Bulawayo might as well be a town. There is nothing happening there. This town called Vicfalls has a lot more going for it than Bulawayo. It’s easier to run a city because it has more rates and taxes from companies but the problem is when you run a city of primitive and backward tribesmen and settlers, you have stagnation.
