Dr Phophi loves the people she serves. Unfortunately she doesnโt have passionate human capital to support her vision.

I see the replies here saying why is active now. If you follow Dr Phophi you'd she does these surprise inspections and visits a lot. Even when she was the MMC/MEC of Health she did these visits and she always calls out lazy nurses and other health workers. Every time! The BEST!!

@PhophiRamathuba thank you for visiting the mahwelereng clinic, hopefully they will change. My mom goes there at 5am in the morning and come back at 2pm. She must carry breakfast and lunch just to go seat the whole day at the clinic while they lazy around, sit in one room to talk

Clocking in at 9 and having a 2-hour break before starting work. What a privilege.

If they can help all those people before 12:00 they will have FOUR hours ya go pharama but they don't care, even the doctors at public hospitals don't give a damn, they just cancel operations unnecessarily

@nkomo_vusimuzi But most of public hospital and clinic is Normal๐คจ this is how they operate

I agree with her 100%. Most government departments are always packed to capacity because employees start to attend to people late, and they like to turn away people over small missing information that can be rectified or provided immediately. Civil Servants are lazy.

Every time before elections, Phophi stages these dramas. She deserves an Oscar for great acting skills.

@SaaymanBarry I really don't understand why our people hate other black people. In private sector they do the right thing

@Ronewa_Mathephe Gone are those days wen nurses used to have integrity, they busy with TikTok nowadaysโฆ

At 9:00 they are worse At shongwe mission hospital MP when I slept there for etopic we were all getting our first injection at 5:30 am I was surprised those nurses work shem felt like I was in a private hospital

Just another spectacle by the MEC of health/Premier....Let her go to Dagga/Mamelodi hospital to benchmark....before and after...Dr Naing Soe...you never see Premiers in Gauteng do this .They get enough attention somewhere, but the mec/Premier of Limpopo gets her yellow drip from social media and shouting at parents(health care workers).

Can't even watch half of the is video...... Where is the CEO? I have never seen her taking on the officials that has authority, just poor junior staff are being subjected to this harassment.

She's acting active now mxm where was this energy all along?

She's tries. I like her. She must keep this up and expose lazy people.

Yoooh I so wish I was there.. Mme Premier wa tella shame. Aah yo out of oder and so unprofessional . Nurses learn to defend yourselves .yoooh

The painful part is that she is unreal, sheโs only doing this for votes. In reality health facilities canโt function because of staff shortages, lack of resources, and the influx of illegal foreigners. Being a health worker is soooo hard, not as easy as she says.

They should have been given written warnings, and should stop acting like they are doing the community a favour when it's their job and they get PAID for it!

I love the Premier, always putting patients above everything else in the medical facilities

Sheโs very performative this lady Sheโs been at it for many years and still people in her province got to Mpumalanga and Gauteng for quality health care

Nurses arriving at 7am only to start helping patients at 9am is unacceptable. Accountability and professionalism in our healthcare system are long overdue.

@kabelodick Azikhale. Am all for accountability.

They behave the same everywhere

What a privilage clocking in at 9 and having a 2 hours break before starting work. Slow work for that matter

I wish you can lend us in EC, besides election time, this lady did these visits even before she was elected premier. I normally bump into her clips of visits on social media.

Aaah fire those people fire them they will never change they must feel how it is to not have income then they will learn.. Ebile one looks disinterested in what Minister is saying

@DonovanMaphoth1 Sheโs back ๐๐ฝ๐ฟ๐ฆ

She has been harassing Nurses since she was the MEC but nothing has improved, let her deal with absent Doctors that delegates their duties on the Nurses while they are at their Practices but get paid by government at the end of the month.

Gov depart employees do so because there is no disciplinary measures in place to deal with them. You write reports & recommendations until you give up,no action is taken. The government has made it impossible to hold people accountable or have them expelled for being incompetent

It's tea break. They are entitled to it, imagine working a 7 to 7 shift with only one break.

Where is MEC of health kanti

After March on March we are starting a new one....All government employees,if you don't want to work there are people who want to work. This offline or teatime thing must come to an end!

@chelamashego Lesufi and Osca Mabuyane think its AI

Case in point... Black South Africans hate everyone who is black, even themselves. I have never seen such a weiredly depraved people. They are not lazy, they are hateful. They are ugly spirited. Imagine being seen at 9 while you arrived at 5am and sick. Yhoo blacks are the pits!
