This visit marked the first time these concepts and their applications in various sectors were explored collaboratively between India and Israel, resulting in the signing of many MoUs between Indian and Israeli companies. Every December, patients rush to get care before deductibles reset in January. This year feels different. I am meeting patients who are newly diagnosed with breast cancer right before the holidays while also worrying about whether they will be able to afford their care next year. What is becoming harder is navigating an insurance system that adds fear and uncertainty during an already overwhelming time. There are a lot of us out here who simply want to keep taking care of patients. We are going to figure this out. This next year will be a year of ingenuity because our patients deserve it.

This comes in a settlement with the hospital, where it was also forced to pay $10 million for illegally giving transgender surgeries to kids. This is a MAJOR win for Ken Paxton and Republicans ahead of the midterms. It's about time we protect kids, not harm them. "The settlement gives Texas Children's Hospital 3 months to open that [detransition] clinic and will provide free care to people who want to reverse gender reassignment procedures. It requires Texas Children's to produce a public statement admitting that the hospital made false statements about the procedures done, fire five doctors who carried out gender transition procedures, and agree to never hire them again. The hospital is required to implement sweeping reforms, including training health care professionals about the dangers and illegality of gender transition procedures, commit to a permanent prohibition of such practices, and pay $10 million in fines." Recently, pictures of Jyothi Yarraji receiving her gold medal went viral. Not because of the race. Not because she became India’s fastest woman in the 100m hurdles. But because of 𝘄𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗼𝗱 𝗯𝗲𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗱 𝗵𝗲𝗿. An almost empty stadium. No roaring crowd. No packed stands. No national celebration. Just silence. And that silence says far more about us than it does about her. 𝗕𝘂𝘁 𝗶𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗹𝗹𝘆 𝘀𝘂𝗿𝗽𝗿𝗶𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗴? We’ve seen this pattern again and again. In India, sports 𝗼𝘂𝘁𝘀𝗶𝗱𝗲 𝗰𝗿𝗶𝗰𝗸𝗲𝘁 𝗼𝗳𝘁𝗲𝗻 𝘀𝘁𝗿𝘂𝗴𝗴𝗹𝗲 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝘃𝗶𝗲𝘄𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽, even when Indian athletes perform at the highest level. That is why, just days earlier, massive crowds had gathered simply to catch a 𝗴𝗹𝗶𝗺𝗽𝘀𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝗟𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗲𝗹 𝗠𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗶. But ask those same people about the state of Indian football, or 𝗻𝗮𝗺𝗲𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗻 𝗮 𝗳𝗲𝘄 𝗰𝘂𝗿𝗿𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗜𝗻𝗱𝗶𝗮𝗻 𝗽𝗹𝗮𝘆𝗲𝗿𝘀, and most would have no idea. The same holds true for hockey, archery, athletics, and dozens of other sports in India. ------------------------ This is what 𝗔𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗿𝘆𝗮 𝗣𝗿𝗮𝘀𝗵𝗮𝗻𝘁 often points out: everything ultimately 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗲𝘀 𝗱𝗼𝘄𝗻 𝘁𝗼 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗶𝗻𝗱𝗶𝘃𝗶𝗱𝘂𝗮𝗹. As individuals, we don’t know where to put our money, 𝘄𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗱𝗲𝘀𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗲𝘀 𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗮𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻,or what is truly worth celebrating. That is why change has to begin with the 𝗽𝗼𝗽𝘂𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗳𝗶𝗿𝘀𝘁. Change is always inside-out. Outside-in never works, 𝗯𝗲𝗰𝗮𝘂𝘀𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗼𝗿 𝗶𝘀 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻. Real change will always originate from within.

𝗧𝗼 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝗰𝗹𝘂𝗱𝗲: The following was uttered by the shaykh of the Atharis in Aqeedah in modern day era, Shaykh Al-Alaama Abdallah Al Qunaiman: “𝗜𝘁 𝗶𝘀 𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗺𝗶𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝘁𝗼 𝗱𝗲𝗮𝗹 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗰𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗮𝗯𝗼𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗺 𝗼𝗻 𝗿𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁𝗲𝗼𝘂𝘀𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀, 𝗴𝗼𝗼𝗱 𝗱𝗲𝗲𝗱𝘀, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗽𝗶𝗲𝘁𝘆. This is evident from the fact that Sheikh al-Islam Ibn Taymiyyah, رحمه الله, 𝘀𝘁𝘂𝗱𝗶𝗲𝗱 𝘂𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗿 𝗺𝗮𝗻𝘆 𝗔𝘀𝗵'𝗮𝗿𝗶 𝘀𝗰𝗵𝗼𝗹𝗮𝗿𝘀. 𝗜𝗻 𝗳𝗮𝗰𝘁, 𝗵𝗲 𝗳𝗼𝘂𝗴𝗵𝘁 𝘂𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗿 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗯𝗮𝗻𝗻𝗲𝗿 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗠𝗮𝗺𝗹𝘂𝗸 𝗿𝘂𝗹𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘁𝗶𝗺𝗲, the majority of whom were Ash’ari. Furthermore, the heroic leader and martyr Nur ad-Din Zangi, as well as Salah ad-Din al-Ayyubi, were also Ash'ari, as stated by al-Dhahabi in his "Siyar A'lam al-Nubala." This is further proof that Russia should not exist as a country," Okhmatdyt CEO Volodymyr Zhovnir said about today's Russian missile strike on the children's hospital. Oleksandr Lysytsia, head of the bone marrow transplantation division at Okhmatdyt children's hospital, said that the new building of the children's hospital is almost 80% out of service. According to him, all utility lines have been destroyed, there is no light and water. The missile completely destroyed the toxicology building and damaged 4 more. 10 surgery units, 5 oncology units, 2 somatic units, an intensive care unit, 2 critical care units, operating suites, radiology and radiotherapy unit, and part of the only oncohematology laboratory in the country were damaged.

👋 Wonderful to meet the community of Barking this morning! The King and Queen visited the Barking Learning Centre Community and Family Hub. This community-based learning facility houses Barking Library and brings together a range of council services, and local groups. 💬 Their Majesties spent time with families and staff, who work at the centre to provide advice on employment, support those who are homeless, and encourage reading in the library.
