that small mark, that tiny point of happiness in your lives. Also, as I said at today’s concert, the two of us in 83z made a promise to hold a concert at Tokyo Dome in 50 years! Hahaha. Fifty years from now, we’ll be around our nineties, and yet we still promised each other Tokyo Dome. That means we’ll continue to live diligently and do our best no matter how old we become. That’s what I wanted to say.

This is an almost 50 page document put together by an organization called Democracy Forward. ‌ And if you're interested in who they are, you should go take a look because it's littered with some of the most far left radical propagandist that I've ever come across. And if you go through this document, you're gonna notice that every one of the politically charged talking points that you've been hearing on this platform and others come from here. ‌ The idea that project 2025 is gonna ban contraception comes from here. The idea that project 2025 is gonna destroy the environment comes from here. The idea that project 2025 is gonna allow slavery to be reimplemented comes from here. The problem? None of that is actually in project 2025. And here's a perfect example. This is one section where it talks about how project 2025 is gonna eliminate a concept called disparate treatment theory, which is used to fight against discrimination, and they twist it to suggest that it's gonna be used to allow us to go back to a period pre 1965. The problem, even the citation on this article is wrong. If you go to page 72 chapter 3, it doesn't talk at all about the disparate impact theory. In fact, it talks about merit pay. ‌ So they're lying to people. And every one of the talking points, it's here. So I decided to check who's responsible for this, and what do I find at the very top, the chair of the Democracy Forward, Marc Elias. You know, the same Marc Elias who's responsible for bankrolling the Steele dossier, the same Mark Elias that the DNC had to fire for lying to a court and to a special counsel, and the same Mark Elias that the 5th Circuit Court had to sanction for filing false motions, and, yes, the same Mark Elias who was responsible for the drop boxes and the violating of state election law all around the country in 2020, that same guy who created the Russian hoax in 2016, an election interference specialist that the Democrat party turns to when they need to interfere in election is responsible for that. And that, my friends, is what is being used to destroy the Donald Trump campaign just like they did in 2016. ‌ They take a lie. They put it into the media. I WISHED THAT HEAVEN HAD VISITING HOURS 😭 A month ago today.......My beloved Mum passed away 😭😭💔💔💔 When someone you love becomes a memory, the memory becomes a treasure."...........🌼🌹 A beautiful soul in and out. We were beyond blessed to have you as our Mum. Where do I even begin????? My heart is broken in so many different ways💔 Deeply shattered and devastated 💔 😪 When Dad passed away on May 1st 2021, we knew it was going to be very hard most especially on you Mum. You and Dad were 5&6. After being married for 49 years....you were besties. You called him "kwatak nzugu" meaning "My Shoe" because you both did everything together. For the 33 years that you worked at Dental Centre @ ABU teaching hospital KD, Dad took you to work & brought you back home too when you closed. You had lunch & dinner together except for days where he was out of town. You never learnt how to drive because Dad was always available to take you everywhere. Loosing Dad, your soul mate, left you completely broken. You had struggled for 15 years with a neuro degenerating disease and every Doctor that came in contact with you said you were a walking miracle. Such was the faith that you had, not many will survive what your body endured for as long as you were able to . We knew it was going to be really hard for you carrying on with life without Dad. As your health deteriorated, we prayed like we never did, I had all the hope that you will be here with us for the long haul. We had dreams, we played out all the fun places we were going to travel to, we made a promise to Dad that we were going to take good care of you and will do everything humanly possible to give you the very best. I am glad that we did the best we could in the 2 years that Dad left us. It still feels surreal that you are no more here with us 💔 One thing I know for sure is that you have reunited with the love of your life...you struggled so much without Dad, we had one too many medical emergencies with you, days we thought we were going to loose you but then you will open your eyes and ask us to take you back home. Give Dad lots of hugs & kisses from me. I know for sure that you have reunited with your soul mate and the love of your life. I remember the wide smile you kept flashing at us whenever we call you 'Mrs Lucky" even while you were unconscious. I knew for sure that Dad was right there beside you holding your hands. If our words could make you stay and keep you here on earth for so many years, it would have happened. I will forever cherish the unforgettable memories we created with you in the last 2 years that we lost Dad. I lost count of the number of times we were in and out of the hospital but through it all we never lost faith. A strong woman of faith, your strength of character was unmatched and unrivaled, selfless & sacrificial.....you gave your all even to those whom we felt are undeserving of your love. You spoke your uncomfortable truth at all times. A phenomenonal mother you were. Everything we have and are today, we owe it to You and Dad. You both were amazing and gave us all that you could afford to. You had the most infectious smile, everyone who came in contact with you said that of you. You smiled all through your pain and had the most positive outlook all through your health challenges ✨️ You were our biggest cheerleaders and support system. The midnight prayers, the morning and evening prayers, waking up to see you at midnight on your knees saying your rosary for all for us, for our success and well being.....kai death 😭😭 I feel really lost right now and cant find meaning in what has happened . Loosing you and Dad in the space of 2years is something i never pictured would happened 😞 Life seems so incredibly cruel. Paul Verhoeven on whether the events that take place in "Total Recall" (1990) are real or just a dream: "It is both. To be honest, that’s what I want. I made the movie in a way that it would be true on both levels, and I spent a lot of time to get that. If you want a scientific explanation, you know, of course, in quantum mechanics there is a very interesting principle, the principle of uncertainty, Heisenberg’s principle. If you have a big object and if you try to measure the place of the object and the velocity of the object at the same time, the more precisely you measure velocity the less precise place gets. So that’s the principle. That means, of course, that there are different realities possible at the same moment. What I wanted to do in 'Total Recall' is to do a movie where both levels are true. I mean for me, of course, the film anyhow has to do with two realities, one being the reality of going as a secret agent to Mars and discovering that there is a problem, and solving the problem, which is starting the nuclear reactor and helping the guerrillas and destroying Cohaagen. The second level of the movie, of course, is that from the moment that he goes into the Rekall chair ‘til the end it’s a dream, and I tried to make that second level work throughout the whole movie. So there’s the dream level which starts when he gets into the chair and the thing is in his neck, and that would go throughout the whole movie, so in the next scene where they say, Oh, there’s a problem, there’s a big glitch here, that would be already the dream, of course. That’s where the dream starts. And the next scene where they are fighting and stuff would be part of his dream, convincing him that it is real, because there is a glitch but that would be part of the program. It would be built into the program to make him accept the fact that it’s real, but it’s a dream. If you look at the movie, if you haven’t seen it, or for the second time, you’ll see that the whole program that’s set up at the beginning when he goes to the Rekall office and he talks to this guy who sells him the program on Mars, you’ll see that he gets everything that he wants: he gets the trip to Mars, he gets the girl, the exotic girl, he ki!!s the bad guys, and he saves the entire planet. That’s what he does. And that’s basically the dream. Even halfway through the movie, you may remember, this other guy comes in, Dr. Edgemar, and tells him that he’s in a dream, that he’s still in the Rekall chair, and then Arnold says, “If I’m there, I can ki!! you.” And he puts a gun to his head and the guy says, “Sure, no problem for me, big problem for you, because you will be psychotic from now on because the walls of reality will fall apart. One moment you will be the savior of the rebel cause, the next moment you’ll be Cohaagen’s bosom buddy, but in the end—you will even have these strange fantasies about alien civilizations—but at the end you will be lobotomized.” And then if you see the movie, you realize that all these things happen. I mean he is lobotomized at the end. That’s why at the last shot, when they are so happy and kissing each other, it slowly fades to white, which for me meant, “OK, there he goes. That’s the end-that’s the dream—they lobotomized him.” And all the other things happened, he finds the alien civilization, he rescues the planet, he finds the good girl, he k!!ls the bad guys, but it’s a dream. Now, of course you can see it as a reality, too.
