Chaos broke out as 2 teens were riding a dirt bike around the Coastal Grand Mall in South Carolina. If the R2. 00 was an issue the security office and mall managers office is right next to the mall toilets. Then we also have facilities at our garages for the public to use. Please respect the residents.
