The Solana TCG scene is getting crowded, so I dug through it and made a curated map. ๐ŸŽด Bookmark this if youโ€™re into packs, cards and onchain collectibles. Core Solana first ๐Ÿ‘‡ โ€ข Collector Crypt One of the main infrastructure layers for tokenized TCG on Solana. Vaulted graded cards, digital packs, instant sellback, physical redemption and onchain ownership. โ€ข Gacha A dedicated pack-ripping platform for graded cards. Digital packs, real collectibles and global redemption, with a clean consumer experience. โ€ข gachasports Sports cards meet pack ripping. Powered by Collector Crypt, but focused on real sports collectibles instead of the usual Pokรฉmon/One Piece angle. โ€ข phygitals Physical collectibles connected to digital ownership. Cards and other real assets become easier to trade, track and move through crypto rails. โ€ข Artifacte A broader collectibles and RWA project. Cards are part of the picture, but the angle extends into luxury collectibles and gacha-style mechanics powered by Collector Crypt. โ€ข BONKUJI An onchain oripa-style project for Pokรฉmon/One Piece grails. The distinctive part is the connection to the wider BONK brand and culture, which makes it feel very native to Solana. โ€ข Token Rips Not really TCG, but worth including for the pack mechanic. Instead of opening packs for cards, users open packs for Solana tokens. Same โ€œrip and revealโ€ behavior, different prize layer. โ€ข PokeRescue A Pokรฉmon-focused collector tool around graded cards and NFTs. More about discovery, alerts and finding opportunities than classic pack ripping. โ€ข CollectorRoll 1v1 Pokรฉmon pack battles on Solana. Two players open packs against each other, and the best pull wins the pot. โ€ข Slabz A Solana collectibles arcade. Games, packs and real cards, with more going on after the initial rip. โ€ข dm.fun A broader Solana consumer app with pack ripping inside. Chat, trade, meme, predict and open Pokรฉmon packs in the same app. โ€ข Rosentica: One Arena A gameplay layer for TCG collectors. Online battles with real-world TCG cards, built with MagicBlock and powered by Collector Crypt. โ€ข TheCollectorGroup Live pack ripping with a Solana-native feel. Buy, queue, watch the rip on stream, then view or redeem cards through the site. โ€ข Pull.Fun Graded slabs with verifiable odds. Inventory-backed pulls, instant settlement and trade/redeem mechanics. โ€ข RipRip.io A straightforward digital-to-physical pack model on Solana. Open packs online, then ship or redeem the real cards. โ€ข Solflare - The Solana Wallet - Not a TCG project but Solflare Packs matters because it brings pack opening directly inside a crypto wallet (powered by Collector Crypt) Multi-chain and Solana-supported ๐Ÿ‘‡ โ€ข Packy.GG A multi-chain pack platform for Pokรฉmon/One Piece collectibles. Packs, races, battles, raffles, buybacks, withdrawals and SOL support. โ€ข Beezie A tokenized collectibles marketplace expanding into Solana. The arcade angle stands out: claw machines, transparent odds, authenticated collectibles and redemption. โ€ข DYLI A broader collectibles platform. Collect digitally, own physically, ship globally. More marketplace/infrastructure than pure TCG app. โ€ข Shiny A broader collectibles and entertainment platform. Less focused on one mechanic, more on the collector experience around cards and related assets. โ€ข Monster A trading card collecting platform with an active pack-opening experience. Focused on making trading cards easier and more fun to collect online. โ€ข Grailed Digital packs and pack battles around collectible cards. The focus is on opening packs, competing with others and shipping the real cards. โ€ข Verity A premium collectibles platform with provable ownership. Still early, but already experimenting with gacha-style drops and physical collectible ownership. Which one have you tried? And which one caught your attention the most and why?

GM Crypto Trenches, Today, Art Meets Innovation: My 3-Day Journey with Kite AI ๐ŸŽจ๐Ÿช They say art is how we express what words canโ€™t, and for me, Kite AI isnโ€™t just a project. Itโ€™s an inspiration. Over the past three days, I poured my heart into creating a hand painted mural in doodle style, a piece that celebrates the spirit of Kite AI and the vision it represents. From mixing my own paints to priming the walls to sketching and coloring each line, every step was a dialogue between creativity and purpose. It wasnโ€™t easy. Between the long hours and not feeling my best, I still kept going because I truly believe in what Kite AI stands for: a world where intelligence, identity, and innovation connect. This mural isnโ€™t just art on a wall. Itโ€™s a story of dedication, belief, and the beauty of building something bigger than yourself. To everyone pushing boundaries in tech and creativity, this oneโ€™s for you. To KITE AI, thank you for inspiring me to turn vision into color. ๐Ÿช๐Ÿ’ซ What just happened in KITE AI lately? GoKiteAI just secured investment from Coinbase Ventures ๐Ÿ›ก๏ธ, joining Paypal Ventures and General Catalyst in backing the future of autonomous AI payments. With Kite now natively integrated with the X402 Agent Payment Standard, AI agents can send, receive, and reconcile payments autonomously, the foundation of the coming agentic economy. I painted this mural to show what conviction looks like, and Iโ€™m proud to stand behind a project building the rails for the future. Who are the masterminds behind this great project? I'm only pointing this out, as I think Ryan Cohen has his letters lined up, ready to fire at will, with some devastating Cannon blasts. Especially if the Board of eBay wants to force this into a hostile takeover. Ryan, imo, has more material to sink every one of those folks, expose their greed, inappropriate relationships, and more material evidence of the reasons why they might want to protect their exorbitant compensation. All the while, sticking it to the common stock shareholders, the people that pay their salary, benefits, in-house happy hour bill, and more, with a list too long to recite. Certain eBay board members apparently like to hob nob with the Milken scene. You know, the Beverly Hills conferences, the high finance hedge fund types, after parties at Jimmy Kimmel's venture capital company called Wheelhouse360. Talk about birds of a feather. In 2025, this eBay board member shared a seat on a panel of experts on AI at a Milken conference. The one other panel "expert" that caught my eye was Carl Icahn's friend (not), who Carl forced his resignation as CEO of Illumina in 2023, for making a foolish Acquisition, devastating shareholders with a decline of 62% in their stock price and $50B of Market Cap. All the while, the "independent board" was dead set on overpaying that CEO deSouza in 2022 by increasing his compensation to $27M, which was an 87% increase from the year prior. Carl explained in his Illumina Letters, that the acquisition deSouza pushed for was doomed from the start, as the Feds still hadn't approved their product to be used in the U.S. and would never get approval from the Fed. And guess what? They didn't get approval, and Carl was right. From Carl's letter to his fellow Illumina Shareholders: "Illuminaโ€™s letter is penned by incumbent Chairman John Thompson and begins with the phrase, โ€œAs Independent Chair of the Board of Illuminaโ€ฆโ€" "We wonder how Chairman John Thompson and CEO Francis deSouza can continue with straight faces to minimize their extensive relationship. We find this difficult to accept when CEO Francis deSouza publicly stated in November 2021: โ€œIโ€™ve known John over the last 15 years, as sometimes a boss, many many times a mentor and ALWAYS A FRIENDโ€" "We also remind shareholders that, despite Illuminaโ€™s stock declining 62%, resulting in $50 billion of value destruction, the incumbent board of directors saw fit to reward CEO Francis deSouza with an 87% increase in compensation to $27 million in 2022" Me personally. I can't wait. I think RC has these rats backed up into a corner, and he is fired up and ready to start playing Whack-A-Mole..strike that..Whack-A-Rat. Which, imo, is the same reason, why MSM is slamming RC too. They are cooked, and they know it. ๐Ÿ€๐Ÿ”จ...๐Ÿ˜‚

Every major decision in human history has been made the same way. Guess. Execute. Hope it doesnโ€™t break the world. That era is ending. Simile CEO Joon Sung Park just revealed what the most serious AI researchers are actually building toward. Park: โ€œOur goal eventually is to ask ourselves what would it mean if we can create simulations of 8 billion people? The entire Earth.โ€ Not a metaphor. A literal, bottom-up digital replica of civilization. We assumed the ultimate goal of AI was to predict the future. Park says thatโ€™s thinking too small. He points to The Oracle in The Matrix to explain the real paradigm shift. Park: โ€œYouโ€™re not necessarily here to make a decision. Youโ€™ve already made that decision. Youโ€™re here to understand the decision and why you made that.โ€ AI isnโ€™t a crystal ball to tell us what happens next. Itโ€™s an x-ray to show us why. Think about how civilization actually operates right now. We guess. We pass a law. We shift an economic policy. We launch a product. Then we wait a decade to find out if it broke the world. The simulation ends that. Before a government passes a policy, they run a dry-run on 8 billion digital agents. Before a company ships a product, they trace the exact moment the market breaks. Park: โ€œCreating these kind of bottom up simulations where we can actually go back and trace through the audit logs of how society might unfold is an amazing way to gain that interpretability layer of our reality.โ€ Let that phrase land. The interpretability layer of our reality. We spent the last twenty years extracting data from the physical world. We are about to spend the next twenty years using that data to build a mirror world. One where every policy gets stress-tested before itโ€™s enacted. Every product before it ships. Every decision before its consequences become irreversible. Park: โ€œIf you want to shape new policies, new products that would actually serve the people, the best way is actually to understand those people and communicating with them at a scalable way to basically create those policies.โ€ We are not moving from ignorance to prediction. We are moving from blind execution to total societal foresight. And once that capability exists, everything changes. Wars modeled before theyโ€™re fought. Economies stress-tested before they collapse. Policies run through billions of digital lives before a single real one is affected. Reality becomes the place we execute what the mirror world already proved would work. The ultimate application of artificial intelligence was never about replacing human judgment. It was always about perfecting it. We arenโ€™t just predicting the future anymore. We are rehearsing it. And when you can rehearse the future before you live it, the most catastrophic word in human history finally becomes extinct. That word is surprise.

๐ŸŠ REVIEW TIME ๐ŸŠ Orange Z Grown and sold by Curaleaf Florida โญ Overall: 9.5/10 This is probably the most talked about bud Curaleaf has right now and honestly for good reason. One of the pickiest people I know and a good friend gave this a 9/10, and Iโ€™m pushing it even further with a 9.5/10. The only reason it isnโ€™t a perfect score is I wish the flavor punched just a tiny bit harder. Other than thatโ€ฆ man, this bud is straight out of this world. โธป ๐Ÿ‘€ Bag Appeal Absolutely stunning. Super orange hairs, beautiful vibrant green buds, and absolutely coated in crystals. Sticky, fresh, and looks like top shelf the moment you open the jar. ๐Ÿ‘ƒ Aroma Smells like heaven. Straight up sweet oranges blasting your nose as soon as you crack it open. Loud, fresh, and inviting. ๐Ÿ‘… Flavor Sweet citrus upfront with that classic Z aftertaste lingering on the exhale. I just wish the flavor carried a little longer, but itโ€™s still very enjoyable and clean. ๐Ÿ”ฅ Burn Perfect burn. Ash was white, smooth smoke, and the resin ring was massive and crazy. One of those joints you just stare at halfway through. โšก Effects Top tier sativa vibes. Amazing focus, super happy, energetic, and motivating. This is a perfect daytime opener for anything productive or creative you have planned. I was typing this review full speed and feeling great the entire time. ๐Ÿ’ฐ Value Life is beautiful when you can get bud like this for 50 dollars a half on Fridays. Absolute steal for this quality. โธป ๐Ÿฌ Final Thoughts If youโ€™re looking for a sweet citrus wake up with that tasty Z finish, this is the one. Easily some of the best Curaleaf has to offer right now. Iโ€™m genuinely excited to see the new phenos and genetics coming next. Itโ€™s only up from here. Curaleaf is taking over the market and I donโ€™t care what anyone says. Everyone else better step their grow up if they want to compete. Never thought Iโ€™d say that about Curaleaf, not gonna lie ๐Ÿ˜‚๐ŸŠ๐Ÿ”ฅ

Ali Ghodsi never wanted to be CEO. In 2015, he was interviewing for a professor job at Berkeley when the Databricks board handed him the interim title. Revenue that year was $1.5M. This episode with Ali Ghodsi will go down as one of my favorites. 10 things I took away: 1. Focus the entire company, orders of magnitude of attention, on its single biggest bottleneck. Like a laser, almost to an extreme. The cycle is 1-3 years, not weeks. If your focus changes weekly, then youโ€™re just in firefighting mode. 2. There is nothing worse than a conflict-averse CEO. They are wonderful people, but they are in the wrong job. Conflict is the gym for a CEO: nobody likes it, but everyone has to go. 3. Study your enemy carefully, understand their weaknesses and apply your strengths to those weaknesses. Snowflake had 2x his revenue. He didnโ€™t copy them. He found three weaknesses (proprietary, no AI, expensive) and hammered them account by account for four years. Watch the competition, never follow it. 4. The concept of a Lakehouse was ridiculed internally and online. No one wanted to market with this new term. So he made the whole company religious about it anyway, killed the ads that converted better without the word, and put it in the sales comp plan. It worked. All hands on deck, no exceptions. 5. Be willing to take a step back for a much bigger vision, even when the company is already succeeding. At multiple hundreds of millions in ARR, he was unhappy, because the vision he pitched investors wasnโ€™t the company he was running. So he took one step back to go ten forward. 6. On the flat org, player-coach model that a lot of people have talked about this year: โ€œitโ€™s BS.โ€ Separate how the company thinks (AI, ontology) from how the humans get managed (they are after all, still humans). His staff meets 3x a week. I asked if it could just be coordinated in a Google doc. His answer: do you meet your wife and kids, or coordinate that in a Google doc? 7. His test for a sales leader: can they build the car, or just drive it? Ron Gabrisko, the Databricks CRO, had seen $0โ†’50M and $50โ†’100M+, and hadnโ€™t changed jobs in 10 years prior to joining. Now he has been the CRO for over a decade. He built and drove the car the whole way. That almost never happens. 8. Hire execs ahead of the curve because by the time you need them, itโ€™s too late. A real search takes 6-12 months. The extra time helps you increase false negatives and decrease false positives. Do an insane number of backdoor references because 80% of โ€˜front doorโ€™ references are bs. 9. The best salespeople are not super technical, so stop trying to force them to be. Square peg, round hole. The best win with professional aggression, high EQ, and mapping the real power base (how decisions get made high up in an organization), not technical depth. 10. Yes, your best AEs will annoy people. One of the first at Databricks got a meeting nobody could get, but got banned from the customerโ€™s building for it. He told Ali, โ€œwhat are you complaining about? I got the meeting.โ€ Professionally aggressive is the bar. One bottleneck, zero wussing out. He reminds me of Elon Musk that way. MUSANGANO WE GORE... ABRAHAMA , ISAACA na JOCOBO varidzi ve CHINAMATO...๐Ÿ™๐Ÿฝ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿฝ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿฝ Chero uriwewo ukanzi please donate ka US$20 MILLION every year ku CHURCH ine varume vanoimba mimhanzi inonakidza kudai, I'm sure you'd equally do so WITHOUT ANY HESITATION...๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚ Then MWARI vobva vazokuti ka change tu ma US$2 MILLION, unotsvagawo 5 zvima prominent PENTECOSTAL CHURCHES woisa apo ne apo just to balance and show the world kuti MWARI MUMWE CHETE SE ZUVA... ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿฝ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿฝ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿฝ What a WONDERFUL and BLESSED weekend it was indeed as we celebrated our annual festival MUSANGANO WE GORE in CHIRUMHANZI. My love for JOHANNE MASOWE CHISHANU is something I can never adequately explain. This church has shaped generations through PRAYER, DISCIPLINE, HUMILITY, UNITY and an unwavering belief in the ALMIGHTY. Kana tasvika paMASOWE, zvinhu zvese zvepanyika tinozvisiira panze โ€” we come before GOD as equals, barefoot, humble and grateful for the gift of LIFE. This year's gathering was exceptionally well planned and organised under the dedicated leadership of MADZIBABA MOSES GWANZURA and MADZIBABA OWEN VELVET. Gentlemen, your commitment to the CHURCH, your organisation and your tireless service will not go unnoticed. I firmly believe that those who sacrifice their time and energy for the WORK OF GOD must also be appreciated while they are still alive to enjoy the fruits of their dedication. It therefore gives me great pleasure to OFFICIALLY CONFIRM that you are now BOTH proud owners of a BRAND-NEW 2026 RANGE ROVER AUTOBIOGRAPHY each. ๐Ÿš™๐Ÿš™๐Ÿ”ฅ๐Ÿ”ฅ In addition, on collection please accept US$50,000 CASH EACH for your fuel and personal use, more importantly, I am buying each of you a HOUSE WORTH US$500,000 in ANY SUBURB OF YOUR CHOICE IN ZIMBABWE. ๐Ÿก๐Ÿก๐Ÿ™๐Ÿฝ Enjoy these blessings with your families. You have served faithfully, and today we simply say MAITA BASA MADZIBABA... To me what made this perhaps my MOST SPECIAL CHURCH DAY OF 2026 was not even the gifts but it was standing there and seeing that AMAZING LINE of hundreds of brand new BUSES and CARS, packed with fellow church members arriving to worship. What a sight!!! ๐Ÿ˜ญ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿฝ... To see the fruits of our collective efforts physically moving people to and from CHURCH gave me an indescribable feeling. GOD IS THE GREATEST... MUNONDIPASA MANYEMWE!!! ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿ™๐Ÿฝ For me, giving to the CHURCH has never been about competition or showing off. It is about using what GOD has blessed us with to make His work easier, to improve the lives of His people and to leave the CHURCH stronger for the generations that will come after us. Buildings, transport, welfare, education, infrastructure and support for those who dedicate their lives to serving GOD must continue receiving our attention. Ndinoti TODAY, TOMORROW , MARONDERA ku MASOWE handibve !!!Makandi wana ndiriko MUCHANDI SIYA NDIRIKO...๐Ÿ™๐Ÿฝ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿฝ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿฝ I am yet to sit down with my SPECIAL WIFE AND BEST FRIEND as we begin planning NEXT YEAR'S BUDGET FOR THE CHURCH. Strangely, I still feel that perhaps this year we may have FALLEN SHORT and could have possibly done much better in other important areas. ๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚ So we will review everything carefully and identify where we can improve, because when GOD continues blessing us, our responsibility to bless His Church and His people must also continue growing. There must be a CLEAR AND UNMATCHED DISTINCTION when it comes to JOHANNE MASOWE โ€” in our discipline, our unity, our organisation, our infrastructure, our love for one another and above all, our unwavering devotion to GOD. Not because we are better than anyone else, but because excellence in the HOUSE OF GOD must always speak for itself. That's when you will all truly understand what we mean when we proudly say JOHANNE AKA TUMWA... ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿฝ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿฝ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿฝ

how Iโ€™m building fractl for a $10M exit in 6 months, so I can produce my dream musical ๐ŸŽค๐ŸŽฌ I don't know how ๐Ÿคท๐Ÿผโ€โ™€๏ธ That's what the show is about ha. Figuring it out, in real time. Wish me luck lol fractl's new docu-series โ€˜โ€˜The Crypto Hustleโ€™ launches feb 26. Final-fucking-ly. thank you Superteam Canada & Solana for the funding and for making Episode 1 possible ๐Ÿฅฐ For those of you who are new here, hiiii ๐Ÿ™‹๐Ÿผโ€โ™€๏ธ my name is Rime Salmi, I'm an artist who accidentally built the biggest investor network in web3. And now we're producing a 12 episode documentary about how I'm working my way back to being an artist, with funding. the origin story. when I crashed with the last crypto cycle, back to zero (plus tax) at my grown age, I had to ask myself what the hell I was gonna do with my life. I always just wanted be an artist. With agency. So i worked and paid for everything, studio, music videos, started a record label, all that to keep my artistic freedom, for my entire career. Had some success, lots of failed experiments, lots of tears, and lots of fun. After I lost everything to the terra luna crash (mistakes were made ๐Ÿฅฒ), I had to figure out how I would fund the dream next. I needed a break from the emotional roller coaster of trading crypto, so I went back to school for the grant money (thank you government of Canada). I relocated to madrid for a change, and started making tiktoks. Skits that I thought were funny. Skits that i thought were risky but honest and necessary. Iโ€™ve always loved saying out loud what others are ashamed to even think ๐Ÿค“ if you follow me on ig or tt you know ha I was having a blast. Creating all day. Some tiktoks took off. Ones that felt very personal. I felt seen. I was at my happiest, filming, editing, singing and pretending to listen in class, for the grant money. Then it hit me. That's what i want. I wanna be telling stories. I dont wanna be just a singer, just a songwriter, just an actress waiting for auditions to come my way. I wanna do it all, tell more stories, write and produce them. soโ€ฆA musical? But I hate musicals ๐Ÿ˜ญ why do they start singing in the middle of a conversation?!? whyyyyy A musical for people who don't like musicals??!!! ๐Ÿฅน Thatโ€™s it!! A MUSICAL FOR PEOPLE WHO DONT LIKE MUSICALS ๐Ÿคฉ DONE. So from the lowest of my finances, in the middle of career confusion, with a bruised ego from failing so miserably at my first crypto cycle, I found something great to get excited about for the rest of my life. I needed to validate the feasibilityโ€ฆ because I know Iโ€™m a dreamer who gets shit done, but Iโ€™m very much a idealist. so I asked my good friend of mine and the producer of my first 2 albums Benny Adam (now a rising star, this is me clout chasing) for advice. I asked him: โ€˜is this too much? For me to wanna produce a whole as* Netflix series, music and all?? Heโ€™s the most talented, ambitious yet realistic guy I know. And I knew he would tell it to me like it is, but kindly. Because heโ€™s also a nice human ๐Ÿซถ๐Ÿฝ โ€˜So?? Is it too big of a project??โ€™ He pausedโ€ฆ I looked at him, hopeful ๐Ÿฅน โ€˜Ya. Itโ€™s a reeeally big project ๐Ÿ˜•โ€™, he said. Fuck. and then he paused, again. Just tell me, I thought. Tell me aaaall the reasons this is a bad ideaโ€ฆ ๐Ÿ˜ž beat. โ€˜But if anyone can do it, itโ€™s youโ€™ cue inspiring battle field music Reeeallyyyyy? ๐Ÿฅน I teared up. Iโ€™m tearing up now writing this. Because at that low point in my life, thatโ€™s what I needed. Just one person who really knew me, to remind me, despite my circumstances, of who I am and what Iโ€™m capable of. That Iโ€™m crazy, yes, but in a good way ๐Ÿ‘‰๐Ÿฝ๐Ÿ‘ˆ๐Ÿฝ Shokran Benny. I donโ€™t think you know how much that meant to me (Iโ€™m gonna tell him again because heโ€™s on episode 4 of the Crypto Hustle ha) Ok. So. Musical it is. When I ran out of back-to-school government money, and needed to be an adult again, I reintegrated the crypto space, with a purpose. I called my friend and mentor Armando Pantoja and asked him what he thought I should go for in terms of job (I needed a break from entrepreneurship). He said โ€˜Iโ€™ve seen you at conferences, youโ€™re really good with people, you know marketing, and you actually understand crypto. He said go to conferences, youโ€™ll figure it out. Just show upโ€™ I did. I showed up to eth denver 2022 and I started the first iteration of what became fractl as an influencer marketing agency, because I saw a good skill-market fit and because I couldn't find a job lol but I hated it. I dont wanna manage influencers, I don't wanna manage artists. Iโ€™m an artist, I would never manage me, that's crazy ๐Ÿ˜‚ One thing led to the other I became a fractional CMO. An opinionated one ๐Ÿค“ I found myself always trying to lead founders towards personal storytellingโ€ฆ suggesting they put themselves out there more. I really believed that it would help them build trust in a space that so desperately needs it. Then, I started hosting our investor events (to get leads for the agency), and saw the struggle of founders building and fundraising at the same time and the original idea for this show started to form. We need bolder marketing in this space. What if we followed these founders around the world at all these conferences and followed their journey, building a company, raising, launching a token, failing. In these ruthless markets, with the drama of personal sacrificesโ€ฆ I could see it so clearly ๐Ÿ˜ƒ So I started pitching it. THE BEST MARKETING CAMPAIGN EVER GUYS!! WHO'S IN?? No one. I couldn't convince a single founder of the vision.๐Ÿฅฒ Maybe I wasnโ€™t qualified enough in their eyes to carry out such a big vision, following multiple founders on a 6 month production around the world. They were probably right lol But Iโ€™m also a little crazy. And really really stubborn. That's something right?? A few months later, inspiration still strong, I told pablo erminy who's worked on multiple Netflix shows about it and he said: โ€˜why dont you just tell YOUR story? You have a great story, people will wanna watch you build in public to fund your artist dream. As a first reality tv production, one story is more than enough to handle.โ€™ Wise man. Maybe i did underestimate how complex a multi-lead, international, real-time, film production would be ๐Ÿ˜ฌ Done. because I know great advice when I hear it. PIVOT! ๐Ÿ›‹๏ธ So thatโ€™s how โ€™The Crypto Hustleโ€™ was born. This journey I was trying to sell to other founders, I would do it for myself. show not tell. Now the funding. I tried selling the project to sponsors on and off for over a year, between the normal fractl operations, hiring, training, firing, messing up, learning. And only ended up spreading myself so thin, that I neglected the core business. Company became a mess (for others reasons too, that I will come up on the show, hint: boys) Bottom line is, we lost more money than we made, trying to sell a show. I should've known. Film fundraising is a producerโ€™s full time job lol Fast forward 1 year, 2 pilots and a near bankruptcy later, Iโ€™m now launching Episode 1 from Korea and just wrapping episode 2 from Hong Kong. No funding. (except for Episode 1, thank you again Superteam Canada ๐Ÿฅฐ) Fuck it. Might not be the big production I had envisioned, but all the core principles and the emotions, and team talent is there.. An MVP. Now. because waiting for things to align would just delay this indefinitely. And because I have more conviction than ever. not only in authentic storytelling as the best marketing, but also because my soul needs this. I need creativity to keep going. If i stay too long in business mode without publishing art, stories, songs, dances, funny skits, I find no reason to wake up in the morning. Not to be dramatic, but I really only wanna be an artist ๐Ÿ˜‚ Also, the timing IS ideal. because in my mess, I got lucky ๐Ÿฅฐ I found a production team that felt right instantly. Love at first meeting. not only are they aligned with the docu-series concept, but with the end vision too. The cultural impact I wanna have with the musical. vegetable Badr, Momo, @JuicySocialAgency, you're my favorite part of 2026 ๐Ÿซถ๐Ÿฝ So here we are. About to launch episode 1. Documenting the process of building fractl for a $10M exit in 6 MONTHS, so i can produce my dream musical ๐Ÿฅฐ Itโ€™s about to be epic. Or a massive failure, in public. can girl with the pink hair make this happen? ๐Ÿ‘€ let the adventure begin ๐Ÿ’šโ˜บ๏ธ full episodes will be on my youtube channel. go subscribe ok?

Earlier today I made a big move in anticipation of this announcement. In a single transaction, I locked 500 million coins...forever. A movement does not belong to the person who lit the match. It belongs to the people who carry the flames. As Iโ€™ve mentioned publicly, Iโ€™m dealing with an ongoing family crisis involving my children. It has taken a real toll on my mental health. On top of that, the daily pressure of โ€œdo more to pump our bagsโ€ - when Iโ€™ve already done more than any person leading a CTO in this space ever has - is disheartening at best. And beyond all of that, Iโ€™m losing some of my passion for crypto in general. For $WhiteWhale holders: yes, there is a continuity plan. While permanently locking $13 million worth of supply should be the greatest parting gift I could give you, I know the The White Whale Meme Official page needs to stay active and keep producing fresh, creative, and funny content. My dear friend and loyal companion @vincenzomaiett has agreed to selflessly take on that responsibility. DEX LP operations will also continue under one of the sharpest LP minds I know, with my ongoing oversight behind the scenes. When you look at my record - with millions given to charities on-chain, millions distributed to members of CT, and millions more spent accumulating a more proper supply structure for $WhiteWhale - the reality is that, since 10/10, I have officially given more to crypto than Iโ€™ve taken from it. Iโ€™m okay with that. I believe in karma. I donโ€™t believe good deeds should be performed with the expectation of reward, but I do believe the universe provides in due course. I came into crypto deeply passionate about what I believed it represented: the original promise. Permissionless finance. Decentralization. True financial freedom. Ironically, the reason for my prior success in this space is the same reason Iโ€™m now losing my passion for it. Before 10/10, I had accumulated nearly $100 million in PnL from a trading thesis that began with a very simple assumption: everything is manipulated. From there, my thesis evolved into this: a traderโ€™s job is to identify the signs of manipulation and move in harmony with the Apex Predator class, rather than becoming its prey. Eventually I had to confront the contradiction in that. How can I be passionate about free and open finance while operating under a thesis that says, at its core, itโ€™s all a lie? That kind of cognitive dissonance has a cost. It shows up as stress, guilt, shame, and anxiety when your actions no longer align with your beliefs. Knowing something academically - and even profiting from that knowledge - is one thing. Seeing how the sausage is made with your own eyes is another. Running a coin opened my eyes to a lot. On one hand, if I ever go back to trading, Iโ€™ll be better equipped than ever, with sharper instincts and a deeper understanding of the brutal arena that is crypto. On the other hand, itโ€™s hard to feel excited about magic internet money when you know how much of this space actually works. The sad truth is that founders and thought leaders in this space know what I know, and many of them know much more. That is part of why we need to break the culture of idolizing founders. We praise them as honorable people building better tools, but underneath it all, they know just as well as I do that much of what they are building on top of is rotten to the core. And yes, I believe a beautiful cake sitting on a pile of dung eventually takes on the taint of dung. But the reality is that there is not much anyone can do about it. That is one of the consequences of so-called decentralization. Crypto is global. You cannot regulate an entire planet. A VPN and a protocol hiding behind the letters D-E-X mean that nothing will ever fundamentally change because somebody in power decided it should. If real change comes, it will come organically - when the people stop feeding the machine. And while those comments are about crypto more broadly, let me say something directly to the trenches. is a cancer on this space. You know it, I know it, and yet you keep engaging with it. Its entire business model is built on volume and volatility. The trenches are fragile because they were designed to be fragile. Iโ€™ve been preaching liquidity design and liquidity shape for months now. But hereโ€™s the harder truth: most of you would not show up for a proper liquidity shape. Because the 1,000x fantasy would be mathematically reduced, even though very generous returns could still remain on the table. You have been sold a dream with odds closer to a national lottery ticket than an investment opportunity. You see the occasional winner and cling to the hope that one day it might be you. Meanwhile, the real winner is the machine that keeps you playing. Narrative matters far less than mechanics. If narrative alone were enough, Punch would have broken through the way its mindshare deserved. With all that attention, and with all that narrative weight, it still could not break the nine-figure curse even while being actively crimed. Only a couple of coins have managed that in recent history, and $WhiteWhale was proudly the first. Same with Kilroy - the original meme, an incredible narrative, and still: crickets. Because mechanics matter more than people want to admit. (I am not an active holder of any examples I've given). So this is me stepping away from CT. Not out of hatred. Not out of self-pity. And not without love. My biggest reward from my crypto journey has been meeting some really wonderful avatars from all across the globe. (Ironically the really nasty avatars are the worst part of all of this) I am choosing my children. I am choosing my mental health. I am choosing to step back before this space takes any more from me than Iโ€™m willing to give. For long ago in life I learned that you're no good to anyone if you're not okay. And right now, I'm not ok. And it's okay to admit that. To the people who truly believe in me, believe in this movement, and stood beside me through all of it - thank you. I will carry that with me. Always. This was always for you. I trust you'll continue to bear the torch. And as for the future: Iโ€™m not closing the door. Maybe one day, when the storm has passed and the fire returns, Iโ€™ll have something left to say. Maybe one day Iโ€™ll come back. But if that day comes, it will be because itโ€™s authentic and not because I feel the public pressure to "dance puppet, dance". In the mean time...take care of yourself, and each other. Protect what's worth protecting, and abandon the things that aren't. ๐Ÿซก From the depths โ€” The White Whale ๐Ÿ‹

The most epic 13 minute AI rant I've heard in 2026 PS: My parent's heard this when I was playing it in the car and thought Jason โœจ๐Ÿ‘พSaaStr.Aiโœจ Lemkin went OFF like Stephen A Smith does on first take PPS: Full transcript below [17:00] Harry Stebbings: I I just wanted to ask Jason, if the people that we want are fundamentally different, the developers that we used to hire, we don't because AI writes the code for us. The marketers we don't want, the sales people we don't wantโ€”who who do we want genuinely? Like what is the attractive profile? Because your Anthropicโ€™s and your OpenAIs are hiring, so so what are the people that we want in the companies of the future? [17:18] Jason Lemkin: Look, I know it sounds trite, but but the answer is simple. It's just the expression each year changes. We want folks that are genuinely AI fluent. It's pretty simple. Now you know, maybe last year we called them prompt engineers, right? That used to be a job. I don't know if you remember that actually used to be the hottest job on planet earth. Now no one needs a prompt engineer because it's pretty easy to prompt all these tools. That job died. Okay. Um and now we need go-to-market engineers. Um I think that job's going to die. We needโ€”everyone needs so many forward deployed engineers. Like you can't hire enough forward deployed engineers. But uh you know um but Palantir just announced in whatever their their big their big eventโ€”they've gotten their deployment times down over 90% with forward deployed engineers. So that may becomeโ€”so the this wave of disruption for the titles and the specificity, it's also exhaustingly accelerating. But it's really simple. You meet anyone for any roleโ€”sales, marketing, engineering, product, QAโ€”they're they're either they're either they can't keep all of the ways they use AI to accelerate their job from spewing out of their mouth, or they're staring at you. It's there's nowhere in the middle. Like, and the person that comes in and saysโ€”it's it's it sounds Captain Obviousโ€”but like, you know, you just had the whatever from Lovable, the the marketing head that was super popular on the show, right? She's just spewing AI-native insights into Lovable, right? It's not that complicated. You hire her, Elena, or whatever it is. You just hire her. It doesn't matter whether she's still in college or a junior or a senior or a middler, a left or right. And honestly, if you interview people, I would say of all even of the best startups I've invested in, maybe 30% of the management team meets this standard at best. 30%. Maybe less. And of the interviews I do in general, it's single-digit percents. It's just and in in that sense, it's the same as ever. Like you either lower the bar in hiring or you hire someone that's actually great. And someone that's actually great is so far ahead of you in how to apply to to employ the efficiencies of AI in their role, your jaw falls on the table. The difference is we used to need warm bodies. That's what's changing. We used to need warm bodies to answer the call, to do QA, to do code review, to to get the blue pixel to go from the upper left to the lower right. You laugh, but you need you literally needed to brute force this with humans. With AI, every day that goes by, the AIโ€”you do not need brute force human beings on your team. And that's another reason they're shrinking. Why are all these new companies so efficient? They're just not brute forcing things with humans. They're just not. They're choosing not to. And so these teamโ€”all the brute forcers out thereโ€”everyone talks about how bloated teams got in 2021. I don't agree with that. I think they got as big as they needed to be when growth was high and you needed humans to do everything. All you look at these teams that that doubledโ€”well if growth continued at 60% like the rate in early 2021 for 5 years or can help me do the math and every single thing a software company did required a human. You were understaffed by your 2021 headcount. You'd be sitting here in 2026. You every office in SoMa would be triple packed and you there wouldn't be enough humans to staff your company. It's just the world changed. [20:33] Harry Stebbings: Jason, you live on the bleeding edge. I think me and Rory see that and I think the world sees that when they hear you every week in terms of how you run SaaS. For all of the CEOs and execs who listen to the show, what would you advise them in terms of determining whether someone is AI fluent when they meet them for jobs, for talent? [20:51] Jason Lemkin: Here's I realized I was just asked this. I just did a review with a super fast startup growing just crossing 100 million and I was asked this question. And one of my favorite executives, I thought his answer was pretty dated and because he gave me an answer that was about 6 months old. The answer 6 months old is: "I look for folks in my team, I look for you know at what tools they play with." Okay, that was a great answer in like summer of 2025. Okay, I tried Lovable last week. Okay, the answer in 2026 is: "What commercial AI tool have you brought into your organization this month?" That's the test. Anyone that is on the bleeding edge that you would want to hireโ€”now there are so many great products in the market. Okay, there is no excuse in any role to have not brought one tool a month into your organization. Okay, thereโ€”now there's going to be better and better tools and better and better products as the year goes on. What's the one you did? And you will see folks with their deer in the headlights to this question. What what sales tool? What marketing tool? What product tool? What engineering tool? What did you bring in? Why did you pick it? How does it working? Because if you're at remotely at the cutting edge, you're all over this. You're looking for the next agentic tools that will radically improve how you do business. This isโ€”you think everyone thinks SaaS is at the bleeding edge, right? You know, you know, all we do is we're just looking for the tools and trying them. Okay? Okay, we're one year ahead of everybody else because we did the simplest thing in the world. Like we tried the tools early and we trained them. We trained them for a month. Okay, I'll give youโ€”want hear a horrible example from this week? Super hot AI company valued at 6 billion. Okay, I'm not going to name it. Um, this week yesterday told us we had to quadruple what we spent on their product. Okay, their agent told us, right? And why did this happen? Okay. Well, at this $6 billion company, no one had trained the agent on its pricing properly. No one had tested it. They said, "Well, well, we've been in beta." And we said, "Well, when did the beta launch? A year ago." Okay, these are people asleep at at the wheel. You want somebody who the instant this comes up, they exactly know what the issue is. And "Hey, when I was at Lovable Replit, we trained the agent. This is how we did it. I brought in this tool. I brought in this tool that that Rory invested in last week. It solved all these issues." That's what you want to hear. And if they haven't brought in a tool in the last 30 days, at least deeply evaluated it. I don't really care whether they bought it, but gone so far down the funnel they can tell youโ€”pick whatever tool: Fixie, Regie, GC, AIGCโ€”I don't care how you went through it, you looked at it, you can tell me the eight ways it would improve the productivity of your business and three you didn't. Just don't hire that person because they're going to run your company to the ground. This is the job today. The job today is not to screw around on ChatGPT and to be a prompt engineer. The job today is to bring the best AI and agentic products into your organization and leverage all the hard work that the engineers have done building those products. That's your job. You don't have to screw around. You don't have to be a prompt engineer anymore. You have to be an agent deployment expert. Aโ€”this is the new job we're making up today. An Agentic Deployment Expert. That's your job from C-level to junior. Agentic Deployment Expert. Don't hire anybody else. You're going to regret it. They're going to stare at the camera. He's good. Stare at the camera. He's honorable. We could probably just I could slip away, get a coffee, and come back. No. And I I sound exasperated, Rory. And Iโ€”but the reason I am is I can just see I can see my best companies doing it. And I can see some companies I've invested in not doing it. And I want to cry. I just want to cry when they have no ADs on their team. I justโ€”like you're flushing your years of your life down the toilet by not approaching your how you're building this company this way. [24:33] Rory: Yes. And at the risk of being positive, it's worth pointing out two things he didn't say. Well, something implicit why he saidโ€”Jason didn't do the only hire, you know, he didn't commit the um employment law, I think it's a civil penalty of saying only employ people below X who get the new new thing because he implicitly said anyone can do it provided you're willing to learn. And I think that's the big aha that's one of the positive statements to make here right? Look and I think it appliesโ€”I'm always wary of being "Hey, coming across, hey this this is the things that you all have to do." I think it applies to everyone including investors right? I mean I will say I have found that unless you're willing to invest the time learning these tools you actually shouldn't be investing in them. One of my partners Andy had this expression: "You know, if you decide you want to stop learning new things you probably should retire within 6 to 12 months and never write another check again." Maybe that's down to 3 to 6 months at this stage, right? And I think, you know, it'sโ€” [25:27] Harry Stebbings: Yeah, I actually I actually had a meeting with mine and Jason's biggest investor the other day and Iโ€”pretend he's not hereโ€”I said I think he's the most equipped investor for this generation of investing because I don't think anyone quite sits at the bleeding edge like he does on the investor side. [25:42] Harry Stebbings: Why in terms of using the equip stuff? Yeah. Yeah. In terms of using the stuff, understanding understanding bottlenecks, constraints. For sure. [25:51] Jason Lemkin: But can I just add one point? We can just cuz it's so important if it helps people. Okay, we areโ€”and thank you Harry. We're going through these phases. Okay, and when AI started to blow up for real for us, uh call it early 2024, right? Maybe late '23, I wasn't equipped. It was too technical. I wasn't going to go in and figure outโ€”I wasn't smart enough to figure out how to deal with a massively hallucinating LLM API and turn that and turn that into something magical. Kudos to investors and others that that got it in early '23, '22. I mean I remember Iโ€”I guess it was maybe SaaStr Annual '23. I was with David Sacks and I did a Q&A and I said, "How you thinking about AI at Craft?" He's like, "Well we're all in. We want 80% of '23 of investments to be AI." I'm like, "Great but like show me the show me the great ones in market." He's like, "They're all prototypes. We're all they're all they're all proof of concepts but we're all in anyway." That's where you kind of had to be in '23 if you weren't investing at like the LLM level. Okay, I wasn't smart enough. Then we went through this weird-ass prompt engineer era where like you you could torture these products to do something good, right? But you had to torture them. You had to like craft these crazy things that made no sense. Now we are in the era where mere ordinarily smart generalists can make these tools do magical things. And literally I go to these meetings and people be like, "I don't know how to like this is so scary. I don't know how to do this." And we show them our backends. Do you know how to do a workflow generator? Do you know how to do a a decision tree? Like we've been building these since software in the '90s. Okay, if youโ€”I can show you all of our agents. The how they work is novel. They do have to be trained. You can't be lazy and have these agents work. But honestly, the the UI, the UX, the way we interact with them, it's just software. And so my point is: Pick yourself off the ground. This is your time now. If you felt lost in AI era, if you felt like you're behind, you don't understand what all these people are saying on X and Twitter and their Claude and and their and talking about all the 4.6 point Nano point and it's overโ€”like you just it's not your world. This is your time. This is your time for the generalist that knows how to use software tools really really well. And Iโ€”this is my last point but it's so important. If ever in your recent lifeโ€”and this is why you could be all you need to be is young at heart to Rory's pointโ€”if in the last three to five years you have successfully deployed a piece of enterprise software of any sort you yourself, not some agency you hired, but if you have deployed it, you can deploy any agentic tool. Any. And you can become the hero in your company and you can become the hero in your functional area. But I watch folksโ€”I'm literally helping a company now that they're adding hundreds of sales folks this year with a new pre-IPO COOโ€”he's not hasn't brought in a single tool, totally scared of it. Okay, it's not that hard. Did you use SalesLoft? Did you use Outreach? Did you use HubSpot? Do you know these tools? If you can deploy these tools, you can deploy a world-changing AI agent. And so this is the time for people like the folks that that were shut out of the AI revolution right now. The generalist folks that are not that know how to deploy software that don't even know how to build software. Like vibe coding for me was folks who knew how to build software, but you didn't have to be an engineer. Now, you just need to know how to deploy software to win with AI agents. That's all you need to know. So many people have these skills and they're petrified of AI. "How did you do that? How did you deploy an AI BDR?" Well, we bought a piece of software, we figured out how it worked for a day, we set it up in an afternoon, and then and then we did spend 30 months training it, which you didn't do with this old software because in the old days, we just had to manually upload all the data, right? And there was no training. The the only non-intuitive part is training these things. And it's it's it's just work. So that's why when I see folks on the management team not doing this, there's no excuse. You do not need to be technical to win with AI agents in Q2 of '26. You do not need to be even 1% technical. Not at all. So it's your time. Or you're going to get laid off. Or you're going to get laid off because you're not going to matter.

About a month ago, a clip of mine went viralโฝยนโพ talking about the Current State of Twitch (3rd thumbnail in this tweet). It resonated w/ people outside my community, so lemme elaborate (as a 10yr+ Twitch Veteran). Current State of Twitch isn't great and haven't been for a while. I've been passionate about Twitch since inception (I joined in April 2011 in the JTV days, a few months before Twitch debuted in July 2011), and been trying to instill positive change but I'm only a cog in the machine compared to where influence can impact โ€” likely via Amazon-appointed Executives to help "oversee things" at decade-old-acquisition-that-has-still-generated-zero-profit Twitchโฝยฒโพ. ------------------------------------------------ Twitch's Muddled Identity ------------------------------------------------ Describing Twitch 10 years ago was easy: "Youtube, except always live, for gamers". Now, it's more muddled & fluid, at best: "Always live broadcasters who aim to connect with their viewers and foster communities(?)" โ€” that, in itself, isn't problematic; but how it's accomplished, what methods are most effective, and how certain directories accumulate higher viewership is, I think (I may elaborate further on that in a future tweet). The most common reactive bark I've heard following TwitchCon 2025 is "Ban Politics" or "Make it Gaming-Only Again!" โ€” People forget, but Pokemon GO (June 2016) going worldwide-viral was the crack-in-the-dam that lead to IRL as a directory because of the impracticality of continuing Twitch's "games-only" era as the site was increasing in popularity, reach, and cultural significance. IRL was a band-aid solution for the core function of Directoriesโฝยณโพ (which was to let would-be-browsers make better-informed decisions on what to watch based on their interest). It's too broad and encompassing, which led to an unintended dopamine-producingโฝโดโพ psuedo-ChatRoulette where you "never know what you're gonna see" browsing there. Without a better tool to migrate users or aggregate topical content, this problem exacerbated continuously. Just Chatting was supposed to be the solution, as it came with 11-12 other directoriesโฝโตโพ to attemptedly split the IRL monolith, but failed to inspire Social Behavioral Change tremendously. Just Chatting is more popular than ever, discoverability โ€” like in the broad, functional sense โ€” is busted cuz every genre of content stuffed within it and fails to disincentivize streamers from opting-out of the most popular directory. So, how do you stand-out in the overcrowded field where a fuckton of the viewership goes for a Roulette Pull on something entertaining to watch? ... ------------------------------------------------ The Era of Clout-Farming Content (and the fact it works, ugh) ------------------------------------------------ Once IRL directory came in Sept 2016, so did the meta of skirting the ToS (Terms of Service) to maximize views or push the limits of what was tolerated on Twitch. Fundamentally, the social dynamic of receiving a suspension (everyone generally refers to them colloquially as "bans") earns notoriety and "free vacation/marketing", that when coinciding with a comeback event, open the possibility of a net-positive from the boost in viewership or metrics. This isn't as relevant now because the ToS Enforcement has gotten significant buffs to be more transparent and structural in the last half-decade. I can't speak on the nuance of this now, but "Full-Time IRL Streamers" and "Sweaty IRL Affiliates" were unbearable at TwitchCons until TC Policy cracked down on requiring consent by those they bumrush'd into (while live of course), so I assume they're probably equally as intrusive everywhere else ... then Kick came along in 2022 and dominated the headlines for mischief within this realm, for the most part; but that's a different topic altogether. The burden of an authentic collab can be too much friction, slow moving โ€” and honestly, too much work for a streamer to do โ€” compared to the efficacy of blowing up Streamer x Streamer Conflict via self-commentary-reacts for sensationalism and maximizing parasocial viewers' worst tendencies. Effectively, ragebaiting. I'm not advocating to abolish this as a policy. I'm pointing out how this is a very effective way to garner views within the social constructs โ€” and it shouldn't be, nor always was. Something changed at some point. I don't wanna bore you with a timeline of the last decade of controversy on Twitch, so I'll fast-forward to when I definitively see evidence that Clout-Culture is failing upward: In March 2025, the unbanning of Adin Rossโฝโถโพ (on Twitch) I saw as a huge moral failure that reeks of desperation for his views/clout/relevance at the direct expense of the integrity of Twitch Culture. Not sure if that was a Clancy-specific decision or what, but it encompasses "neo-Twitch" or a disconnect if there ever was one. ------------------------------------------------ Twitch Culture is diluting at the expense of recouping revenue ------------------------------------------------ A decade ago, Twitch Plays Pokemon broke news across insular-livestreaming gossip and was celebrated as a pinnacle of internet fandomโฝโทโพ (Feb 2014). This event was a testament to the value of Twitch because it reinforced the undeniable power of CULTURE present in Twitch Chats. I don't think the event could've worked on a YouTube Livestream (remember YouTube Gaming, introduced in 2015?). There's a certain aura present in Twitch Chat that makes it feel captivating to interact and engage with compared to a YouTube Live Chat Box. One feels like a close relative of bot-spam'd yt comments and the other feels ... real. I think that value is the culture โ€” what could keep Twitch afloat for a long time, even if YouTube were to hypothetically obsolete Twitch in every way for delivering live broadcasted video content. I've noticed that as the meta has shifted towards revenue-maxxx'ing with the proliferation of Spectacle Events, typically marathons, that are engineered to paywall as many things as possible, at the expense of the content. It's not necessarily a bad thing, but the culture has shifted. I also do think most of the marathon content isn't good; they're carried by being experiences with strong FOMO-factors to compel your participation by viewing. I do suspect there's a saturation point where the combination of the waning niches of livestreaming, 4th-wall-breaking, and manufactured spectacles can keep an audience seduced. Like, the content (in aspects) has less substance and I wonder what that means for the welfare of Twitch Culture and its content in another 5 years. Perhaps Twitch could foresee this and become proactive on the manner?... ------------------------------------------------ Twitch's Conduct & Repetitive Incompetence ------------------------------------------------ Twitch has prioritized generating revenue over addressing the needs of the already-active users for years. Emmett Shear (previous CEO; 2011-2023) probably was a huge reason for sluggish changes overall to the platform as from what I hear but I can't say for certain. Regardless, we got Dan Clancy as CEO and, while there has been lots of positive changes under his reign, it really does feel like "too little, too late" with the pressure looming from Amazon's 2015 acquisition; increased competition and marketshare decline; and declining revenues, active users & monthly streamers"โฝโธโพ. Here's a brief timeline of features implemented that I feel helped build the culture. Before COVID, I believe the biggest obstacle was helping migrate streamers from being part-time to capable full-time content creators. So, at the time, revenue-generating products were revolutionary to help there, including me at that time: โœ… 2016 โ€” Bits/Cheers & Prime Subs (!!!) โœ… 2017 โ€” Gift Subs (to a specific user) โœ… 2018 โ€” Gift Subs (to randos in Community); Super Subs & Ultra Subs โœ… 2018 โ€” Twitch Mobile App v2 (original mobile app was a constantly broken mess) โœ… 2018 โ€” Twitch Prime no longer adblocks (I will agree how they did it was stupid, but ultimately, it was a necessary; I can defend this in the replies if needed) Comparatively, here's the hostile changes that came at the expense of the Twitch Populous supporting said-change: โŒ 2017 โ€” Communitiesโฝโนโพ (DOA cuz it wasn't streamlined enough and vulnerable to Popularity Bias; I can elaborate in replies if needed) โŒ 2018 โ€” Tags for Channels (DOA cuz anyone can use any tag, diluting the effort of broad categorization or filtering in any capacity) โŒ 2022 โ€” Twitch kills Hostingโฝยนโฐโพ (also new "craptacular" Offline Page w/ Suggested Channels idea instead) โŒ 2024 โ€” Twitch Mobile App v3โฝยนยนโพ (Tiktok clone dogshit) โŒ 2024 โ€” Stories (who asked for this?) โŒ 2025 โ€” 100hr Video Storage Limit (going back against Collections & cementing Twitch isn't an evergreen platform; also SHORT NOTICE) โŒ2025 โ€” Live Rewind ... paywall'd to Twitch Turbo & Channel Subscribers only (this is free sitewide on yt's livestreams)โฝยนยฒโพ โŒ 2025 โ€” Ability to gift 1000 subs at once (already shelved from backlash) Post-COVID, I see a pattern of prioritizing revenue-generating products at the expense of what creators need or ask for. I understand Twitch needs to appease Amazon eventually with profit, but with a half-decade passed, all the buffs I can recall are 2K Resolution Streaming*, Portrait & Dual-Canvas Streaming*, and Stream Together / Shared Chat. *Both of these sortta don't count cuz they're invite-only betas that aren't site-wide and don't apply to non-Partners ๐Ÿคทโ€โ™‚๏ธ While more features arrive that ask for more of your money to partake in the Twitch Experience, I feel like the users (both Streamers & Viewers) continue to be neglected. 10 years ago, I thought YouTube Gaming was DOA; now I anticipate when more people bail on Twitch because the functionality will decay without a compelling reason to stay if the culture dminishes. I'll conclude with the 4th thumbnail included in this tweet โ€” a supercut of a portion from the TwitchCon 2025 Keynote from Dan Clancy, with the youtube dislikes superimposed-over for your enjoyment. Let me know what you think of what I shared today! ๐ŸŽ‰๐Ÿฅณ I'm considering also breaking down the specific causes (not symptoms) of why Twitch is where it is, and my 999 IQ Pragmatic Solutions that are tenfold better than what I've seen suggested after this morale fallout following TwitchCon 2025 ๐Ÿ‘€

#KimJaeYoung #๊น€์žฌ์˜ #HappyJaeyoungDay #TheJudgeFromHell Since it's his big day, thought I show you a short edit of his beauty & emotions in his most controversial role . ๐Ÿ™ƒ Below is a somewhat long ๐Ÿคญ post about him & drama recommendations. My sweetie here is a late bloomer but I have always kept faith that people will see his potential. I liked what this kblogger said that when you see him in TJFH , he feels familiar but yet you might think he's a newcomer. Seems like a rookie but surprised that he's good in acting. If you check his filmography you'd realise he's been acting for more than a decade. JY mentioned that he wasn't sure what to do while in school but he did have a dream of being a chef especially because he helped mum out at home. His father suggested modeling after he was done with military service . He mentioned in an interview he had to shed off 30kg through diet & exercise as he weighed over 100kg .Esteem Academy signed him & he debut as a model in 2010. He got casted in a TVN survival program "Flower Boy Casting". From there, he was inspired to act and landed his 1st supporting role in the movie "No Breathing". (starring SeoInGuk & LeeJongSuk.) If you want to see a young JY in swimwear ๐Ÿ˜, you can check him out there. The movie didn't quite make a splash (pun unintended ๐Ÿ˜) , and JY who had actually left Esteem to pursue acting, found himself jobless for at least over a year. He auditioned for BladeMan (LeeDongWook & Shin SeKyung's drama) and got casted for a small role. Esteem reached out to him again & he signed with them again to model. He later also joined HB Entertainment for acting jobs, and was with them for a long time. Last year (2023) he left HB and joined his long time manager who had established a new agency, Management S. After Blademan , JY had several supporting roles but his 1st main cast role was in OCN's My Secret Romance. He was the 2nd lead & that was also my first JY drama. While I didn't have SLS, he was such a sweetheart there and caught my attention. My massive crush began when he acted as MooYeon in #100DaysMyPrince as an assassin and the FL's brother. He also had a forbidden love line with the 2ndFL's char played by HanSoHee , and they had great chemie despite limited scenes. I cried my eyes out watching their tragic love story. This is the year (2018) I decided I'll stan this man โ˜บ๏ธ๐Ÿ˜‚ His role there opened many doors. He had a short TV series called Dear My Room ( was on the now defunct Olive TV) where he played the romantic ML against Ryoo Hye Young's character. It was one of those friends to lovers trope and I recommend this for a sweet fluffy watch. He also sang the OST with RHY. The big year came in 2019 when he was casted as the ML , Sun Woo in #SecretBoutique, a female centric drama starring KimSunA and GoMinSi . He had a meaty role here as a prosecutor - a bit of a grey character and was somewhat like a brother to the FL (KimSunA) and he had some nice fight scenes. His body was the best here ๐Ÿ”ฅ๐Ÿ˜‹๐Ÿ˜. If you don't mind a heavy melodrama, this wasn't bad. And oh boy, was I shipping him hard with GoMinSi's character. I still hope they can reunite for another show & give me closure. 2019-2020 was when I watched a KBS weekender #BeautifulLoveWonderfulLife from start to finish ( raw and with subs - yes my level of dedication surprised me) because JY got casted as Jun Hwi, the ML against another actress I love , Seol In Ah. Gosh, this drama was an emotional roller coaster and was another heavy character. The premise of the story was so sad and the leads went through so much together but I love this show though. He had good chemie with SIA. He also won a KBS acting award here. I recommend this if you can do 50eps and love angst like I do ๐Ÿ˜‚ The role took its toll on JY. He mentioned he needed to take a break but then found himself without work for at least 6-7 months ( if I remember correctly) . Boy, did I miss him. It was really only in an Elle pictorial with his good friend -actor, model and famous youtuber Joo WooJae that I found out he had been having a hard time. He has appeared on WooJae's YT channel several times - they even travel together. JY's come back drama was in #ReflectionOfYou (2021), another heavy melo as the ML who was caught in an emotional tug of war between 2 women played by GoHyunJung and ShinHyunBeen. As WooJae, KJY gave some of his best acting. I know he got a lot of hate ๐Ÿ˜ตโ€๐Ÿ’ซ๐Ÿคฃbecause WooJae was just so obssessed / in love with GHJ's character that he was willing to throw it all for her. This drama is not for the faint hearted but the acting was superb all round - even if the plot would make you uncomfortable. He was so hot here too. JY with longish hair was a dream. In 2022, he was the 2ndML , as KangHaeJin in #LoveInContract. It was so nice to see him play a diva actor and do rom-com for the 1st time. This is a fun watch. While I don't think viewers would have SLS, JY's character wasn't one dimensional either and he had his own storyline despite not being the ML. In 2022 - 2023 he voiced an audio drama , "For Sale - I Broke Up" with Yoon So Hee - but I don't know how we can listen to it internationally (though I do have some vids I would post one day). He also filmed a drama called "We Will Replace The Trip" with Gong SeungYeon, but so far no news of it airing yet. JaeYoung here is shy and unassuming. He's MBTI is INFP. You can see from his interviews he's quite easygoing and humorous. On my highlights- I have subbed some of his videos for TJFH. JY says he still dreams of being a chef and has gone to a 6-month cooking course last year. He also hopes to be able to take on warmer roles going forward.

The Great Equalizer: How I Iterated Through 90+ Strategies to Automate My Financial Freedom ninety strategies sounds like a death wish but it is actually the only way to find your edge in a market designed to liquidate you. most traders are out here gambling with their rent money while the big players are using automated systems to harvest their liquidations. i know this because i spent hundreds of thousands of dollars on developers for apps thinking i could never code myself. i was getting wrecked by over trading and watching my accounts hit zero while i slept. code became the great equalizer for me because it removed the emotion that was killing my bankroll. i decided to learn to code live so i could iterate to success and now i have fully automated systems trading for me instead of getting liquidated by every wick. i just saw someone lose ten million dollars in a single month because they were trading by hand and got addicted to the screen. you have to understand that if you are not automating you are the exit liquidity for someone who is. the reality of advanced futures trading is not about finding one holy grail bot that prints money forever. it is about research and back testing until you find a strategy that has a statistical advantage. one of the most slept on concepts is variable risk scaling where you actually change your position size based on how volatile the market is. instead of just betting the same amount every time you increase your size when volatility is low and scale back when the market starts moving like crazy. this keeps you in the game during the draw downs that usually wipe people out. most people do the opposite and revenge trade with bigger size when they are losing which is the fastest way to the cemetery. i used to think i needed to be the smartest guy in the room to make this work but i realized i just needed to be the most disciplined with my risk parameters. there is a secret hidden in funding rates and basis trading that most retail traders never even look at. while everyone else is trying to guess if bitcoin is going to the moon or the floor you can actually make consistent money through funding rate arbitrage. you basically buy the asset in the spot market and simultaneously sell it in the futures market when the funding rate is high. you just sit there and collect the interest payments from the gamblers who are over leveraged on the other side. it is basically free money if you can manage the fees and keep your execution precise. i used to ignore these low yield plays because i wanted the big home runs but those home runs usually came with massive strikeouts. now i look for these carry trades as a way to keep the equity curve moving up and to the right while others are sweating over every price change. most traders fail because they use lagging indicators and expect them to predict the future with one hundred percent accuracy. the truth is that even the best trend following strategies like the golden cross or moving average crossovers only have about sixty five percent accuracy. you have to combine these with filters like the average directional index or relative strength index to make sure you are not just buying a fake breakout. a lot of people get chopped up in sideways markets because they do not have a trend strength filter to tell them to stay out of the trade. i learned to use multiple time frames to confirm my breakouts because if the one hour and the four hour charts are not saying the same thing then the trade is probably a trap. you have to be a searcher looking for those golden nuggets of alpha buried in mountains of data. i used to think that machine learning and genetic algorithms were just buzzwords that did not actually work for trading. then i realized that the 1990s tech trap is real and if you are still using basic indicators without any optimization you are decades behind. genetic algorithms are wild because they simulate natural selection to find the best parameters for your strategy through trial and error. you can actually build an environment where your bot learns from its own mistakes and optimizes its decision making process over time. i spent so much time thinking i was not smart enough to do this but once i started iterating live i found that the machines are much better at following rules than i ever was. code is the only way to compete with the high frequency firms that are looking for any tiny mispricing in the order book. slippage and bad execution will eat your profits faster than a bad trade ever could if you are not careful. most people just hit the market buy button and pay the spread and the fees without a second thought. you should be using smart order routing and limit orders to capture the bid ask spread instead of paying it to the market makers. i started using time weighted average price execution to spread my larger orders out over time so i did not move the market against myself. it is these tiny details in execution that separate the professional quants from the people who are just playing around. i had to learn this the hard way after losing a fortune on bad entries and exits that could have been avoided with a few lines of code. the ultimate goal of all of this is to build a compounding machine that grows your capital while you are living your life. you have to automate the reinvestment of your profits so that your position sizes grow as your account grows without you having to manually adjust anything. i like to use automated compounding algorithms that take a portion of my wins and put them back into the systems that are performing the best. this creates a snowball effect where your returns start to accelerate as the base capital increases. it took me years to realize that i did not need to be at the desk for eighteen hours a day to make life changing money. i just needed to build a system that was smarter and more disciplined than my own human brain. cross asset skew and volatility surface arbitrage are where the real quants play when the market gets efficient. you can look for mispricings between highly correlated assets like bitcoin and ethereum and trade the spread between them. when one asset gets overvalued relative to the other you short the leader and long the laggard until they revert back to the mean. this is a much safer way to trade because you are not betting on the direction of the market but rather the relationship between two assets. i spent a lot of money trying to guess the next big move before i realized that trading the relationship between assets was much more consistent. iteration is the only way to find these winks in the market that the average trader is completely blind to. it is a cold world in finance and most people are out here trying to step on your neck to get ahead. i believe that sharing this knowledge is important because code is the only thing that can give a regular person a fighting chance against the institutions. i started from zero and learned everything through failing and losing money until i finally figured out how to automate. now i spend my time building and testing instead of worrying about the next liquidation candle. you have to decide today if you want to keep being the exit liquidity or if you want to start building your own systems. the tools are all there and the data is accessible if you are willing to put in the work and stop negotiating with yourself. successful trading is not about being lucky it is about being prepared and having a system that can handle any market regime. whether the market is in a bull run or a total crash your bots should know exactly what to do based on the rules you have coded into them. i use risk weighted allocation to make sure that my capital is always moving toward the strategies with the highest sharp ratio and the lowest volatility. this keeps the portfolio stable even when the crypto market is going through its typical insane swings. i finally found peace in this game because i know that my automated systems are following the math while everyone else is following their feelings. code is the great equalizer and it is time for you to start using it to protect your future and build your empire there are over ninety strategies you can test and most of them will not work for your specific style but you only need one or two to change your life. i have built a fat list of ideas from research and i spend every day back testing and refining them to stay ahead of the curve. do not let the fear of coding stop you from taking control of your financial destiny because i am living proof that anyone can learn. i would rather spend my time iterating to success than getting liquidated by some random news event that i could not predict. the journey from losing hundreds of thousands to fully automated success was long but it was the best investment i ever made. keep your heart open and lead with love in this game and i promise the universe will start passing you those golden nuggets of alpha you have been searching for

๐Ÿฆ˜๐Ÿ‡ฆ๐Ÿ‡บMy take on Ange Postecoglou. If you disagree, that's fine. Freedom of speech, your opinion might be listened to or not. Mine is, I know by who. That's what I care about. ๐ŸŒPostecoglou has coached every age group at national / international level on 3 continents. That's inspirational and commands respect, if he was to be found out, as he said, he'd have been a long time ago like these former pros who cry because they get a U19 team relegated (ask me the names). ๐Ÿค“From a footballing standpoint, he's not making up theoretical shit like all these nerds jumping up on the Pro License barely coaching a team; and scrambling to figure out the reality of the sport/people in Phase 2, 3 doing the polar opposite to what they told everyone they'd do. ๐Ÿง The football Postecoglou sets up has room for decision making within a structure which is an extraordinary achievement from a coaching standpoint, and what every coach in the world should aspire to do. Ajax or Netherlands 1974, Nantes 1995, Rijkaard's Barcelona, Wenger's Arsenal. If you like "good football" , this is good football. If you want to win, pay more and get the best players. The correlation is right there. ๐Ÿ”There's rotations everywhere (think triangles who tilt, carrier and two options short/long), and players have 2-3 options everytime. The right balance between combinations into feet and third man runs (third man runs are vital - and often forgotten when nerds coach teams and have a control kink) ๐ŸซกFor that, you need a club culture of empowered players caring about the common good ; and also good enough to act selflessly to what the game demands (and actually execute it). โš–๏ธThe challenge is that bang average off the mill pros do what they're told, can't do most things. And ones who can't do play the solo card - football is an individual sport masquerading as a team sport. ๐Ÿ‘€I can confidently second guess that the hesitation in collective movement suggest they're thinking in real time and not going "by the book" (which is microwave coaching). ๐Ÿ‘ฅHow often Postecoglou talks about culture, turning up together for a meal before games. Old school, but actually grounded. This isn't a startup or UberEats. ๐Ÿง˜โ€โ™‚๏ธThere's a handful of adults coaching Premier League teams. Slot maybe, Howe, Emery, Frank, Glasner, Moyes, McKenna who value the holistic composition of performance: squad chemistry, work ethic, managing people and treating them as adults. Coincidence or not, I rate all of them. Coincidence, they all overperfom with the resources they have. ๐ŸšฉDefensively, the idea to hold a high line can make sense on the occasion. Most of you don't work in football. People who do know the biggest paradox in the modern age is that lot of players are outstanding to think smart and execute fast in high pressure situations; yet are out of their depth when they have time and space to think. ๐ŸซฃChelsea 11v9 took half an hour to break down 9 fuckers on halfway line, and people know how badly it reflected on one of the worst assemblage of players ever seen pound for pound. And that's not Postecoglou's team. Then again, listen to who you want. I've done it too. 9v11 winning 5-2 from 2-1 down at National level whilst the other team was spamming diagonals out of play. ๐Ÿš‘The injury crisis is worrying, but it's also a vicious circle. Majority of clubs nowadays sign players to replace injured players. If you get one or two key players injured by the extreme random demands of the game (facing a Haaland, Jackson etc... stretches your CBs to the limit - Van de Ven got muscular in game injury like Rodri got injured like Fofana got injured). ๐Ÿš๐Ÿ’ฐI don't think the training methods are in question; not should they be questioned more than Pep or Maresca's who can actually afford to get replacement brought in (and still get injuries) - and never get questioned. Spurs play Gray at CB. Chelsea can afford to call Chaloback, or City sign another 40 million a piece CB. ๐Ÿ•ณ๏ธSpurs lost Kane and finished 5th, like nothing happened. That's outstanding. ๐Ÿ“ผโ›ณ๏ธTraining clip: possession box to create the moment to change gear and find a striker dropping off the front. What happens then is a "wave" 3v2, with decision making. Drive diagonally, straight pass for diagonal runs. Affordances (what players perceive they can play) and match realism. See the cut off corners to guarantee runs going towards goal. Can't be more modern, evidence based, empowering, enjoyable and football realistic. ๐ŸŸ๏ธ๐ŸŽž๏ธGame footage: look how they're using each pass as a timeline to allow a third man popping up in space. Good reaction on turnover. See another triangle being created, with players selflessly filling in the tips of the triangle even rotating. Matar Sarr gets sucked into the space, puts an outstanding goalmouth delivery with presence and bodies in the box - especially at the far post. Brennan who everyone called a flop. Tremendous, organic (= player led) output. What you can do = the team's outlook. โšฝ๏ธI'm talking football there, not theory, not pattern playbook, not fiscal optimisation. ๐Ÿ“ŠSpurs are working on relative budget. Don't budget CL football. Spend 40% turnover on wages, when Chelsea's etc... are 70% or Leicester 120%. ๐Ÿ‡๐Ÿ’‰It's like the only clean horse in a race when others are stuffed with red bull, cocaine and creatine. And some of you Peaky Blinders are looking everywhere - even if you saw the episode where they stuff the horse to make it win.

Recently did an interview with the lead developer of Knight's Path on the title's future release and the state of the industry. The Western AAA gaming industry has shifted its focus away from its core audience, favoring products for smaller, less engaged demographics. This shift has led to a noticeable disconnect between large publishers and their traditional fan base. This has, however, created an environment for indies to thrive. They can prioritize authenticity and community, crafting games that resonate with their players and that is exactly the case with Knight's Path. In December of 2023, Knights Path: The Tournament was released to Very Positive reviews on Steam. It is a short medieval RPG featuring challenging combat, an immersive progression system, and a nice little story. It served as an announcement, a combat concept demo, and a teaser for the forthcoming open-world RPG Knight's Path, which is currently in active development. I asked what their plans were regarding the scope of the full release. While you might get the impression that Knight's Path is an arena fighting game, thatโ€™s not the case with the full release. "Knight's Path will be a proper open-world, story-driven RPG. Of course, as a small indie team, weโ€™re keeping the scope modest. The open world will be compact but dense, featuring one town, one village, castle ruins, forests, valleys, and other areas to explore." Many gamers would agree it is better to have a limited number of fully fleshed-out areas than to present a gigantic, empty world. This has been a major criticism levied towards recent releases like Pokรฉmon Scarlet and Violet and even modern Assassins Creed, which tends to rely on repetitive gameplay loops scattered across an overly large map, which can feel more like busywork than meaningful exploration. I have always believed that quality over quantity is the best way to go. The team has also made this a priority with things such as the story and weapon types. "We plan to include three main weapon types: longsword, sword and shield, and bows. These will feature the full progression system seen in the demo, with skill levels such as Novice, Adept, Expert, and Master. Players will need to learn individual skills from different trainers to progress. In addition, weโ€™re introducing secondary weapons like spears, halberds, and other polearms. These wonโ€™t have RPG-style progression but will still offer variety in combat." Regarding the story, they plan to be bold and strive to create a 16-28 hour-long main campaign. "The story will be divided into four chapters, with each chapter offering around 4โ€“7 hours of gameplay. As in the demo, the player character begins as a nobody, slowly learning how to wield a sword and eventually becoming a knight. However, the progression will be much more realistic than in the demo, where the peasant hilariously transformed into a champion in just four days." This is a far cry from many games that are released nowadays. In just 2024 alone at a glance, the AA release Flintlock: The Siege of Dawn provided an average of 8 hours of content, Princess Peach: Showtime at 10 hours, Silent Hill 2 Remake at 15, and even the GOTY winner Astrobot holds an average playtime of 10 hours. A major issue within the industry is the way we are treated by the people who only have jobs because of our favorite hobby. In 2024 the gaming industry is forecasted to generate $208.7 BILLION dollars, up from 5.4% in 2023. Compare that to Hollywood, which is a measly $12.3 billion. The gaming industry employs 727,000 individuals in the United States alone. So, you'd think these people would have a little bit of respect for gamers, though so many who are vocal on social media show nothing but contempt for us. Perhaps this is because of fear if they do not show loyalty to a cause or "fit in" that they may not secure funding or genuinely believe in what they preach, but the team behind Knight's Path isn't worried about that. "We are independent developers, and we plan to stay independent so we can stay true to our vision. Knight's Path is a game made by gamers for gamers. Weโ€™re prioritizing fun gameplay above all, and we firmly believe this is exactly what gamers want." I also raised some questions about their big plans moving forward. In the demo, one of the major criticisms I had was with the voice acting. I had guessed it was done via AI, which was confirmed. "You guessed correctlyโ€“ the voice acting in the demo was done by AI, and it was probably the loudest critique we received, and we totally understand why! Back then, we didnโ€™t have much of a choice, but for the full game, we donโ€™t plan to use any AI voices. Luckily, after the demo release, many voice actors reached out to us, volunteering to lend their voices to the full game. We absolutely plan to answer their call and give them that opportunity." AI can be a useful tool, especially for developers starting out who can't commit a lot of money to voice acting or just want to see a version of the product that's closer to what they envision the full release to be, but going from that to real voice actors will bump the experience to the next level. I myself played the demo in its entirety and really enjoyed my time with it! I thought the game was reminiscent of Gothic 2 and even The Witcher. I was happily surprised when I didn't encounter any bugs or glitches and while some areas have not been fleshed out like the voice acting, I would recommend putting the game on your wishlist to see what this team does in the future when they finally deliver their updated demo and the eventual full release of the game.

๐Ÿ”ฅ $KATA FAM! ๐Ÿ”ฅ Soon Iโ€™ll finally reveal the new AI Ecosystem Platform Iโ€™ve been building for $KATA! ๐Ÿ˜ Hereโ€™s the reason why Iโ€™ve been so quiet lately: Iโ€™ve been building a new AI Ecosystem Platform for $KATA. This platform comes with truly next-level utility for $KATA holders, including exclusive benefits, new opportunities, additional utility, burns, and a bridge between Web2 and Web3 users. As I'm fully committed to this project and this community, I simply can't stop building. ๐Ÿ˜… What excites me most is the potential. If executed the way I envision it, this platform could bring entirely new possibilities to the $KATA ecosystem and expose the token to audiences far beyond the traditional crypto space. Honestly, itโ€™s something I could barely imagine myself when I first started working on it back in 2024. AI was already evolving fast, and thatโ€™s when the first ideas came to life. Due to work and other commitments, I had to put it aside for a while. ๐Ÿ’ช But for the past few months, Iโ€™ve been back at it with relentless focus. And now... itโ€™s finally starting to become real. AI is moving faster than ever, adoption is exploding worldwide, and I genuinely believe we're still in the very early stages of what's coming. Here is the first benefit I'm revealing: โš”๏ธ Hold $KATA and gain access to the ability to resell platform credits to end users, creating a bridge between the $KATA ecosystem and mainstream Web2 users. This means a seamless connection between Web2 and Web3, while introducing $KATA to an audience far beyond the traditional crypto space. To the best of my knowledge, no AI ecosystem has implemented a model quite like this before. Similar concepts have become massive revenue drivers in Web2, powering entire businesses and ecosystems. Bringing that concept into AI and Web3 opens up possibilities that I'm incredibly excited about. If everything comes together the way I envision it, this could become far bigger than I originally imaginedโ€”not just for $KATA, but for everyone who has been supporting and building this ecosystem from the very beginning. That's also one of the reasons I've been so quiet lately. I genuinely want to see $KATA grow and succeed, and I've been putting everything I have into making that happen. Most days I'm working until 5 or 6 a.m., and sometimes barely sleeping because I want to push this as far as I possibly can. ๐Ÿซก No worries thoughโ€”the game remains 100% the priority. We'll continue improving and polishing everything that needs attention. As many of you know, I'm not personally the UE5 game developer, which allows me to focus heavily on expanding the ecosystem while development continues. I think within the next 1โ€“2 weeks we'll have a much clearer picture of the progress and fixes. ๐Ÿ™‚ ๐Ÿ‘€โš”๏ธ Let's make $KATA huge again fam! I'll reveal another holder benefit every day until the final reveal. ๐Ÿคญ And yes... the video was made using AI one of the reasons for the Plattform! Stay tuned, FAM!
