That roadside stop is a masterclass in false control. The sheriffs talk like they own the desert, then Jeff Faheyโ€™s Cowboy ends the conversation before they finish the joke. One of those scenes that still slaps because the confidence is so loud right up until the draw. Classic 2012 pulpy Western energy.

First 10 seconds: Jordan waits for me as I center the phone after initially testing equipment, I walk in, say hello, then you see me mouthing "testing mic" again. So, what happened? A quick troubleshoot afterwards revealed that the part of the tripod stand gripping my phone had, somehow, clamped the volume button... turning the sound all the way down. No sound. It must have happened at some point during the setup. I dunno. What did I miss? Because I had been briefed before the interview that Jordan was in the mood for any kind of questions, I went all in: asked about his apparent lack of releasing balls, his famous family's response to the criticisms, then about his increasong personal records with the team, the floods in Ghana etc. The best part: last 10 seconds. We shared a lighthearted moment when I asked him to say something in our native Ga (he speaks it fluently) and he volleyed it oh-so-brilliantly. Woulda made an amazing meme tbh. ๐Ÿ˜ƒ But, hey. โ€ผ๏ธUNSCRIPTED: Shedeur Sanders and the Rise They Never Saw Coming โ€ฆ There are athletes who play the game and then there are figures who shift culture. Shedeur Sanders has become the latter. Not because the world cleared a path for him, but because he rose above everything they said he could not overcome. From the moment his name surfaced in NFL conversations, critics formed their narratives. He is not ready. He cannot read an NFL playbook. He does not have the arm talent. He will not start this season. He will sit behind veterans. He will fold under pressure. They buried him on depth charts that were never meant to define him. But here is the biblical pattern. Every chosen leader is underestimated before they are elevated. Every David is measured by the armor he does not wear. Every Joseph is counted out before he steps into his palace. Every Daniel is doubted until he survives what should have destroyed him. And even Jesus walked through wilderness before walking into purpose. Shedeurโ€™s journey mirrors that same divine blueprint. He did not rise because the critics supported him. He rose in spite of them. He rose above projections. He rose above narratives. He rose above the low expectations placed on him by people who never studied his preparation. And just like David he did not need public approval to prove he was ready. He just needed a moment. A moment to step into the pocket. A moment to command the huddle. A moment to show he can read defenses, manipulate safeties, extend plays, and deliver throws critics said he could not make. When God appoints someone no amount of opposition can block the assignment. Critics can predict it. Analysts can dismiss it. Experts can misunderstand it. But they cannot stop it. God has a history of taking what people overlook and turning it into what the world cannot ignore.

Fulani kidnappers strikes again. Benin-Ore expressway. Last week it was G.U.O, this week Ibom Express service. Another driver gunned down, Another life lost, another widow, another fatherless children. One two many kidnappings on the same location without any solution. According to surviving victims, the driver was shot fron the side while coming with speed, he lost control and ran into a ditch. The Fulani kidnappers immediately pursued the car into the thick forest that night. Some lucky passengers managed to escape into the bush before they arrived. While all the unlucky ones were kidnapped and taken into the forest. Both injured and uninjured passengers were kidnapped. The vehicle was coming from onitsha Anambra state. The new strategy of these kidnappers now, is to shot at drivers while they are on speed. Immediately the driver is shot, he or she will lose control and run the vehicle into the bush, or the vehicle might summersault while they pursue the vehicle until it comes to a stop. If the driver still manages the bullet to drive, they will pursue the car until the bullet reacts, and the driver stops. Even the driver covers a sizeable distance, they will still follow the car until he stops. Then they will kidnap the passengers inside. Both injured and un injured passengers will be Kidnapped. Commercial transport owners and drivers must stop operation nationwide Immediately, if their life, safety, and businesses can not be protected or guaranteed by the government. If they do that, the nations economy will be grounded. Travels will be grounded. Nigerians will react, and government will take action immediate. Outside this, more deaths and kidnappings will be recorded every eke market day.

I was 14/15 years old, living in Karachi, at the time 9/11 happened. The head principal of our school led victory cheers at the morning parade. Many people were jubilant. There was a sense in many that now was the time for all muslim armies to join together - a common dream that springs up every time there is even a little attack on any Western country. A wet dream of many Muslims across the spectrum, one day the Ummah will come together and fight the West. Even Mushraf took a few days to react one way or another, finally coming out to condemn the attacks to the disappointment of many Pakistanis. Make no mistake, Muslims are not your friends. Especially those from the subcontinent. They are the biggest majority of the minority in Britain. They are all bidding their time till they can act for their Ummah. Many people need to wake up. No, I am not being mean, or harsh, or unfair. It is not bigotry to see an ideology and a people who follow it dogmatically for what they are. They see themselves as other. They do not integrate, they do not assimilate. They declare themselves as your enemies by rejecting everything you stand for, while you remain timid to at least take their word for it. This isn't going to end well if you keep hiding from the facts. These are acts of dominance, plain and simple. This is the Muslims shifting from the Makkah phase to the Medina phase. When in Makkah at the start with only a handful of follower, Mohammad along with his band use to pray in private. All the verses were about peace and tolerance and all that jazz. And when he moved to Yathrib, and changed it to Medina, well the tone changed. Everything now could be done openly. Violence, death, glory, and conquest. The verses superseded the ones of before. Abrogation of the before. It is a learned behaviour from their prophet. Wake up before its too late.

โ€ผ๏ธTyler Bowyer ADMITS Charlie Believed 'Hate Speech' Is PROTECTED Speechโ€”Meanwhile Turning Point 2.0 Is Violating Charlie Kirkโ€™s FINAL Dying Beliefs! ๐Ÿ‘€ While the "new" leadership tries to weaponize Charlieโ€™s memory to cancel and sue his friends, Tyler Bowyer just accidentally admitted the truth: Turning Point 2.0 is violating the very principles Charlie Kirk lived and died for. In this clip, Tyler Bowyerโ€”one of Charlieโ€™s closest alliesโ€”is asked how Charlie would react to the current impulse to cancel, silence, or sue people speaking critically of him in the wake of his assassination. The answer is devastating for the people currently running the show: Charlie would be 100% against it. "He would reject it." โ€”Tyler Bowyer Tyler reveals that just one week before his murder, Charlie was adamant that "bad speech, hate speech, and negative speech" are all protected under the First Amendment. He rejected the "cancel culture" impulse entirely. Despite Charlieโ€™s clear stance, the leadership at Turning Point 2.0 (and their allies at the Daily Wire) are doing the exact opposite. They are currently engaged in a massive "lawfare" campaignโ€”suing and attempting to bankrupt Candace Owens, independent researchers, and anyone else who dares to "notice" the inconsistencies in the official narrative. They are using Charlieโ€™s death to justify the very censorship he fought against his entire career. They claim to be "protecting his legacy" while they dismantle his core belief in the right to associate and speak freely. Notice how the interviewer tries to pivot to "firing people" being part of free speech. This is the exact excuse the Daily Wire used to fire Candace and the same logic being used to justify the legal hit jobs against us. They call it the "right to associate," but we call it what it is: The targeted destruction of dissent. Charlie Kirk built a movement on the idea that we don't silence our opponentsโ€”we out-argue them. Turning Point 2.0 has abandoned that for the weaponization of the courtroom and advocating of hate speech laws. The king is gone, and the guards are now burning his books. RT if you want the REAL Charlie Kirk legacy protected, not the corporate version. ๐Ÿ‘‡

Late in the 2016 NCAA Men's Basketball Championship, Villanova blew a 10-point lead. With 4.7 seconds left, UNC hit a 3-pointer to tie the game. Villanova's head coach, Jay Wright, called a timeout, and as his players walked to the huddle, they were all saying the same word: โ€œAttitude.โ€ โ€œIt's the most important aspect of our program,โ€ Coach Wright explains in his book titled, Attitude. โ€œWe wear 'Attitude' wristbands. And when we break a huddle, we say '1, 2, 3, Attitude.'โ€ The test of Attitude, Wright taught his players, is: โ€œWhere is your mindset after something bad happens to you?โ€ Where is your mindset after you blow a 10-point lead? Where is your mindset after your opponent hits a 3 to tie the game with 4.7 seconds left? โ€œWhen I looked into the eyes of our players,โ€ Wright writes, โ€œI saw no anger or regret. No one bemoaned [the UNC player's] 'lucky shot,' or that any of our guys had failed to stop him from grabbing the pass that led to that shot, or anything else.โ€ Instead, โ€œthey were all saying, 'Attitude. Attitude. This is what we do. Attitude. This is what we do.'โ€ With this mindset, the players returned to the court. Villanova's Kris Jenkins inbounded the ball to Ryan "Arch" Arcidiacono. Arch dribbled up the left side of the court, crossed half court, cut right towards the 3-point arc, where he underhanded a pass to Jenkins, who caught the ball with 1.3 seconds left, and, in perfect rhythm, jumped then released the ball with 0.6 seconds, and hit a buzzer-beater to win the 2016 NCAA Men's Basketball Championship. Takeaway 1: A primary indicator of physical fitness is recovery time. If you are doing all-out sprint intervals, for instanceโ€”people who are physically fit recover from one interval to the next faster than those who are not physically fit. โ€œSo then, what is mental fitness?โ€ the mental performance coach Greg Harden likes to ask. โ€œMental fitness is about recovery time,โ€ Harden says. It's about, as Coach Wright said, where your mindset is after something bad happens to you. After something bad happens, people who are mentally fit recover faster than those who are not. Takeaway 2: Just after Kris Jenkins hit the buzzer-beater, Coach Wright famously barely reacted. Before his guys went back on the court, he explained, โ€œI processed all the potential scenarios.โ€ Most likely, the game was going to go to overtime where UNC would ride their wave of momentum and win the game. โ€œNo matter the outcome,โ€ Wright continued, โ€œbecause of the way our players responded after UNC tied the game ["Attitude. Attitude. This is what we do."]โ€”I felt like they had the greatest lesson in life. I felt like that was an accomplishment that would follow them through their lives.โ€ Ryan Holiday once told me, โ€œYou have to get to a place where doing the work is the win and everything else is extra.โ€ Wright got to that place. He had done the work to instill in his players a mindset, he said, โ€œthat they would carry with them for the remainder of their days on earth.โ€ โ€œIn that sense, I knew we had already won.โ€ Everything else was extra. - - - โ€œThe fact is, none of us control what happens to us in lifeโ€”but we do control our responses to those circumstances...no matter how tough it gets or how much of a challenge you face in the final 4.7 seconds of a game.โ€ โ€” Jay Wright Follow Billy Oppenheimer for more content like this!

All the Presidentโ€™s Men turns 50 today. This famous โ€œsixโ€‘minute shotโ€ is a masterclass in phone acting and pure technical nerve. Director Alan J. Pakula and cinematographer Gordon Willis pull off a single, unbroken slow zoom: from a wide, humming newsroom to a tight close-up on Redford. No cuts. No safety net. Tension builds in real time. Redford carries it with typical quiet confidence. Six minutes of note-taking and talking into a phone, no flashy โ€œOscar clip.โ€ He even flubs a name (โ€œMcGregorโ€ for โ€œDahlbergโ€), corrects himself naturally, and Pakula keeps it because it feels authentic. The background is part of the story. As Woodward hones in on his phone call, everyone behind him huddles around a TV watching Senator Tom Eagleton resign. The contrast is deliberate: they chase the โ€œobviousโ€ headline, while the camera drifts past them to Woodward, and the real story. To hold Redford and the busy background in focus early on, they used a splitโ€‘diopter lens, then had to ease it out as the camera moves in. A technical tightrope. The timing of both actor and cinematographer is spot on. As Woodward closes in on the truth, the world literally falls away: the newsroom blurs, the noise fades, and we lock into his obsession. Itโ€™s one of cinemaโ€™s great moments: Redford doing almost nothingโ€”and somehow everything at the same time. What makes this shot brilliant is the contrast it carves between Redford and the newsroom around him. The visual language does the talking: heโ€™s locked in, disciplined, driven, all focus and fire. He stands apart because the work matters more than anything else.
