Claude Code cannot read 300 files at once. So someone built a system that lets it control NotebookLM from the terminal instead. The results are wild. Here is the full workflow nobody is talking about: The Setup โ†’ Claude Code connects to NotebookLM via a command line interface โ†’ Claude searches YouTube, finds relevant videos, uploads them as sources automatically โ†’ NotebookLM processes up to 300 sources simultaneously and returns cited, grounded answers โ†’ Everything syncs back into your Obsidian vault with passage-level citations you can click to verify Why This Changes Research Forever โ†’ No more 20 browser tabs you never close โ†’ No more copy-pasting outputs into random notes โ†’ No more hallucinated answers with no sources to back them up โ†’ 60% of citations verified as strong matches in accuracy audits - answers are grounded in real data What Claude Can Do From the Terminal โ†’ Search YouTube for relevant videos on any topic and rank by relevance โ†’ Create a new NotebookLM notebook and add 20 sources in parallel automatically โ†’ Ask questions and export cited answers directly into Obsidian with wikilinks โ†’ Set custom personas per notebook - concise, no filler, no preamble โ†’ Generate audio overviews and save them as MP3 files into your vault โ†’ Build mind maps, flashcard decks, and research dashboards from your sources โ†’ Search arXiv for academic papers and feed them directly into NotebookLM โ†’ Upload competitor blog posts, podcast episodes, PDFs, and your own vault notes The Obsidian Output โ†’ Every answer arrives with clickable citations that link to the exact passage in the source video or article โ†’ Graph view shows connections between all 20 sources and the topics they share โ†’ Q&A log tracks every question asked and the grounded response received โ†’ Source dashboard shows citation frequency, topics extracted, and which questions each source answered Use Cases Worth Building Today โ†’ Academic research with arXiv papers, full citation traceability โ†’ Competitor analysis from their YouTube channels and blog posts โ†’ Company knowledge base for onboarding, new employees ask NotebookLM instead of interrupting teammates โ†’ Podcast research, feed 4-hour Lex Fridman episodes and ask what's new in AI this week โ†’ Personal second brain, 300 daily notes uploaded and queryable in one notebook Before this system existed you needed 20 tabs, hours of manual reading, and no guarantee the answers were real. Now you type one prompt in the terminal and Claude does all of it for you. The research stack of 2026 is not a browser. It is a terminal connected to everything

THIS GUY BUILT A BUSINESS SECOND BRAIN WITH CLAUDE CODE + OBSIDIAN IN 3 STEPS Most teams do not need another Notion workspace. They need a place where the company can remember how it works. The video shows a simple setup: 1. Create one empty folder called second brain. 2. Split it into 3 buckets: raw new knowledge wiki 3. Let Claude Code turn messy company material into connected notes. The useful part is the separation. Raw is where your existing stuff goes: SOPs, sales docs, process notes, client delivery checklists, old Loom summaries, onboarding docs. New knowledge is where fresh outside material lands: articles, clips, tactics, examples, market notes. Wiki is the cleaned version: concepts, roles, processes, SOPs, gaps, reusable decisions. That is where Claude Code becomes more useful than a normal chat window. Instead of asking it to remember random context forever, you give it a folder it can read, edit, and reorganize. Then Obsidian becomes the human interface. The Obsidian Web Clipper captures useful pages into the vault. Claude Code ingests them. The wiki gets updated. Then you can ask questions like: โ€œDoes my current workflow actually hold up?โ€ That is the real point. Not โ€œAI notes.โ€ A business memory system that can compare what you do today against new information tomorrow. The caveat: this is not magic company intelligence. If your raw docs are vague, outdated, or full of tribal knowledge, Claude will organize weak inputs into cleaner weak outputs. You still need naming rules, review habits, and someone responsible for deleting junk. But the setup is refreshingly practical. Folder first. Clipper second. Claude Code as the maintainer. No giant knowledge base migration. No complex setup. Just a local vault that can slowly turn scattered business memory into something searchable, editable, and actually reusable.

how to use claude code + 3 MCPs + 2 AI tools to go from cold idea to live A/B test in 1 session (full workflow): 1. connect ideabrowser as an MCP. pull your project context like ICP, positioning, offer, growth strategy directly into the terminal. 2. use ideabrowser skills to generate a lead magnet concept tailored to your niche. it builds the strategy doc and saves it as a file. 3. open paper (connected to claude code). design your landing page visually and iterate on hero, sections, components. design and code stay in sync. dont necessarily need figma here. 4. deploy the landing page. wire up humblytics for analytics like traffic, scroll depth, heat maps, funnel tracking, full attribution. 5. run a no-code A/B experiment directly from claude code. it dynamically swaps your headline on the live site. 6. store the results back into Idea Browser (pro plan) so your agent compounds context over time. every future decision is informed by past data. 7. everyone can build landing pages now. the gap is knowing what to test, how to get customers, and how to optimize. this stack/workflowcloses that gap. amirmxt showed me this live and i can't stop thinking about the arbitrage. 99.999% of people don't know this stack exists. it's like when 5 cent facebook ads were around, arbritrage is all over again. episode is finally live on The Startup Ideas Podcast (SIP) ๐Ÿงƒ (full demo there) this one is different. send it to a friend who likes ideas and automating businesses. 100% free to watch this and get your creative juices flowing (let me know what you want me to cover next) watch

I make unlimited landing pages with Claude Cowork for $0 ๐Ÿ˜ฑ here's the system that turns one URL into a landing page for every possible angle: step 1: scrape your brand DNA โ†’ Firecrawl scrapes your site. trust signals, colors, fonts, the works โ†’ I pointed it at virlo and it pulled every proof element & visual system in 90 seconds โ†’ nothing hallucinated. everything traced back to your actual site step 2: figure out WHY your product works โ†’ not the features but the reason someone should care. โ†’ maps which claims you can back up vs ones you can't step 3: lock your brand voice โ†’ pulls your exact phrases, tone, language patterns โ†’ ran it on a client last week. they thought they wrote the page. they didn't. step 4: write the copy โ†’ hard ban list kills AI slop on sight ("unlock", "seamless", "revolutionize" = dead) โ†’ then cuts 20% of whatever it wrote. if a line doesn't earn its spot, it's gone. step 5: generate on-brand visuals โ†’ Bloom creates images that ACTUALLY match your brand (s/o Ray for hooking up FREE bloom credits, ill send you a link) โ†’ no stock photo energy. no purple AI gradients. no "two businesspeople shaking hands." step 6: build the page โ†’ single-file HTML. responsive. ready to roll. โ†’ routes layout by type. product, SaaS, lead gen, regulated all look different โ†’ one product. six angles. six pages. each one ships. step 7: QA gate โ†’ scores every page on proof, trust, copy, visuals, anti-slop โ†’ shippable, draft, or blocked. nothing goes live without passing. input: your URL output: unlimited landing pages w/ copy & brand images Steal Ads automates ads. this builds landers for each. money ad โ†’ money page. agencies charge $5-10K per landing page. this builds unlimited pages for $0. I packaged the entire system as the Landing Page Factory. 7 Claude skills: - site-extract (brand DNA via Firecrawl) - page-strategy (mechanism mapping + real claims) - brand-profile (your voice + your branding) - page-copy (conversion copy w/ slop ban) - page-visuals (on-brand images w/ Bloom) - page-build (multiple variations & layouts) - page-qa (shippability gate so it doesn't suck) also works with OpenClaw๐Ÿฆž, hermes (Nous Research) or any agent framework. giving it away free. comment PAGES + like + follow (must follow so i can DM)

how to use Google's NEW open source Design.md + AI Skills to make your startup look like a $100 million company in 1 hour: 1. Design.md is an open source file from Google that captures the soul of a design. Typography, colors, spacing, all in one markdown file. You attach it to your prompt and your agent builds beautiful things every time. 2. Think of it this way. The HTML is the finished dish. The design.md is the recipe. The skills are the ingredients. Put them together and everything you build looks consistent and professional. 3. Don't create a design system from scratch. Find a brand you love. Linear, Stripe, Vercel, whatever resonates. Study it. Use ChatGPT or Claude to help you extract the design language into your own design.md file. 4. Build skills on top of your design.md. A landing page skill. A mobile app skill. A motion design skill. A slide deck skill. Each one references the same design.md so everything looks like it came from the same designer. 5. The biggest mistake people make: they nail one screen and then everything else looks generic. Design.md solves this. One file keeps every page, every format, every medium consistent. 6. Use it across everything. Your landing page. Your app. Your pitch deck. Your promo videos. Same DNA. Same taste. Same system. That's what separates a startup that looks real from one that looks vibe-coded. 7. Build a second brain for design inspiration. When you see something beautiful in the real world or online, capture it. Save it. When you're building something new, reference it. Taste is developed, not downloaded. 8. It's obvious but the difference between a product people trust and a product people bounce from is how it looks and feels. Design.md gives you that edge. you can watch below shoutout to Meng To for coming on The Startup Ideas Podcast (SIP) ๐Ÿงƒ and walking through his full workflow. if you want to use AI to actually build gorgeous designs, you'll want to use see this. watch

HOW TO SELL "SECOND BRAIN AS A SERVICE" FOR $5K + (FULL COURSE) The model: build businesses a structured knowledge base out of plain markdown files, then charge to maintain it. No fancy database, Obsidian, or RAG. It becomes the foundation for every other AI project you sell them afterward. A $750 audit turns into a $3,500 build turns into a client who keeps paying you to add more. Adam Sandler came on the pod and walked through the entire playbook live. Here's what I learned: 1. Lead with the knowledge base, not the agent. Every prospect wants a CFO agent. Nobody has the context to make one work. Solve "where does the info live?" first and you've teed up every future build. 2. Sell it with AI out of the pitch. "I'll organize all your scattered company knowledge into one living asset." Their files are everywhere and they hate it. That closes on its own. 3. Zero technical friction. Just markdown files on their machine. No signup, no vault, no vectors. Technical drop-off kills AI deals. This deletes it. 4. Seven note types are your starting schema. Snapshot, people, rules, project history, decisions, open loops, links. Walk in with this and you already have a point of view. 5. Find the spine. The one thing everything ladders up to. Usually their annual goals. 6. Portability is the pitch. Fable got pulled and everyone panicked. A knowledge base outside Anthropic or OpenAI plugs into any model. Sells itself. 7. Token savings close the enterprise. One source means you stop re-pasting context every session. Real money, especially with pay-as-you-go API pricing. 8. The audit is the tripwire. Charge to map where their knowledge lives, then roll the fee into the build. Half the build is already done. 9. Two skills run it on autopilot. Ingest pulls from Gmail, calendar, and CRM. Curate does a weekly cleanup pass. That's the flywheel. 10. The knowledge base tells you what to sell next. Ask it for the top 3 AI opportunities. It finds the gap ("inbound takes 22 hours") and the next build sells itself. His 2 key takeaways: 1. Build one for yourself first. One source of truth, built once, every tool connected. Live the unlock and you'll sell it with conviction. 2. Don't let startups scare you off. Off-the-shelf can't learn how your client's business works. That domain knowledge is the moat you charge for. Adam is quietly building one of the best AI service offers out there and we had a blast going deep on it. Go follow Adam Sandler Full video below.
