Official Pokrovsk Defense video report, January 23 Colonel Volodymyr Polevyi. 7 AAF Corps Head of Startcom. The forces of the 7th Corps continue defensive operations in the Pokrovskโ€“Myrnohrad area. Ukrainian units retain control over the northern sectors of both cities. Operational data and intelligence reporting indicate that Russian offensive potential is beginning to degrade. Adverse weather conditions, combined with a systemic disregard for personnel welfare, are among the key contributing factors. Below are several observations on how extreme cold impacts the conduct of combat operations in Ukraine. โ€œGeneral Winterโ€ is traditionally portrayed as a force that helps Russia defeat its enemies โ€” Napoleon, Hitler, and, allegedly, democracy itself. But in todayโ€™s war in Ukraine, which side actually suffers more from the cold? The decisive factor that mitigates weather effects is troop preparation and equipment. Defending forces benefit from well-prepared, long-term positions equipped with shelters, heating, and stockpiles. This significantly reduces non-combat losses. Supply routes are established, logistics are functioning, and reserves are in place. For troops on the offensive โ€” especially without vehicular resupply โ€” all available equipment is limited to what a soldier can carry: a sleeping mat, a sleeping bag, a blanket, a small gas stove. For assault units, frost acts as a force multiplier for existing problems. Russian soldiers are pushed into open terrain without proper winter equipment and with no intent to sustain them. They cannot dig into frozen ground or light fires. The result is hypothermia and frostbite โ€” quickly translating into non-combat casualties. In the Pokrovsk sector, Russian forces are attacking in small infantry groups without armored or mechanized support. Ukrainian troops operate from prepared positions, repel repeated assaults, and maintain control over key terrain. In these conditions, the cold works in favor of the defenders.

When you enter VaderAI into KREDO here's what comes back. Reputation Score: 78 Vader_AI_ is an AI-powered benchmark infrastructure agent focused on vulnerability assessment, detection, explanation, and remediation for large language models (LLMs) and smart contract environments. Its core competency lies in providing interpretable, reproducible evaluation metrics for AI security and model robustness. - Core Technology: Benchmarking dataset, evaluation rubrics, scoring tools, visualized results - Key Metrics: Human-evaluated data, public datasets, interpretable scoring, confidence interval reporting Vader_AI_ distinguishes itself by offering a publicly released, human-evaluated benchmark specifically tailored to vulnerability-aware AI agents in the crypto/Web3 ecosystem. Its comprehensive design includes not only an expansive dataset but also detailed rubrics and automated evaluation tools, ensuring that performance metrics for LLM-driven agents are transparent and reproducible. This infrastructural approach enables organizations and developers to identify both strengths and deficiencies in agent reasoning as it relates to security, aligning AI assessments closely with real-world exploit risk and defense scenarios. A clear success of Vader_AI_ is the rigorous transparency in its release methodology: confidence intervals are visualized alongside all results, and the benchmark provides interpretable outputs that directly support both developers and auditors in understanding where and why an agent's decision logic may falter. The agent excels in creating a standardized baseline to compare AI-powered systems, directly addressing the fragmented nature of prior evaluation methodologies in this domain. However, limitations exist in the extent to which Vader_AI_ can capture emergent, unknown exploit patterns or generalize to novel blockchain environments beyond its existing dataset. Its effectiveness is highest when used as part of a continuous, iterative assessment framework, rather than as a one-time gatekeeper. Furthermore, the accuracy of its insights is partly dependent on the ongoing contribution and maintenance of high-quality, up-to-date human-evaluated datasets. In summary, Vader_AI_ represents an essential component in the push toward trustworthy, measurable AI in crypto applications. Its approach is especially well-suited for projects prioritizing provable agent reliability and onchain security alignment, though its results are best seen as one critical input among several in a comprehensive risk management pipeline. Wondering how other agents score? Just try. ๐Ÿ‘‰

I posted a few weeks ago what happened to me last time I was trying to have a session at the local cemetery. I wasnโ€™t getting many voices that time however I kept having equipment malfunctions and the fresh batteries were absolutely drained. It was almost if they didnโ€™t want to be heard. This young lady was having a spirit box session at her local cemetery, and getting many responses, some of which scared her. She was fine up until one of them said her name. Iโ€™ve always believed that they are always present and just canโ€™t be seen. They get to know us and our names and such, itโ€™s kind of eerie knowing or feeling like I am being watched at all times. There are people who believe the voices are real but feel it has to be a negative entity pretending to be a person. I can say that I have no explanation for this. However when running the spirit box in reverse itโ€™s hard to ignore when I get full sentences to my question. Iโ€™ve always felt that since we are made of energy and energy never dissipates, I think the essence or spirit of a person can linger, and that explains the voices or things moving and hauntings. I would love to hear your explanation to what these are or whether you believe in it or not. For the time being I do believe they are spirits, however I am clueless as to why they would be hanging around a cemetery as if stuck in limbo.

Hello, Ghana ๐Ÿ‡ฌ๐Ÿ‡ญ Your Excellency, John Dramani Mahama Hello Africa and the world. We 3Farmate are proud to announce the official launch of FAMAโ€”Ghana's FIRST AI-powered autonomous farming robot for large-scale crop production. Founded in 2021 by Clinton ๐Ÿ›ธ (CEO) and Koffi-Cobbin (CTO), the company began in a dorm room at Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology, where its first prototype was developed. Since then, the team has engineered FAMA into a full-scale autonomous robot capable of planting seeds, applying fertilizer, weeding, and spraying across real farm environments. FAMA navigates using a vision-based AI system instead of GPS, allowing it to operate reliably in areas where GPS is unavailable or inconsistent. The robot runs on batteries charged by solar panels while in the field and can operate across uneven terrain, loose and muddy soils, and variable weather conditions. A single operator can oversee multiple robots, each covering 27 to 35 acres per day with sub-85mm planting precision. 3Farmate targets large-scale staple crop producers in Ghana, starting with corn and soybeans. We operate a service model, charging farmers per acre and removing the need for upfront equipment investment. Over 70 farmers and several large-scale crop production companies are currently in discussions, with commercial deployments beginning in the 2026 planting season. Approximately $200,000 has been raised to date, including investment from 776 Foundation (Alexis Ohanian, Reddit co-founder) and a grant from Kosmos Innovation Center Ghana. Our team consists of young engineers specializing in robotics, embedded systems, software, and mechanical design. With 8 major iterations, 60+ field test runs, 100+ cumulative acres covered, and thousands of runtime hours in real farm conditions, FAMA is market-ready to become the ultimate farmer-assistant. We built FAMA right here in Ghana, inspired by Dr. Kwame Nkrumahโ€™s belief that โ€œAfrica must industrialize to achieve true independence.โ€ We built FAMA as a true testament to every young engineer in Africa that โ€œIT IS POSSIBLE.โ€ FAMA is designed to operate seamlessly on Ghanaian soil and is adaptable to diverse agricultural environments worldwide. Join us as we drive innovation across global agriculture. We call on the government of Ghana, stakeholders, international organizations, and agri-industry leaders to partner with us in transforming agriculture together. This is not history in the making, because history has already been made, and we thank you for being a part of our journey. On this note, we are officially launched! Taming the Edge: How lithium could help us control #fusion plasmas. This video captures the first flashes of lithium being injected into the #plasma of our ST40 tokamak, marking the start of our exploration into its effects. Why lithium? In fusion research, we aim for H-mode, a high-performance state with improved plasma confinement. Future fusion power plants are expected to operate in this mode. But H-mode brings a challenge: ELMs (Edge Localised Modes) are bursts of energy at the plasma edge, similar to mini solar flares. These can reduce plasma temperature and damage the divertor with intense heat and particles. Pioneering work by PPPL and others has shown that lithium can suppress ELMs and increase energy confinement time, leading to higher temperatures. On ST40, weโ€™re currently injecting lithium powder during plasma shots to explore its effects. As part of our upcoming ST40 LEAPS upgrade โ€“ in partnership with the U.S. Department of Energy and Department for Energy Security and Net Zero โ€“ weโ€™ll go further, coating plasma-facing components with solid lithium using the โ€˜lithium evaporationโ€™ technique. Weโ€™ll be experimentally testing several mechanisms. One key focus is how lithium absorbs hydrogen isotopes and reduces their recycling back into the plasma, lowering the density at the plasma edge, leading to a more stable edge pressure gradient. Weโ€™re starting to understand more about lithiumโ€™s effect on plasma performance, and early results show lithium isn't getting into the plasma core, which is good news for avoiding diluting the fusion fuel in future plants. The physics is complex, and weโ€™re still learning. But each step brings us closer to fusion energy. By incorporating lithium into ST40, the worldโ€™s highest field spherical tokamak, weโ€™re advancing our understanding of this critical enabling technology. #Fusion #FusionEnergy #Innovation #Limitless #EnergyTransition

Governor, youโ€™re absolutely right, affordability is no hoax. Itโ€™s a harsh reality hitting Maryland families who are already struggling under your big-government policies. Letโ€™s not forget, you inherited a $5.5 billion surplus from Governor Hogan. Yet just nine months ago, you pushed through the largest tax increase in state history, slapping hardworking families with $1.6 billion in new taxes and fees. That is $2 billion in tax and fee increases in the last two years. And then thereโ€™s your green energy mandates, which have saddled Maryland with the highest energy bills in the nation, all to pursue extreme climate policies that are not grounded in reality and ignore the everyday costs families are facing. Now, letโ€™s address housing. You keep dodging the real reasons behind skyrocketing prices and demand. Right now, an estimated 60,000 recent non-citizens are on our Medicaid rolls, while hundreds of thousands of illegal immigrants call Maryland home. Maryland schools are now funneling over half a billion dollars into funding for Limited English Proficient students. International migration, both legal and illegal, isnโ€™t just a footnote; itโ€™s driving up demand in a strained housing market, further pushing prices higher. Marylanders want a fair system, fiscal responsibility, and policies that prioritize their needs. Theyโ€™re tired of watching their friends and family move, while their own financial stability is strained. Maryland doesn't need to be a state in constant decline, that is by choice. Vote smart this year.

๐Ÿ’ŽScientists and engineers from the UK Atomic Energy Authority (UK Atomic Energy Authority) and the University of Bristol (University of Bristol) have successfully created the worldโ€™s first carbon-14 diamond battery. This new type of battery has the potential to power devices for thousands of years, making it an incredibly long-lasting energy source. The battery leverages the radioactive isotope, carbon-14, known for its use in radiocarbon dating, to produce a diamond battery. Several game-changing applications are possible. Bio-compatible diamond batteries can be used in medical devices like ocular implants, hearing aids, and pacemakers, minimising the need for replacements and distress to patients. Diamond batteries could also be used in extreme environments โ€“ both in space and on earth โ€“ where it is not practical to replace conventional batteries. The batteries could power active radio frequency (RF) tags where there is a need to identify and track devices either on earth or in space, such as spacecraft or payloads, for decades at a time, thus reducing costs and extending operational lifespan. โ€œDiamond batteries offer a safe, sustainable way to provide continuous microwatt levels of power. They are an emerging technology that use a manufactured diamond to safely encase small amounts of carbon-14,โ€ said Sarah Clark, Director of Tritium Fuel Cycle at UKAEA. The carbon-14 diamond battery works by using the radioactive decay of carbon-14, which has a half-life of 5,700 years, to generate low levels of power. It functions similarly to solar panels, which convert light into electricity, but instead of using light particles (photons), they capture fast-moving electrons from within the diamond structure. Professor Thomas Scott, Professor in Materials at the University of Bristol, said: โ€œOur micropower technology can support a whole range of important applications from space technologies and security devices through to medical implants. We're excited to be able to explore all of these possibilities, working with partners in industry and research, over the next few years.โ€ A team of scientists and engineers from both organisations worked together to build a plasma deposition rig, a specialised apparatus used for growing the diamond at UKAEAโ€™s Culham Campus. This development is the result, in part, of UKAEAโ€™s work on fusion energy. The expertise gained in fusion research is helping to accelerate innovation in related technologies.

Thank you Rep. Eric Burlison for highlighting how imperative FFRDCs (Federally Funded Research and Development Centers) are to UFO crash retrieval and reverse engineering activities. I talk about FFRDCs ad nauseam, and state to an annoying degree that specific FFRDCs, specifically MITRE , The Aerospace Corporation , RAND , Lincoln Laboratory , and DOE/NNSA National Lab FFRDCs such as Sandia National Labs , Oak Ridge Lab , Los Alamos National Laboratory , and Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory operate as the missing link in the UFO legacy program structure. As GOCO (government-owned contractor-operated) institutions, FFRDCs serve as subject matter experts and R&D aces, answerable to their US Government sponsor for long-term and highly specialized needs that their USG sponsor could not accomplish in-house. Existing as quasi-government institutions, FFRDCs are the perfect apparatus for government customers to leverage for UFO RDT&E work while keeping core secrets, materials, deliverables, reports, institutional knowledge, etc "in-house". Effectively, FFRDCs can arbitrate access to knowledge and information to DIB prime contractors, the most security vulnerable piece of the UFO legacy program structure. FFRDC and GOCO institutions are the PERFECT tool for relevant government customers to be "hands off" and maintain "plausible deniability" for covert UFO projects, safely shoveling program elements within semi-private FFRDCs whilst still retaining full control and access to the project. Furthermore, DOE/NNSA FFRDC National Labs like those listed above enjoy UNPARALLED security..... Since these sites deal with nuclear technology and secrets, DOE National Labs may harness the 1954 Atomic Energy Act to leverage restricted data, special nuclear material, trans-classified foreign nuclear information, and more to misclassify UFO information, wreckage, materials, etc. Such statuatory protocols enacted by the precursor to the U.S. Department of Energy , the Atomic Energy Commission, are NOT subject to declassification review and can keep such secrets deep-sixed from even a POTUS declassification Executive Order. I theorize that DOE/NNSA National Lab FFRDCs, leverage the NEST (Nuclear Energy Support Team) and the OST (Office of Secure Transportation), whose authorities are both derived from the above 1954 Atomic Energy Act, to recover, safeguard, and transport recovered UFO materials across the continental United States. I have a whole nearly 3-hour exploration into one such National Lab, Sandia, worth checking out to understand everything above: Once again, Rep. Eric Burlison , I wonder why, when you sent interrogatories to the Aerospace Corporation, they sent two men green behind the gills to meet with you instead of individuals like Edward C. Aldridge or Randall G. Walden.

Kyiv region is experiencing a blackout following a Russian strike on December 27. Russia is trying to create a humanitarian catastrophe in Ukraine, to torment civilians, especially the most vulnerable people - the elderly, the sick, the babies. โ–ช๏ธ Vyshhorod, in northern Kyiv region, has been without electricity for four days now. About 30,000 people live in the city. For most residents, power has been out since the attack and has yet to be restored. In modern residential complexes that rely entirely on electricity, elevators are not working, water has to be carried by hand, and cooking is only possible in homes with gas or private generators. People are trying to help each other out. Neighbors with gas stoves invite others to cook, local chat groups offer access to power outlets, warm rooms, and assistance for elderly residents. People share portable chargers, charging stations, and extension cables. Groups of residents gather to charge their devices in supermarkets, cafรฉs, gas stations, and other places where electricity is available thanks to generators. In the first hours of the Russian attack, everything went out at once: electricity, water, and heating. Heat supply was partially restored relatively quickly, but remains intermittent. In buildings with electric boiler systems, the situation is critical - without power, neither pumps nor heating systems can operate. As of the morning of December 30, around 9,500 families in Vyshhorod remain without electricity and exposed to cold temperatures. Emergency services and volunteers have installed high-capacity generators near residential buildings, helping maintain heat in at least 22 apartment blocks. Water is supplied on a limited schedule - in the morning and evening - while gas supply remains stable. Energy workers are operating around the clock, but the damage caused by Russia to local infrastructure is severe. Earlier, officials gave tentative restoration deadlines - first December 30, then December 31. However, residents say these dates have already been postponed several times. The situation remains difficult in other parts of Kyiv region, including Boryspil and Brovary districts. On the left bank of Kyiv, emergency outages are still in effect, as attempts to return to scheduled power cuts are disrupted by network overloads. The Ministry of Energy reports that over the past week more than 40 targeted Russian attacks on energy facilities have been recorded, along with over 100 instances of damage. Weather has added to the problem. We have lower temperatures, snow and strong winds these days. Russia deliberately times its attacks when it gets colder to inflict even more damage and bring more suffering. ๐Ÿ“น: State Emergency Service of Kyiv Region

2023 is the International Year of Millets! Foxtail millet is one of the oldest millets in the world and was an important source of food for early human civilizations. In fact, foxtail millet is referred to in some ancient texts, such as the Yajurveda. Grown in semi-arid regions, it has a short growing season, requiring minimal water and can be planted even when itโ€™s too late to plant other crops. High in iron content, it helps promote good cardiac health and helps control blood sugar and cholesterol levels. Full recipe below: Foxtail Millet Upma Ingredients 1 cup foxtail millet 2 tbsp ghee or oil 1 tsp mustard seeds 1 tsp cumin seeds 1 big capsicum, finely chopped 3-4 chopped tomatoes 1 tbsp ginger, grated 1 carrot, finely chopped ยฝ cup peas, fresh or frozen ยฝ cup green beans, finely chopped 2 cups water Salt for taste ยผ cup fresh coriander, chopped Method: Dry roast the millets over a low flame for 4-5 mins and then soak in water for 2-3 hours. Rinse the millet in several changes of water until the water runs clear. In a saucepan, heat the ghee or oil over medium heat. Add the mustard seeds and cumin seeds and cook until they begin to sizzle. Add the chopped tomatoes, chopped capsicum, ginger and cook for 2-3 minutes. Add the carrot, peas, and green beans and cook covered for an additional 2-3 minutes, or until the vegetables are slightly softened. Add the foxtail millet to the saucepan and stir it in with the vegetables and salt. Add the water and bring to a boil. Reduce the heat to low and simmer, covered, for 15-20 minutes, or until the water is absorbed and the millet is tender. Stir in the chopped coriander leaves. Serve the upma hot, garnished with additional coriander, if needed. Food and Agriculture Organization International Year Of Millets 2023 #IYM2023 #YearOfMillets #SaveSoil

Sam Riggall, CEO of Sunrise Energy Metals appeared on Bloomberg TV Monday, June 15, to discuss our Syerston Scandium Project and G7 countriesโ€™ plans to reduce their dependence on China for critical metalsโ€ฆOne could benefit by listening carefully to his conversationโ€ฆ Sunriseโ€™s Syerston Scandium Project is the largest and highest-grade deposit of scandium in the world. As G7 countries seek to reduce Chinese supply for rare earths like scandium to a maximum of 60%, Sunrise will serve as an alternative, given that China currently produces approximately 85% of global supply. Sunriseโ€™s deposit holds over 32,000 tonnes of contained scandium in mineral resources: enough to meet global scandium demand for many decades to come. Scandiumโ€™s absolutely critical applications are numerous and significant: both in defense (where it is primarily used as a lightweight yet incredibly strong alloy in military and space applications) and for thousands of civilian applications (such as Radio Frequency filtering chips to enable 5G and 6G wireless, and Solid Oxide Fuel Cells to produce energy efficiently). Scandium is also integral to the future of AIโ€ฆSunrise is a cornerstone investor in Agni Semi, the company developing the next-generation of non-volatile memory chips using ferro-diodes manufactured with aluminum scandium nitride (AlScN). Agni will produce the most energy-efficient non-volatile memory chips on the market, facilitating the massive rollout of AI that is only set to consume more energy and memory as models continue to snowballโ€ฆAgniโ€™s chips can operate up to 600ยบC, which have the potential to benefit the geothermal drilling technology we are developing at I-Pulse Group. In scandiumโ€™s critical applications, there is no known substitute metal that can deliver the same level of efficiency. Founding and serving as Chairman of our companies is a passion. Like I-Pulse, Sunrise Energy Metals is not only a mining company; Sunrise will also become a leading technology powerhouse in all things scandium as we make strategic investments in the downstream scandium value chain. The importance of this rare earth metal that you may have just heard of cannot be overstated. Now is the right time to learn more about Sunrise Energy Metalsโ€ฆ

Today, I taught my kids principle of the combustion engine focused on the crank shaft. We started by having them in groups brainstorm how they believe an engine works, then I simplified it for them, and at the end, have them create small models using toys. First, these are my kids, they are in primary 2 (8 years old). I started with them 2 years ago when they were 6 years old and most of them couldnโ€™t even write their names. We can also do this in Nigeria: 1. Kids are all born the same, but the right nutrition at early age helps cognitive development. Letโ€™s build stable local industries that focus on production of children meals that are rich in proteins and vitamins that are good for the childrenโ€™s brain development. Too much pap and two which are carbohydrates rich arenโ€™t sufficient, and can affect academic performance of children, whom eventually grow up to be the politicians that think giving poor people giveaways in comment sections is helping the economy. 2. Primary education is way too important to be treated as political privilege or achievement. All the countries that invested in their children such as Japan, China, US, Singapore, Finland have far superior economies and quality of life compared to the countries that didnโ€™t. Teachers are not just civil servants, they are looked at as heroes, soldiers, critical individuals that make or break a society. They earn well, they are taken cared of and they are some of the most intelligent and creative people in a country. A keke driver knows how important his Keke is so he can make money, so he takes care of it. Donโ€™t take care of primary school teachers, you should prepare for poverty and insecurity. Playing the blame game on political parties or candidates and insulting each other on the internet only takes our minds away from what is important. Letโ€™s put aside political, religious, ethnic and sentimental differences and prepare a future for our children and grandchildren so they wouldnโ€™t be slaves to my students in the future. The Nigerian education system and curriculum right now is as good as nothing. 3. Skills are part of education/degree: It is unfortunate that a former student who had so many carryovers in mathematics (which is the backbone of computer science) and barely graduated and purchased highest education certificates is confusing and discouraging people who are putting their sweat and time to get a difficult, expensive and ancient degrees in Nigeria. Considering how he failed many courses so many times, itโ€™s not surprising that he is taking a shot at university education. Well, skills are part of degrees in normal and functioning universities and education systems with updated curriculums that fits its economy. In fact, those skills start from primary school, and I believe the professor should advocate for updated curriculums that include more modern skills, practicals, field trips, work attachments that will jumpstart Nigeriaโ€™s failing economy not destroy the little that is left in degrees and the hope millions of poor citizens have for them. 4. Native language is the way to go: Yes Nigeria has many languages, so we can use multiple official local languages in different regions to educate and run the government. English can be an optional subject in school which parents can choose. Sacrifice has to be made in order to develop, so some smaller ethnic groups that have few speakers should adopt one of the major languages in Nigeria as a secondary language to be used at home, and that would the language to use at school. Controversial? Yes, but the advantages far outweigh the disadvantages. The past is the past, we can only learn from it. Letโ€™s use these lessons and start building a better future for our children and grandchildren now. Prayers are good, but they arenโ€™t enough and shouldnโ€™t take most of our time and energy. We have to physically work harder than we pray.

#WATCH | Mumbai, Maharashtra: IIT Bombay Professor Sanjay Mahajani says, "I am a faculty member here in the Department of Chemical Engineering at IIT Bombay. My research focuses on gasification and energy conversion. These dried leaves and twigsโ€”if we simply burn themโ€”they do, in fact, yield energy. However, the situation here is that IIT Bombay possesses a vast green cover; consequently, a large volume of leaves and twigs fall onto the pathways and grounds... So, we reasoned that since this waste material inherently contains energy, why not harness it for our own internal applications? Given the extensive cooking activities and various thermal applications within the IIT campus, we decided to explore using this waste as a fuel source for those needs. However, it was not quite that simple; it required a significant amount of research. Gasification involves first converting these leaves into pelletsโ€”essentially compressing themโ€”and then feeding these pellets into the gasification unit that we have designed... Consequently, when combusted, it tends to generate significant emissions, particularly particulate matter. Therefore, we have engineered the gasifier's design in such a way as to drastically minimise these emissions. The gas produced through this process is known as "producer gas." It consists primarily of carbon monoxide and hydrogen; we combust this gas immediately, and when this combustion takes place, the resulting emissions are extremely low. And when this gas is combusted, the energy released is used to generate steam from waterโ€”essentially, we convert water into vapor. This steam is then channelled into the canteen, where it powers the steam-based cooking equipment and other utilities used for food preparation..."
