I’m generally very anti-war but I support all in, fast, decisive strikes on enemies like Maduro. Why? If we want to be the top dog on the global stage, you must remind the jackals who the king is. If you get too comfortable, you die. Venezuela has acted as a major assembly and transport line for drugs that kill our people. They prop up illegitimate communists in Cuba. They work with China to undermine us and threaten our security. They’ve been jackals. And last night President Trump and Pete Hegseth reminded all of our enemies who the lion is. That message reverberates in the minds of every tyrant or criminal leech that tries to undermine us. We are the king of the jungle, and they’d be wise to remember that fact, or we will remind them too. This kind of action is what keeps us from large scale decade long forever wars. By reminding the jackals who we are, they don’t want to take actions that can lead to longterm wars.

I do believe things related to contracts are too sensitive to discuss here. With this set of players, we have already created so many beautiful memories. I believe this is such a great roster. Here’s Metallica. They play with no backing tracks. My search info was that they use tracks at the beginning of their songs. War sounds at the beginning of “One” or “Wherever I May Roam” sitar intro. Once they start a song there’s no secret guitar tracks. Motley uses tracks for background vocals, rhythm guitars under solos. Synthesizer tones. Since 1987. Which also means they’re playing to a click often I believe. Motley Vanilli Why do they “need” these backing tracks? 📷 I understand other bands use them too. I don’t support them doing this either. I want to hear live music. Flaws and all. There are exceptions. Solo performer at the bar for example

Can the Music we Listen to Affect Us? The answer is yes - and very deeply so. Just as our beliefs about the world create it, so too does the lyrics of a song going into your subconscious mind affect that internal belief system. If everything is a form of energy (which we know is true) then it stands to reason that some songs are bad or low energy What is this doing to our brains if we’re blasting these repetitive or negative songs into our head without consciously thinking about it? Unplug from the mainstream music, and spend more time with just your thoughts and I guarantee you’ll feel better, higher energy and more grounded overall.

Given the recent controversies surrounding a male and female, I'd like to share my reflections based on Islamic law hoping to educate our muslim brothers and sisters on X (twitter). Having said that, social media is 𝗻𝗼𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗽𝗹𝗮𝗰𝗲 𝘁𝗼 𝗯𝗲 𝗽𝗮𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝘀𝗲 𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗱 𝗼𝗳 𝗿𝘂𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴𝘀 and playing the role of judge jury executioner. The main issue is a lack of Islamic knowledge in how to deal with theses issues. This is why we must learn our religion properly. Slander is a huge sin in the sight of Allah. Allah says “when you passed it from one tongue to the other, and said with your mouths what you had no knowledge of, taking it lightly while it is *extremely* serious in the sight of Allah A simple like, tweet, retweet etc without verifying information- we think of it light but wallahi it is mighty in the sight of Allah Infact in Islamic law, slander has a public punishment of flogging or imprisonment. It is not a light matter Let us be very careful in future, and learn from this and never do this again as Allah says: “Allah forbids you from ever doing something like this again, if you are ˹true˺ believers”.

Trump Tariffs: Short post India can decide to tariff other countries or even restrict access in national interest. It already does that. But US has a right to do the same. Let’s not worry if these tariffs will hurt US. That’s not our worry. We all know the red lines for India. But almost everything seems like a red line. What’s not clear are the green lines. What was offered on the table as a deal? India tariffs Luxury goods at 150%. Tesla at 70% tariff. So US tariffs of 25% should be fine too. Why the fuss ? US has decided that its market will not be free for unbalanced trade access. It’s a change of policy. We need a way to balance $40 BN of trade deficit. Either buy more from #US or sell less under tariffs ! It’s fine. India can find other markets. #India can either play strong like a leading economy or play victim like a developing nation. It can’t do both. India is more than capable of absorbing this small tariff rate & move on. It’s a low cost vs the alternative of opening up the economy. Time will tell if this was the right choice. Finally, pls don’t be too touchy or get carried away in the domestic narratives only. Fact is - most politicians & bureaucrats who are trying to champion for India, also have their kids settled in USA. And this will continue in future as well. You should look for your self interest too. Let’s keep a balance of perspectives here.

Really nice to see my song Good Citizen get around like this🤍Doesn’t seem to matter that mainstream radio won’t play my music anymore, TikTok removes my videos and Spotify has stopped adding my songs to playlists. What matters to me is that these songs are travelling around the world through people power and reaching hearts. Too often the systems we live under reward profit over truth, manipulation over integrity and division over unity. But they only have power if we keep believing we need them. It isn’t me vs you. It’s us vs the few who benefit when ordinary people are divided. And I believe most of us want to do good by each other.

A child who herself may be uncertain about her next meal still chooses to feed these voiceless souls with love and compassion. This is the purest form of humanity. To the small island who once ruled the world… come the men who do. 24 years ago, Nike released this advert. It’s trending on social media again. I watched it this morning and it made me cry. I bumped into a neighbour yesterday who has lived in South Africa for 5 years and we were talking about the upcoming game. She’s heading down to our Clubhouse to watch it… as most of us are. And she was telling me how excited she is for South Africa. She’s originally from America but will be wearing her Green and Gold tonight. We started talking about the heart of rugby in our country. You see, the Bokke don’t just play a sport, they play with everything they have. They play for every single South African. They play to remind us who we are. And they play to show us who we can be. My neighbour said, “There is no other nation that does that. It’s so beautiful.” She ignited a core memory in me. It was 1995. The Rugby World Cup was the first major sporting event to take place in South Africa following the end of apartheid. We were the hosts. It was also the first World Cup in which we were allowed to compete. I was sitting on the floor with my brother and sister watching. My folks were on the couch. There was this intense feeling of trepidation. We needed to win. Our country needed to win. “But how do you remember that? You must have been so young?” My neighbour asked. Because it was the first time we felt like one nation. Undivided. It was the first time our country was standing behind a new president and a new flag - together. Nelson Mandela made us believe that we were the rainbow nation. He gave us hope that as a country, we could become more than what we were before. We could rewrite our history. When that last whistle blew our entire team dropped to their knees crying, the crowd flying the new South African flags higher than high and then Nelson Mandela made his way to the pitch to meet Francois Pienaar. Something was ignited in us all. The spirit and heart of how rugby brings South Africans together. So ja, our team don’t just play a sport. They play with everything they have. They play for every single South African. They play to remind us who we are. And they play to show us who we can be. Win or lose, they play to bring us together. I don’t care if this video goes viral or not but it should go viral to the right places. I almost didn’t post this, but silence won’t help us either. Nigerians are not lazy people (we dey work). Nigerians are not unserious people, we are not weak. We are people who wake up every single day and try despite everything working against us. We hustle, we push, we find ways to survive in situations that are not normal. The same internet you see us laughing on, making jokes, creating content, is that same place we come to forget our pain. (Because if we don’t laugh, we might break.) Things are getting harder every day, the cost of living is rising, opportunities are shrinking. It’s also becoming scary to even speak. When citizens talk about what they’re going through, it sometimes feels like they are silenced, intimidated, or punished for it. Please hear us, make us feel safe again. Security should not be a luxury, but a priority—your top priority. Going out shouldn’t feel like a risk, entering a car shouldn’t come with fear, living in your own country shouldn’t feel unsafe. It’s even more heartbreaking seeing our neighboring countries deport Nigerians, like we don’t belong anywhere anymore (and we won’t blame them). #ต้าห์อู๋ #Daou #Oueiija 🦖: There was a music festival in Pattaya, and I brought my Mama along. Lately, I have been bringing my Mama to work a lot. And I felt like booking the best hotel for her to sleep in, so I did. That day, she kept looking at the view from the hotel, and I saw her reaction. She said, “Mama has never slept in a hotel like this in my whole life. Mama has been working since the age of 14, performing Chinese opera to provide for the family. I never thought I’d have something like this. Never thought I’d have a beautiful home or get to ride in nice cars.” And it resonated with me, especially since Pa passed away. When Mama says things like that, (it is) true. What I had planned was just one (more) year until Pa and Ma could retire… (but) it was too late. Even if it was just one year or one day, it was too late. Success can wait for tomorrow, (but) if they are not there tomorrow, then it is too late. So, I felt like, “Hey, when can I make her happy?” To be honest, the new house that I built for her, where she can do this and that, is finished. The renovations are all done. The cats have moved in. (She?) has a role as the pillar of the house. So, I feel that the car… I had bought one before, but that time, I had to thank the fans. But this time, it came from (my own) hard work.
