𝐀 𝐓𝐫𝐢𝐩 𝐃𝐨𝐰𝐧 𝐌𝐞𝐦𝐨𝐫𝐲 𝐋𝐚𝐧𝐞 💌 𝐃𝐞𝐚𝐫 𝐏𝐚𝐦𝐢𝐥𝐲𝐚 𝐃𝐞 𝐆𝐮𝐳𝐦𝐚𝐧, Inside the walls of Bahay ni Kuya, we witnessed something beautiful unfold. What began as a group of housemates slowly grew into something deeper—into a family we now lovingly call Pamilya De Guzman. With Klarisse as the caring “Mowm” along with Mika, Shuvee, Esnyr, Will, and Brent. All of you showed us that family can be found even in the most unexpected places. 𝗘𝗮𝗰𝗵 𝗼𝗳 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗯𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗴𝗵𝘁 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗼𝘄𝗻 𝗰𝗼𝗹𝗼𝗿𝘀—𝗷𝗼𝘆, 𝗵𝘂𝗺𝗼𝗿, 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗳𝗼𝗿𝘁, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗴𝘁𝗵—𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘁𝗼𝗴𝗲𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗰𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝗮 𝗵𝗼𝗺𝗲 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗵𝗼𝘂𝘀𝗲. Your journey reminded us that PBB is not just about tasks, challenges, or evictions. It’s about the bonds built along the way. In every laugh shared, every comfort given during tough moments, and every show of unity, you proved the true meaning of love and support. Now that you're all in the outside world, it’s heartwarming to see that the bond remains just as strong. The same love, care, and lighthearted energy that blossomed inside continues to shine beyond the walls, proving that what you built was genuine and lasting. 🫶🏻 We, your fans turned family, are so excited for what’s in store—for each of you individually, and for Pamilya De Guzman as a whole. Wherever life takes you all, we know you all will continue to inspire, bring joy, and carry the warmth of the family you all built together. ✨ Thank you, Pamilya De Guzman, for the memories, the lessons, and the love you all shared so openly. All of your story inside PBB will always be remembered, and each of your journey outside inspires us even more. The government really needs to put its foot down and tackle this urban challenge of beggars in Lagos. I know that some are Nigerians, and a Nigerian is free to live anywhere in the country, and all that, but it is not the responsibility of the Lagos State Government to take care of every beggar in Nigeria. They should be sent back to their states. I understand talents from all over Nigeria and the rest of the world coming to Lagos to work, to hustle, and to do business. Fine, the state can accommodate as much talent as possible, and it is even expanding because more people will come. But anybody coming to Lagos without a plan or to beg should be sent back to their states. When you allow this to continue, it becomes an identity. You are already hearing things like “Abegistan.” Why allow people to come into the state and damage the reputation? There should be agreements with their state governments, send them back and let their governments take care of them. If their states cannot take care of highly skilled people, at least they should be able to take care of the indigent ones. Every state government should develop social housing and support systems for their own people. Lagos cannot carry everyone. Stop allowing people to abandon their citizens and shift the burden. For those who claim to be Lagosians, let their ancestry be properly verified. If they are truly from Lagos, the government should take them in, rehabilitate them, and put them into vocational training. After training, support them with jobs or small businesses. Because it doesn’t make sense to be paying for people from other states while your own people are struggling. This was what Govs. Fashola and Ambode tried to address because they understood the long-term effects. When people can’t walk freely without being approached by beggars, it affects the city. Lagos is one of the most visited city in Nigeria, especially for people coming from abroad. It should not have this kind of identity. Please, send them back to their states and let their governments take responsibility. Nobody can take care of everybody, you are not Father Christmas, people wont even appreciate in the end so its not worth it. Sola Giwa Oluwaseun Osiyemi Idris Connecting Nigeria Engr. 🚨 𝗥𝗘𝗗 𝗛𝗘𝗜𝗙𝗘𝗥𝗦, 𝗔𝗟 𝗔𝗤𝗦𝗔 𝗔𝗡𝗗 𝗔𝗡𝗧𝗜𝗖𝗛𝗥𝗜𝗦𝗧 ( 𝗗𝗔𝗝𝗝𝗔𝗟 ) 𝗥𝗲𝗱 𝗛𝗲𝗶𝗳𝗲𝗿 𝗖𝗼𝘄𝘀: the sacrifice in which the destruction of Al-Aqsa mosque happens, third temple is rebuilt and the end of time begins. The Red heifer must be slaughtered at a certain age. There is a window of about one year for the heifers to be slaughtered per J theology. 💠 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗸𝗲𝘀𝗺𝗮𝗻 𝗔𝗯𝘂 𝗢𝗯𝗮𝗶𝗱𝗮 𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗲𝗱 𝗶𝘁 𝗶𝗻 𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝘀𝗽𝗲𝗲𝗰𝗵 𝗼𝗻 𝗱𝗮𝘆 𝟭𝟬𝟬. 💠 𝗠𝗮𝗿𝗰𝗵 𝟮𝟳: Red Heifer conference in Shiloh. In which the methods of facilitating the construction of the bridge and altar for the sacrifice were discussed 💠𝗔𝗽𝗿𝗶𝗹 𝟴: A Historic Total Solar Eclipse is also expected, a rare event not seen in 375 years 💠𝗣𝘂𝗿𝗽𝗼𝘀𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗦𝗮𝗰𝗿𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗲: The ashes purify the construction tools of the holy temple. The effort to reconstruct the Temple is not just limited to religious zealots in Israel. It's an entire movement in Israel, with politicians in the Knesset calling for the establishment of the Temple. 💠𝗪𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗲 𝗶𝘀 𝗶𝘁 𝗴𝗼𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗼 𝘁𝗮𝗸𝗲 𝗽𝗹𝗮𝗰𝗲? The sacrifice must take place on the Mount of Olives with the Al Aqsa compound within sight of the priests conducting the sacrifice. The sacrificial altar must be connected to a bridge that connects all the way to the compound. The bridge must have arches in order to allow air to pass underneath the bridge. Per theology, the priests cannot touch the ground as there may be dead people buried underneath and it is impure for the priests to ever come in contact with the dead. 💠 𝗛𝗼𝘄 𝗱𝗼𝗲𝘀 𝗽𝘂𝗿𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸? The Torah established that one who has had contact with the dead is impure for 7 days. During the course of that week, on the 3rd day and 7th day, the individual would be sprinkled with the waters of sanctification. A hyssop plant is used to sprinkle the water onto the person seeking purification. 💠 𝗗𝗶𝗱 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗰𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗿𝘁? They discussed the methods of facilitating the construction of the bridge and altar for the sacrifice but due to the attention and exposure the story is getting it probably won’t happen in the expected date. But if you’re wondering when will this happen the only indication is when they start building a bridge from the dome of the rock to the mount of olives. 🤔 How do we ever get the Strait of Hormuz open again? "Listen, we degraded and we destroyed. That's what we came here to do. We did not come here for some experiment in democracy. We wish the best to the Iranian people to do the things they need to do. And if Iran does not back down, if after that declaration, Iran continues to destroy cargo containers moving through the narrow straits, I think you're going to see Iran's neighbors, and Israel, and others get very involved as it pertains to Iran because it's in their interest. The United States produces 20 million barrels of oil a day and we consume 20 million barrels a day. This is a modest problem for the United States. This is a massive problem for China. This is a massive problem for Asia. This is a massive problem for all of our friends in the Gulf who are trying to dodge Iranian missiles right now. So there are a lot of people in the world who will take up arms to deal with the Iranians if the United States isn't there, because we can take care of ourselves... This is not a risk-free initiative by the United States, nor was Venezuela. But let me steel man the alternative. Doing nothing and allowing Iran to procure the ingredients for a nuclear missile when they are set on the destruction of the United States and U.S. interests, doing nothing in Venezuela while the Monroe Doctrine is totally wrecked and we let our adversaries take up positions in South America, those also have risks, right? Those carry a lot of risks. And so we're weighing these two risks. Again, for me, I don't like the fact that we're engaged in military activities here, but I will tell you, I am very much on the side that if we're going to go protect American national security interests, you go in, you do the degrading of their capability and you get out. And I think that's what I hear out of the president." –Brad Gerstner (Brad Gerstner) on The All-In Podcast

🎬WHAT IS THIS SCARYNESS??? 1. ☑️ A person who claimed to be a lawyer in Beijing, 𝘄𝗵𝗼 𝘂𝘀𝗲𝗱 𝘁𝗼 𝗹𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗶𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗮𝗿𝗲𝗮, posted a video sharing his observations. This person stated that they had once lived in Building No. 15, while Yu Menglong passed away in Building No. 18. According to her, the window design there includes a tall frame and sturdy protective grilles. If someone had suddenly jumped out, there would certainly have been signs of damage, yet none were found at the scene. She also emphasized that: - The windows in the apartment open inward rather than outward, making it very difficult for someone to accidentally fall out from a loss of balance. - The height of the window makes the idea of "being drunk and accidentally falling" nearly impossible. - Even under the hypothesis of an intentional suicide, "𝗼𝗻𝗲 𝘄𝗼𝘂𝗹𝗱 𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗹𝗹 𝗻𝗲𝗲𝗱 𝗮 𝗿𝘂𝗻𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗿𝘁 𝘁𝗼 𝗺𝗮𝗸𝗲 𝗶𝘁 𝗵𝗮𝗽𝗽𝗲𝗻", which she found even more illogical. After Yu Menglong's death, many people questioned why the neighbors on the night of the incident remained silent none called the police or spoke out to clarify what happened. This only fueled suspicions of an "𝗶𝗻𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗯𝗹𝗼𝗰𝗸𝗮𝗱𝗲". 2.✔️ One of the reasons why Song Yiren became the subject of speculation was that she once lived in the same building as Yu Menglong. This was revealed through photos the actress herself had shared on social media. Some online users even pointed out that the room where Yu Menglong fell had a ceiling lamp identical to the one seen in Song Yiren's photos. A wave of rumors then spread, claiming that Song Yiren had also attended the party with Yu Menglong and then she fled to Japan after the incident. 𝗦𝗼𝗻𝗴 𝗬𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗻 𝗹𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗱 𝗼𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲 3𝗿𝗱 𝗳𝗹𝗼𝗼𝗿 𝗼𝗳 𝗕𝘂𝗶𝗹𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 18, 𝘄𝗵𝗶𝗹𝗲 𝗬𝘂 𝗠𝗲𝗻𝗴𝗹𝗼𝗻𝗴 𝗹𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗱 𝗼𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲 5𝘁𝗵 𝗳𝗹𝗼𝗼𝗿 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘀𝗮𝗺𝗲 𝗯𝘂𝗶𝗹𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴. 3.📞 A brave female lawyer publicly said in the video that she was willing to represent this case for free. However, this action had to pay a high price: the female lawyer disappeared and was suspected of being banned and silenced. 👉 speak up to help Yu Menglong's family prepare the proceedings. 4.♟️ Silence anyone who voices opinions about the case and claims it's fabricated or challenges the police from celebrities to ordinary people. For example, his music releases, song links, MVs, and event posts on Weibo none of the links can be accessed anymore, even though they were part of his professional work. His name has also been removed from film and television projects. 7.➕ People from outside who wanted to come to Beijing to speak up and demand justice were also advised not to go. They were warned that if they did, it would be very dangerous - they might never be seen again.

Don't believe what some say in the news about the Memorial. Here is what President Woodrow Wilson said on Dedication Day June 4, 1914 | Arlington National Cemetery | Dedication Day | Reconciliation Memorial I assure you that I am profoundly aware of the solemn significance of the thing that has now taken place. The Daughters of the Confederacy have presented a memorial of their dead to the Government of the United States. I hope that you have noted the history of the conception of this idea. It was suggested by a President of the United States who had himself been a distinguished officer in the Union Army. It was authorized by an act of Congress of the United States. The corner-stone of the monument was laid by a President of the United States elevated to his position by the votes of the party which had chiefly prided itself upon sustaining the war for the Union, and who, while Secretary of War, had himself given authority to erect it. And, now, it has fallen to my lot to accept in the name of the great Government, which I am privileged for the time to represent, this emblem of a reunited people. I am not so much happy as proud to participate in this capacity on such an occasion: proud that I should represent such a people. Am I mistaken, ladies and gentlemen, in supposing that nothing of this sort could have occurred in anything but a democracy? The people of a democracy are not related to their rulers as subjects are related to a government. They are themselves the sovereign authority, and as they are neighbors of each other, quickened by the same influences and moved by the same motives, they can understand each other. They are shot through with some of the deepest and profoundest instincts of human sympathy. They choose their governments; they select their rulers; they live their own life, and they will not have that life disturbed and discolored by fraternal misunderstandings. I know that a reuniting of spirits like this can take place more quickly in our time than in any other because men are now united by an easier transmission of those influences which make up the foundations of peace and of mutual understanding, but no process can work these effects unless there is a conducting medium. The conducting medium in this instance is the united heart of a great people. I am not going to detain you by trying to repeat any of the eloquent thoughts which have moved us this afternoon, for I rejoice in the simplicity of the task which is assigned to me. My privilege is this, ladies and gentlemen: To declare this chapter in the history of the United States closed and ended, and I bid you turn with me with your faces to the future, quickened by the memories of the past, but with nothing to do with the contests of the past, knowing, as we have shed our blood upon opposite sides, we now face and admire one another. I do not know how many years ago it was that the Century Dictionary was published, but I remember one day in the Century Cyclopedia of Names I had occasion to turn to the name of Robert E. Lee, and I found him there in that book published in New York City simply described as a great American general. The generosity of our judgments did not begin to-day. The generosity of our judgment was made up soon after this great struggle was over. Men came and sat together again in the Congress and united in all the efforts of peace and of government, and our solemn duty is to see that each one of us is in his own consciousness and in his own conduct a replica of this great reunited people. It is our duty and our privilege to be like the country we represent and, speaking no word of malice, no word of criticism even, stand shoulder to shoulder to lift the burdens of mankind in the future and show the paths of freedom to all the world. Please consider reposting. Thank you. @SecDef Pete Hegseth Christopher Bedford The Associated Press Brion McClanahan

78th World Health Assembly - Amazing speech by Secretary Kennedy: "To my colleagues in public health, I'm Robert F. Kennedy junior, the US Health and Human Services secretary. As you know, president Trump has made the decision to withdraw The United States from the World Health Organization. I'd like to take this opportunity to offer some background to that decision and more importantly to chart a future path toward global cooperation on health and health security." "Like many legacy provided the lion's share of the organization's funding provided the lion's share of the organization's funding historically, other countries such as China have exerted undue influence over its operations in ways that serve their own interests and not particularly the interests of the global public." "This all became obvious during the COVID pandemic when the WHO, under pressure from China, suppressed reports at critical junctures of human to human transmission, and then worked with China to promote the fiction that COVID originated from bats or pangolins or others and from a Chinese government sponsored research at a bio lab in Wuhan." "Not only has the WHO capitulated to political pressure from China, it's also failed to maintain an organization characterized by transparency and fair governance by and for its member states. The WHO often acts like it has forgotten that its members must remain accountable to their own citizens and not to transnational or corporate interests." "Now I believe that for the most part, the staff of the WHO are conscientious people who sincerely believe in what they're doing. And indeed, the WHO has, since its inception, accomplished important work including the eradication of smallpox. Too often though, WHO's priorities have increasingly reflected the biases and interests of corporate medicine." "Too often it has allowed political agendas like pushing harmful gender ideology to hijack its core mission. And too often it has become the tool of politics and turned its back on promoting health and health security." "Global cooperation on health is still critically important to president Trump and myself, but it isn't working very well under the WHO as the failures of the COVID era demonstrate. The WHO has not even come to terms with its failures during COVID, let alone made significant reforms. Instead, it has doubled down with the pandemic agreement, which will lock in all of the dysfunctions of the WHO pandemic response." "Well, we're not gonna participate in that. We need to reboot the whole system as we are doing in The United States. Here in The United States, we're gonna continue to focus on infectious disease and pandemic preparedness, but we're also fundamentally shifting the priorities of our health agencies to focus on chronic diseases, which are prevalent in The United States." "It's the chronic disease epidemic that is sickening our people and bankrupting our health care system. We're now pivoting to make our health care system more responsive to this reality. We're gonna make health care in The United States serve the needs of the public instead of industry profit taking. We're removing food dyes and other harmful additives from our food supply." "We're the causes of autism and other chronic diseases. We're seeking to reduce consumption of ultra processed foods, and we're gonna support lifestyle changes that will bolster the immune systems and transform the health of our people. Few of these efforts lend themselves easily to profits or serve established special interests." "These changes can only occur through the kind of systemic overhaul that president Trump has brought to our country. We'd like to see a similar reordering of priorities on the global stage, especially considering the fact that through the leadership of The United States and funding from our country over the past twenty five years, Millions of global citizens have seen a reduction in premature death due to HIV, TB, and malaria." "Let's return to the core focus of global health and global health security back to reducing infectious disease burden and the spread of diseases of pandemic potential. I urge the world's health ministers and the WHO to take our withdrawal from the organization as a wake up call. It isn't that president Trump and I have lost interest in international cooperation. Not at all. We just want it to happen in a way that's fair and efficient and transparent for all the member states." "We've already been in contact with like minded countries and we encourage others to consider joining us. We want a free international health cooperation from the straightjacket of political interference by corrupting influences of the pharmaceutical companies of adversarial nations and their NGO proxies. I would like to take this opportunity to invite my fellow health ministers around the world into a new era of cooperation." "We don't have to suffer the limits of a more abundant WHO. Let's create new institutions or revisit existing institutions that are lean, efficient, transparent, and accountable. Whether it's an emergency outbreak of an infectious disease or the pervasive rot of chronic conditions that have been overtaking not just America but the whole world, We're ready to work with you." "Thank you, and may God bless you, and let's all pray for the health of our children and our grandchildren."

Q: How do you build a great company? In the clip below, Sam Altman walks through 9 things he has seen the best founders do: #1 Get to know your users really well “The best founders do customer support themselves. They go visit their users—in the case of Airbnb they go live with them. You want to get to know your users really really well.” #2 Have a short cycle time & understand compound growth “The cycle here is basically: talk to customer to understand pain point → build product to address that → get product in front of user → see what they do → repeat cycle. This cycle is how you iterate and improve. The law of compound growth being what it is: if you can get 2% better every iteration cycle, your iteration cycle is every four hours rather than every four weeks, and you compound that over the course of a few years, you’ll be in a very very different place. Make it one of your top goals to build one of the fastest iterating companies the world has ever seen.” #3 Make a long-term commitment “Most companies have a 2-3 year time horizon. But companies are almost always a 10 year project if they work. If you think about it that way from the very beginning, you will make very different and much better decisions. I think this is the only arbitrage opportunity left in the market. Almost no one makes a fairly long-term commitment to a new project. But if you do that, you will think in a different way, you will hire different people, and it will work very well.” #4 Stay lean until everything is working really well “In the early days, when you’re experimenting and zig zagging, you’re like a fast little speed boat and want to be able to turn the whole company on a dime. You can’t do that if you’re a big company—cash burn aside, which is another problem. The flexibility of the company basically decreases with the square of the number of employees, so you want to stay really small until you’re sure things are working. Once things are working, then you can get really big.” #5 Resist the urge to hire; especially resist the urge to hire mediocre people “Vinod Khosla has a saying that I love: ‘the team you build is the company you build.’ This is really true and I never appreciated how true this was for a long time. If you build a team of great people and you have a product that people love, you’ll have a 90%+ chance of success. Those are both really hard to do, and they’re independent variables. But don’t ignore the team component. The best CEOs I know spend huge amounts of their time recruiting and retaining good talent.” #6 Relentless execution “You have to keep going, and do things perfectly, and get all of the details right. You have to care too much about every experience that a customer has with your company.” #7 Startups are about not giving up “One of the very best companies in the last YC batch applied 7 times before they got in. This is just a version of what happens in startups all of the time: you get beat down, again, and again, and again. And that last time when you get pushed down and don’t think you have enough energy to get back up—that’s the time it actually works. This is what you sign up for if you’re going to start a startup.” #8 Fiduciary duty to take care of yourself “This is a 10 year marathon and you have a fiduciary duty to your shareholders to take care of yourself. Some people treat startups like an all-nighter: they don’t take care of their health, they don’t sleep, they don’t maintain their personal relationships. It is true that startups are a bad choice for work-life balance. But you have a duty to yourself, your team, and your investors to take care of yourself.” #9 Clear mission “You don’t have to figure this out on Day 1, but all of the most successful startups I’ve been fortunate enough to be a part of pretty quickly—in the first one to two years—figure out a really important mission. It’s this mission that gets people to join them. It drives the founders. It gets the media to write about them. And even if you start off building a project that’s just interesting to you and solves a problem in your life—which is how you should start—remember that you should have a clear mission at some point… That is what will convince people to come help you, and that is how you will build this idea into a huge company with a ton of people that really love your product.”

DEATH FOR CHILD RAPISTS: This is worse than murder. You're destroying the soul of a child. What a Pedophile does to a child, watching this small child get brutally raped over and over again is the worst thing on the earth. The Biden Administration is guilty of child trafficking. The Economy of Pedophilia. The United States is the number one consumer of child rape videos. The U.S. is the Hub of Pedophilia and sex with children. The United States consumes and watches millions of child rape videos every single day on the Dark Web. Why are we sexualizing children in the United States? Why is there a movement to normalize Pedophilia? Why are we allowing 85,000 unaccompanied migrant children as young as 12 months old to disappear without a trace? They are not disappearing, they are being trafficked by the Biden Administration and HHS. How is the Biden Administration trafficking children in the United States? When these children come unaccompanied through the U.S. border such as these 85,000 missing children have done, they come by themselves all alone with a little piece of paper on them directing them to call a certain phone number and a certain person known as a Sponsor. Then Human Health and Services (HHS) calls this phone number without any verification or background check on the person. Then using U.S. tax dollar money they deliver the child to be shipped and trafficked to the location given by the named person (Sponsor) on the little piece of paper the child had with them. This is how the Biden Administration along with the DOJ, FBI and CIA are trafficking thousands of innocent children for rape and sex slavery right in front of our eyes. Why do people want to have sex with children in the United States and around the world? It starts with pornography and sex addiction that gives the individual a dopamine reaction high, like a drug on your brain. Over time this dopamine high looses its strength and people indulge in further despicable acts of child pornography and rape which is highly promoted. Over 2 million children worldwide are being exploited by Pedophiles around the world every year. The United States is the third leading country in the world for child trafficking because the U.S. has the highest demand in the world and is the location that pays the most money for child sex trafficking and child rape videos. The Wall Street Journal estimates that the Elite Pedophile Cartel behind this global child sex trafficking are making $14,000,000 million dollars a day by trafficking two million innocent children every year. This is the Hidden War, the war of all wars. A war we must all fight and win. If we end pedophilia and stop child trafficking we will bring down the most corrupt people in the world who have been controlling America and the world for years behind the scenes. People who care nothing for innocent children. They are the evil. Who has the power to normalize Pedophilia around the world? Who controls the justice system and education systems? Who controls the media? Who controls all the wealth in the world? The answer is a small group of insidious people named the Committee of 300. These are the facts, this is the truth and their names are out there, the question is, what is America and humanity going to do about it? How long will we let them rape and destroy our innocent children?

Yesterday, I was deeply honored to deliver the opening invocation at the graduation ceremony of the university where I serve. It was more than a speech — it was a prayer, a moment to pause and honor the sacred journey each soul has taken to arrive at this milestone. As I share the video and full text below, I do so with a heart full of prayers and love for all our dear brothers and sisters graduating this season — wherever you are. May your path ahead be filled with light, meaning, and gentle guidance. May Allah bless your journey ahead. Congratulations, Class of 2025. *** Full Text of My Commencement Invocation Dear Class of 2025, beloved families, devoted faculty, and cherished friends — May peace and blessings be upon you all. My name is Osman Simsek, and I serve as the Director of Muslim Life at Trinity College. It is both a profound privilege and a deeply humbling honor to offer today’s invocation as we mark this extraordinary milestone together. Long before we opened our eyes to this world, we were souls — breathed into existence by the Divine. From the unseen world, we were carried gently into this life through our mothers, entering this Earth not as owners, but as guests on a sacred journey. Each of us carries within a memory of that origin — a longing for the eternal, even as we walk the temporary course of this world. Your time at Trinity has been more than a chapter in your academic life. It has been a station on your soul’s journey — a place where you grew not only in knowledge, but in wisdom, patience, and awareness of who you are becoming. And now, as you prepare to step into the next chapter, degrees in hand and dreams in heart, I celebrate you — not only for what you’ve achieved, but for the resilience, compassion, and light you carry forward. Along the way, we come to realize something beautiful: that being human means welcoming all that life brings. We are not just travelers — we are hosts to every feeling, every thought, every joy, every sorrow. In this spirit, I share with you the words of a beloved 13th-century poet and spiritual teacher, Jalaluddin Rumi — who reminds us of the sacredness of being fully human: "The Guest House" This being human is a guest house. Every morning, a new arrival. A joy, a depression, a meanness — some momentary awareness comes as an unexpected visitor. Welcome and entertain them all! Even if they’re a crowd of sorrows who violently sweep your house empty of its furniture, still, treat each guest honorably. They may be clearing you out for some new delight. The dark thought, the shame, the malice — meet them at the door laughing, and invite them in. Be grateful for whoever comes, because each has been sent as a guide from beyond. May our hearts be just like that house — open, hospitable, and tender. Hearts that do not break when sorrow enters, and do not cling when joy arrives. Hearts that hold space for everyone — because in the house of love, there must always be a chair for every soul. May we seek purpose beyond ambition, and meaning beyond achievement. May our lives be guided by justice in our decisions, humility in our leadership, and mercy in our relationships. May we become builders of peace, companions to the lonely, and protectors of dignity — in our communities and in the world. And as we walk forward into the unknown, may our journey be blessed — with wisdom to see clearly, with fortitude to act kindly, and with hope that never fades. Amen. Thank you!

Veteran Lindsey Foulk—whose husband Chris is a Pennsylvania State Trooper—has a message she hopes will reach Governor Josh Shapiro in the wake of PA State Trooper Michael Pahira’s senseless death. Foulk wants Shapiro to step up and provide the police with more support, especially after he looked her in the eyes and said he’d do everything he could “to take care” of them. Pahira was struck and killed by a commercial vehicle driven by a Haitian illegal alien as he conducted a vehicle safety inspection on I-81 in Schuylkill County last week. Foulk—who met Shapiro at a Veterans Day lunch event at the Governor’s Residence—explains that relaying this message to Shapiro is “very important” to her, as even her father was in law enforcement. “You had said to me, ‘If there’s anything that I can ever do for you, or your husband, please don’t hesitate to reach out.’ So, I’m reaching out now,” Foulk begins as she speaks directly to Shapiro, referencing a conversation they had at the luncheon. “My husband also does commercial inspections for Pennsylvania,” she shares, after describing how Pahira was hit and killed fulfilling the same duty for the Commonwealth. “I just want you, Gov. Shapiro, to just consider: can you please reopen some weigh stations? The state says that these inspections are really important; however, I don’t feel that they’re taking them seriously enough. And as somebody who sends my husband out the door every day to protect people in the Commonwealth, I ask you to offer me the same level of protection and comfort,” she asks. “It’s scary enough watching them walk out the door every day not knowing if they’re going to return; it’s even scarier when it feels like there’s no care given, and Gov. Shapiro…when you look me in the eyes and tell me that you’re going to do everything you can to take care of my husband and other State Troopers, and we keep seeing this happen, it’s hard,” Foulk says with tears in her eyes. “I don’t know what can be done, but you need to do it,” she firmly adds. “God bless.”
