Restoring an image to professional grade often requires either 𝘥𝘦𝘦𝘱 𝘱𝘩𝘰𝘵𝘰𝘨𝘳𝘢𝘱𝘩𝘺 𝘦𝘹𝘱𝘦𝘳𝘵𝘪𝘴𝘦 or 𝘣𝘳𝘰𝘢𝘥 𝘬𝘯𝘰𝘸𝘭𝘦𝘥𝘨𝘦 of how to combine many different AI models. 🙋 𝗦𝗼 𝘄𝗲 𝗮𝘀𝗸𝗲𝗱 𝗼𝘂𝗿𝘀𝗲𝗹𝘃𝗲𝘀: Can... we build a restoration agent that fully automates this process — no domain expertise required? To answer this, we Texas A&M University partnered with Beth Allison and scholars from Stanford University, Caltech, UT Austin, Snap Inc., UC Merced, CU Boulder 🦬 to develop the 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗹𝗱’𝘀 𝗳𝗶𝗿𝘀𝘁 𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗰 𝗽𝗵𝗼𝘁𝗼 𝗿𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝘀𝘆𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗺. Our system brings together over 𝟱𝟬 𝘀𝗽𝗲𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘇𝗲𝗱 𝗔𝗜 𝗺𝗼𝗱𝗲𝗹𝘀 — for denoising, deblurring, upscaling, face recovery, detail enhancement, and more. 🔬 It diagnoses the input image. 🦾 It plans and executes an action graph (just like a human editor). ☑️ After each step, it evaluates the output and adapts the plan if needed. The results are phenomenal — as you’ll see in the video. We believe democratizing professional photography will empower anyone to create images suitable for professional use cases. As I promised yesterday, I'll briefly explain LoRA training and share a workflow I made so you can do it quickly. First, let me answer a very common question: 'Why train LoRAs when we have such advanced models?' Even though we have incredibly advanced models now (like NBP), we still can't always get them to do specific things we want. Simplest example: the spritesheet LoRA I made the other day. I generated 1000 images with Nano Banana and only 100 were what I wanted. The LoRA I trained using those 100 images gives me nearly 100% consistent results. Second point is cost and speed. With LoRA, we can cut costs by 4-5x. And while doing that, we're generating 4-5x faster. How many images do you need for a good LoRA? This depends on your LoRA's complexity. For example, when I training the spritesheet LoRA, even though I used 100 images, I didn't include buildings in the training data, so this LoRA doesn't work for buildings. So think about your LoRA's use cases and add examples for as many use cases as possible to improve quality. What are paired images and how to train LoRAs for image-editing? When training LoRAs for image editing on fal, we call each edit example paired images - one with _start suffix, one with _end suffix. For example, if you're training a background remove LoRA, the unedited original photo will be your '_start' image. The image with background removed will be the '_end' image. Simply put: images we want to edit or use as reference get _start, target images we want to achieve get '_end'. Important: save both images with the same name. Like image332_start.jpg and image332_end.jpg. This way the system knows which images pair together. What about training LoRAs for models with multiple image inputs? Same logic. We still use _start and _end suffixes, but with one difference. Since there are multiple input images, we can number them: _start, _start1, _start2. Example: start images, 1st image = Woman portrait (image35_start.jpg) 2nd image = Glasses photo (image35_start1.jpg) 3rd image = Hat photo (image35_start2.jpg) Output image = portrait of woman wearing glasses and hat (image35_end.jpg) Can we do more detailed captioning? Yes. Similarly, you can improve training quality by creating a txt file for each set with the caption inside. Example: create image35.txt and write: 'Recreate the image by putting the glasses from the second image and the hat from the third image on the woman in the first image.' What are Steps? How many should I use? What's Learning Rate? Steps determines how many times the model sees and processes your training data (your images). Each step, the model learns a bit more. But as steps increase, so does the risk of overfitting. So there's no real default. But for a simpler LoRA with 20 paired images, 1000 steps is ideal. Here's a metaphor for the Steps and Learning Rate relationship: Imagine you have a balloon. Our goal is to inflate it to the optimal size. Steps = How many times we blow into the balloon Learning rate = How hard we blow each time If we blow too softly, we need to blow many more times. If we blow too hard, we risk popping it quickly and can't reach optimal size. Of course training won't explode, but it won't work as intended because it wasn't trained optimally. Training's done, now what? Once training's complete, you'll have a safetensors file. Every model you train on fal has a LoRA inference endpoint. In that inference, add your safetensors file link to the LoRA url input, and you can use your LoRA. Thanks for the read! The workflow in the video: If I forgot anything, let me know in the replies.

The same kinds of productivity gains we've seen in coding with AI agents are heading to the rest of knowledge work. This is the jump when you go from having a chatbot to being able to actually have an agent go off and do work for minutes or even hours and come back with a complete work output that you then review. Here's an example of the new Box Agent filling out an RFP response from an existing knowledge base. This process would normally take hours to fill out, and requires the full attention of the user doing the work. Now, you provide the Box Agent with the RFP questions, and it will go off, make a plan, extract all the relevant questions, read through existing source material to come up with an answer, and then generate a new word document as the final output. All while you're doing something else. The key to this architecture is that the agent is able to use all of the same tools in the background that a user uses to get work done. The agent can search for documents, read entire files, run scripts and tools in the background, and even be able to write code on the fly to automate tasks it hasn't seen before. And best of all, the Box Agent will (soon) work from the Box MCP and CLI so you can invoke it in any agentic system as a step in a process. This kind of agent complexity would have been impossible even 6 months ago. Models consistently failed at tracking long running tasks or using the right tools at the right moment for the task. But this is all now possible because of models like GPT-5.4, Opus 4.6, and Gemini 3, and is only getting better by the month. Just as we moved from engineers writing code and using AI as an assistant to answer questions, in many areas of knowledge work -like legal, finance, consulting, sales, marketing, and more- when we have a problem we'll just kick off the AI agent to just go work on it for us in the background.

We now replace that with explaining to the AI what we want, our intent, and the AI generates the code or uses tools to produce the necessary output. This is how computers are going to work in the future. This is Agentic AI. For two years, we've been building toward this, and now it has arrived. One of the big breakthroughs, of course, is tool use. A lot of people have said, “Jensen, AI is coming. Agentic AI is coming. Therefore, all the software companies are going to go out of business.” This is exactly the opposite. Because there are going to be so many agents, the world is no longer limited by the number of people. Therefore, those agents are going to use more tools than ever. This is actually an incredible time to be a software company. But the software has to be presented to the agent in a way that the agent can use it. This is a big breakthrough. Major record labels see this vision as a threat to their business. Each and every time there's been innovation in music — from the earliest forms of recorded music, to sampling, to drum machines, to remixing, MP3s, and streaming music — the record labels have attempted to limit progress. They have spent decades attempting to control the terms of how we create and enjoy music, and this time is no different. So, it is perhaps not a surprise that on June 24th, members of the Recording Industry Association of America, which represents the major record labels, filed a lawsuit against Suno, alleging that the data used in training our music generation technologies infringed on the copyrights of the major record labels that they represent. This lawsuit is fundamentally flawed on both the facts and the law, and is nothing more than yet another instance where they chose litigation over innovation. For starters, the major record labels clearly hold misconceptions about how our technology works. Suno helps people create music through a similar process to one humans have used forever: by learning styles, patterns, and forms (in essence, the "grammar" or music), and then inventing new music around them. Much of the open internet indeed contains copyrighted materials, and some of it is owned by major record labels. But, just like the kid writing their own rock songs after listening to the genre — or a teacher or a journalist reviewing existing materials to draw new insights — learning is not infringing. It never has been, and it is not now. The timing of this lawsuit was somewhat surprising. When this lawsuit landed, Suno was, in fact, having productive discussions with a number of the RIAA's major record label members to find ways of expanding the pie for music together. I have had staff follow up with the artist many times asking what the response is. What the plan is, what was agreed on. They were supposed to give a summary back because we already gave the solution and they wanted to propose something. We wanted to listen but they just disappeared. From three days to more than a month now, no matter how many times I ask, no response. Probably not coming, probably busy lately. I see them just playing fitness and liking all the fans’ posts first. So, fan clubs when you say you want that person to have work, you have to see if they actually want to do it, like it, or just have to endure it. You have to see who they really are, uh... yeah. 🚨FIRST MAJOR ANNOUNCEMENT🚨 Rockwell’s Gas and Mercantile is no longer just a meme, it’s real. All of it. The first location is coming to Whitleyville, TN where its founders, C.Jay Engel and Ryan Green have recently moved their families. We hope to have the funds raised and the renovations and installations completed by late spring of 2027. Americans have noticed the complete degradation of the American gas station and country convenience store. You see it. We see it. We all talk about it. Owned by foreigners, drenched in lotto and vape signs, filled with slop foods, and generally off-putting. We don’t have to live like this. You know how gas stations used to look. You can picture the old country store. You remember seeing images of the vintage roadside diner. Rockwell’s is bringing all this back. We are partnering with locals and friends to stock our store and our diner with great products. And it’s going to be a blast. Just weeks ago, we went under contract on an old community schoolhouse, built in the 1940s. It is the perfect location and has the perfect historical significance for a project like this. We are seeking to completely restore it, gut the parts that have decayed, and renew it into something that will attract folks from all over the area. Already, we have contracted with architects, gas station consultants, kitchen consultants, and builders to start the process of bringing forth this great vision. Because we want to do this right, our calculated costs are in the $1.3 million range. We have filed the necessary paperwork for a full investment raise, which we will activate very shortly—and we anticipate filling it fast, due to the excitement around the project. We’ll be launching a full website and merch store soon for those that want to participate and support the project from afar. We are also releasing an experimental agent, Phoenix, that has access to a wide variety of tools for planning experiments in chemistry. More on that below. The three literature search agents (Crow, Falcon, and Owl) have benchmarked superhuman performance. They also have access to a large corpus of full scientific texts, which means that you can ask them more detailed questions about experimental protocols and study limitations that general-purpose web search agents, which usually only have access to abstracts, might miss. Our agents also use a variety of factors to distinguish source quality, so that they don’t end up relying on low-quality papers or pop-science sources. Finally, and critically, we have an API, which is intended to allow researchers to integrate our agents into their workflows. Phoenix is an experimental project we put together recently just to demonstrate what can happen if you give the agents access to lots of scientific tools. It is not better than humans at planning experiments yet, and it makes a lot more mistakes than Crow, Falcon, or Owl. We want to see all the ways you can break it! The agents we are releasing today cannot yet do all (or even most!) aspects of scientific research autonomously. However, as we show in the video, you can already use them to generate and evaluate new hypotheses and plan new experiments way faster than before. Internally, we also have dedicated agents for data analysis, hypothesis generation, protein engineering, and more, and we plan to launch these on the platform in the coming months as well. For generative AI to become an interesting art tool, we need much more control over the output. The slot-machine-like nature of pure text-to-image leaves too much to chance. Using the "Real-time Latent Consistency Model" that I'm using in the example here, is the first time I truly got a glimpse of a future where we'll be able to use our artistic skills and sensibility, to get control over AI image gen. Systems like these will never be able to match the quality or originality of a skilled artist, it won't surprise us in the same way an artist can. Things are a mess in terms of the training data these models are based on, and the questions about copyright concerns and about a time when everything will look the same are very valid. At some point capabilities like these will be embedded in photoshop, and anyone will be able to generate a pretty picture. But to create interesting designs, to tell original stories and to surprise us, we need creatives and artists with something on their mind. We'll be able to create immersive worlds, by making brush-strokes and sculpt marks, without needing to worry about all the dials, plugins, wires of our 3d and 2d tools today. I love to sculpt, I love to draw, and I love to explore new mediums and new ways to create. The Gen AI tools we have today are far from perfect, and things need to be steered in a better direction. For that we need artists to help point the way. Gen AI isn't going away.. it's too powerful and has the potential to allow us to tell stories like never before. Like all other big technological shifts, tech like this will come at a cost, but it will also open up new opportunities and empower a new generation of storytellers. Using the "Real-time Latent Consistency Model" that I'm using in the example here, is the first time I truly got a glimpse of a future where we'll be able to use our artistic skills and sensibility, to get control over AI image gen. Systems like these will never be able to match the quality or originality of a skilled artist, it won't surprise us in the same way an artist can. Things are a mess in terms of the training data these models are based on, and the questions about copyright concerns and about a time when everything will look the same are very valid. At some point capabilities like these will be embedded in photoshop, and anyone will be able to generate a pretty picture. But to create interesting designs, to tell original stories and to surprise us, we need creatives and artists with something on their mind. We'll be able to create immersive worlds, by making brush-strokes and sculpt marks, without needing to worry about all the dials, plugins, wires of our 3d and 2d tools today. I love to sculpt, I love to draw, and I love to explore new mediums and new ways to create. The Gen AI tools we have today are far from perfect, and things need to be steered in a better direction. For that we need artists to help point the way. Gen AI isn't going away.. it's too powerful and has the potential to allow us to tell stories like never before. Like all other big technological shifts, tech like this will come at a cost, but it will also open up new opportunities and empower a new generation of storytellers. Scientists believe that as a result of this, humans have experienced a shift in decision-making processes, and they inform us that we are becoming more definitive. More precisely, seeing things either as black or white. There is no gray area—no room for normality—it is all extremity. Such examples as to whether something is moral or not, if God exists, or is there a need for the death penalty or not. Scientists state that #humanity is on the verge of grave tribulations and will need wisdom and negotiating skills instead of jumping to conclusions—learn to live by rules of peaceful coexistence, even though it is apparent that we know less of how to live in this manner. While this is correct, I see the future as awful for humanity, one of the intense repercussions and dramatic reactions that impact humanity. We probably are not able to escape them. Baal HaSulam, one of the acclaimed kabbalists, wrote that a third and even fourth nuclear world war is possible. If we do not listen to what the science of Kabbalah requires for us to do, then only disaster and blows can change us. Nature urges us to realize the evil inclination of our human nature so we may begin to change. Such is the law of #nature . It will not change but only manifest itself increasingly before us. It has to be felt on our skins, on ourselves, that we hold the evil inclination within. It is impossible to bypass this step. Nature will keep combing our flesh raw with a rake, and there is nothing we will be able to do about it. We will need to reach the realization of the full depth of our terrible egotistical self and the need to change it, even of our own volition. Suffering will make this happen. We must arrive at a point and ask that nature change us internally in our inner qualities, in our minds. Why does nature drive us into such a dilemma? After all, realizing and drawing conclusions from the quality of our inferior nature can be relatively easy. Almost everyone will agree that human nature is cruel and that we are incapable of holding positive relations. We cannot and will never be able to change on our own. It requires systematic kabbalistic education to explain how to invoke nature’s positive forces on us all. Over several years, these benevolent forces will gradually bring about changes in us. It all depends upon the extent to which we can draw these forces into our lives, wishing for them to implement these changes. A happy ending is possible, but we cannot jump to it. We can soberly look at what is happening and keep trying to raise human awareness. We can do nothing but constantly and sensibly add in such a direction. Hyperspace: The Agentic OS Apple Should Have Built On December 19th, 2024, we announced the world’s first Agentic Browser. Loneliness On The Path & Transcending The Matrix Many of us can relate to the sense and experience of feeling alone as we shed the matrix-cultural social programming and sincerely start to seek truth. As we embark on the path, we start to learn, often remember, realize, and begin to see a deeper reality within and without us. This new sight is contrary to what the masses believe in and how they live their lives. It is also opposed to whatever we found to be true at first. But there was a splinter in the mind - a seed deep within that inspired us to question what we've been told and taught most often after a period of intense suffering responding to the yearning of the soul's call to awaken. It pushed us to answer the call and step into the unknown, and down the rabbit hole we tumble. As we progress on our path, going through our trials initiations and process of disillusionment, truth starts to become stranger than fiction. We can no longer relate to pleasures, social interactions, and enjoyments we may have engaged in enthusiastically in the past. Goals, ambitions, and desires we once had and were very attached to start to feel completely foreign to us. We realize that most of our so-called needs and desires, wants, including group and tribal identifications, were based on lies, wounds, and matrix programs, which we mistook stemming from our true self. They do not lead us to nor reflect true fulfillment joy, and love - the pure state of our soul hidden deep within us beyond the ego personality - our unique soul embodied individuality centered in the Divine. We start to see through appearances and all the pretense - the mechanical unconscious social interactions with the unconscious feeding mechanisms between people - emotionally, energetically sexually - where almost everyone is a copy of a copy sleepwalking and dreaming of being awake. We realize how little of real individuality and authenticity there is in the world, and how people mistake their conditioned and programmed ego personality for authenticity and also mistake all kinds of feelings, desires, and cravings within them for the soul being. All of which we have done in the past as well to varying degrees and still may do. We realize how little of true love there is. If we are honest with ourselves, we also question what love truly is and if we have really ever experienced it. The more we uncover within us and work through our shadow aspects, mechanical behavior, wounds, and traumas, the more we see all that in others. As the masks fall away, we start to see the unseen and a whole new world - the real world opens up. At first this view is not pleasant at all, and we may question our sanity, feelings of despair, depression, shame, guilt, anger, sadness, and loneliness come up everything that we have been hiding and have suppressed for lifetimes starts to come to the surface the darkness within and without is being made conscious as we descend into the underworld. The higher we want to rise, the deeper we need to go, The more light we possess, the more darkness we uncover. It is the esoteric law of descent and ascent at the same time. If we are sincere in our process, we start to realize thatwe cannot blame others or anything externally anymore. We are asked to take full self responsibility with radical self-honesty. The more we awaken, the more we are also confronted with the illusion of control, the ego likes to cling to. There is something else, a higher divine force that is pulling us out of inertia and sleep, asking us to surrender to it while, at the same time, the lower forces of nature want to keep us chained to our past, our wounds, programs, and identifications trapped in the victim-blame cycle. The occult adverse forces tag into our lower nature using temptations, egohooks and thought injections targeting our blind spots and wounds to keep us plugged into the matrix. Ultimately, we realize that the battle is and always has been through us. We then also start to see and sense the mighty occult hyperdimensional forces beyond our five sensory cognition that manipulate not only us but all people like puppets with strings attached. We realize that there is something else hidden from the mind of ordinary consciousness that controls and manipulates human beings from occult realms - something that feeds on humanity and keeps us in a frequency prison of fear and survival-based egoic service to self-consciousness. We also start to see the wounds and traumas people carry masked and armored under a thick social mask disconnected from their bodies. In fact, we begin to see how most people suffer deep inside but don't know that they are suffering for all the attention and energy is used to escape it by dissociation and then externalizing or suppressing their pain to avoid the discomfort of feeling it within. Like unconscious drug addicts, most people are constantly looking for a fix, trying to fill a bottomless hole in, always looking for love, fulfillment, and happiness externally- just like we have done in our unconscious sleeping state, dreaming of being awake. We then start to encounter humans who don't seem to have a soul but are empty shells occupied by something else. The eyes always give it away - all of which becomes more obvious as we cleanse our perception by internal work. We don't get fooled by appearances anymore. We begin to see via inner vision and our guidance comes more and more from within, not influenced by the group hive mind or the conditioned mind with all its fragmented thought loops. We let go of comparison, ambition and competition and surrender to our soul's calling to unite with the Divine. However, not only do we experience isolation and loneliness pulling back more and more from exterior life we also become subject to the projections and attacks of people still wandering in the wilderness of the collective matrix program. We realize that longtime friends and even family members or our spouse and partner are not at all who we thought they were - that these connections were often based on the illusion of love, trauma bonds, and social programming. We realize how we mistook love for all kinds of behaviors, feelings, and things that are not love but were based on wounds and unconscious feeding mechanisms. When we tell others about our discoveries and realizations we are most often met with ridicule made fun of or even attacked and shamed. We are being told that we are negative, crazy and live in fear or engage in fear-mongering-when, in fact, this reaction is their unconscious fear of the truth projected onto us. It is their false mechanical ego personality trying to protect itself from disillusionment with occult forces, working through them, using them as unconscious matrix agents and attempting to keep us from awakening, speaking truth, and anchoring the divine force. Hence, we also realize that we cannot possibly take anything personally anymore because it is not them doing anything. Moreover, we also recognize that these attacks and interferences serve a teaching function in the bigger picture of the evolution of consciousness and in the process of our unique soul evolution for all there is are lessons. These realizations and confronting the lies we've been telling ourselves do indeed lead to disillusionment - a moral bankruptcy. It's the necessary death everyone has to go through to be reborn in the true self. It is the way out of the matrix. Yet this loneliness we experience and the inability to fit in anywhere has its purpose, including the suffering we experience. If we keep on the track with faith and trust, learning our lessons with sincerity, patience, humility, and courage, it will lead us to true love, real companionship, and a conscious connection with Spirit as we find our way back home, reuniting with the Divine. We start to experience magical positive synchronicities and there is help and support of the divine force that responds to our call and supports and guides us in unexpected ways. But we can only perceive this guidance if we get out of the tunnel vision of ego identification and out of our heads. Doors open where there have been no doors before. Out of the dark, we emerge into the light, and we realize and experience on an embodied level—not merely philosophically or intellectually—that we were never alone but under a spell of separation from all that is, as we experience and perceive the Divine in all. Moreover, we also recognize that these attacks and interferences serve a teaching function in the bigger picture of the evolution of consciousness and in the process of our unique soul evolution for all there is are lessons. These realizations and confronting the lies we've been telling ourselves do indeed lead to disillusionment - a moral bankruptcy. It's the necessary death everyone has to go through to be reborn in the true self. It is the way out of the matrix. Yet this loneliness we experience and the inability to fit in anywhere has its purpose, including the suffering we experience. If we keep on the track with faith and trust, learning our lessons with sincerity, patience, humility, and courage, it will lead us to true love, real companionship, and a conscious connection with Spirit as we find our way back home, reuniting with the Divine. I think the Singularity could be BORING We were promised flying cars and warp drives. We got same-day delivery and better autocomplete. And somehow, impossibly, we’re bored by it. This is the Boring Singularity. The idea that the most transformative period in human history will feel, to the people living through it, like a long and uneventful Tuesday. I want to explain why this happens. It comes down to three layers. The first is neurological. The second is architectural. The third is physical. Together they create a perfect storm of invisible progress that our minds are designed to ignore. Layer One: The Neurological Filter Here is a thought experiment. Imagine a caveman breaks his arm. For weeks he is miserable. He cannot hunt, cannot gather, cannot contribute. Then the bone heals. Within days of regaining function, he has completely forgotten the misery. The memory of suffering serves no purpose once the threat has passed. Evolution deleted it so he could return to baseline and focus on survival. We do this with everything. We did it with antibiotics. We did it with smartphones. We will do it with longevity. Psychologists call this hedonic adaptation. They create city-planets like Trantor in Foundation or Coruscant in Star Wars, layer upon layer of visible technology. Our trajectory is the opposite. We are pushing the infrastructure outward and downward, into spaces humans never see. Consider where the robots actually are. They are not walking down the street. They are in mines and fulfillment centers and vertical farms. The real automation revolution is happening in dark warehouses where no human needs to flip a light switch. You order a package and it arrives faster than it used to. That is the entire perceptible output of a massive transformation in logistics. That’s not to say that you’ll never see humanoid robots milling around, only that the vast majority of them will be away from the public. The same principle applies to computation itself. In hindsight, it will look like the entire purpose of inventing computers was to run AI, and everything else was just the bootloader. We are heading toward a world where 99% of all CPU and GPU cycles are dedicated to machine-to-machine processes, and less than one percent is for human-facing tasks. Earth has a finite ability to dissipate heat. To run truly massive AI systems, we will likely move the servers to orbital platforms or Lagrange points where they can vent entropy into the void. I think the best model is actually Star Wars, just inverted. In Star Wars, they have had faster-than-light travel and droids for thousands of years. The technology has faded completely into the background. A hyperdrive failure is treated like a flat tire. It is annoying, not existential. Because the tech tree is fully unlocked, all the drama shifts to politics and governance and ideology. The Empire versus the Republic. Trade routes and treaties and coups. We are heading somewhere similar, with one crucial inversion. Our droids will be smarter, but our ships will be slower. We are likely trapped in this solar system by the speed of light. There is no Outer Rim to escape to if you dislike the politics. But our AI systems will be genuinely superintelligent, an invisible omniscient layer managing supply chains and governance and the allocation of resources. This intensifies the politics because there is no exit valve. We are stuck here with each other and with very powerful tools. The optimistic reading is that this represents maturity. For the last century, technology has moved faster than culture, causing constant anxiety. Future shock, always. If technology moves to a plateau, culture finally has time to catch up. Human decisions, not technological accidents, become what determines history. We stop waiting for a gadget to save us. We realize that if we want a better world, we have to build it with the tools we already have, because no new fundamental laws of reality are coming to rescue us. The Verdict The Boring Singularity is not a prediction of stagnation. Things will still change. We will probably see radical longevity and hyper-efficient energy and algorithmic governance that makes traffic and logistics invisible. It will be, by any historical standard, a utopia of convenience. But it will not feel like the future we were promised. The changes will be incremental enough that our brains adapt before we can appreciate them. The infrastructure will be hidden in warehouses and orbiting platforms we never see.
