As requested by Alex Miller yesterday, a look at our out of possession shape in the first half. 1: (10 secs) - Wednesday in a very narrow high block in a 523 out of possession. It only looked like this when the ball is central. Nowrich rotate (change positions during play) a lot and this narrow block denies central rotation. In this clip, they have had rotation in left back position as the CM has dropped into the area and left back on the last line. 2: 20 secs - When the ball went wide or started to move wide, the full back would advance up the pitch to pressure the full back and press full back to full back, whilst the CBs would come out with the Norwich forwards coming in between the lines, as this ball transitions across the pitch you see Sargent come out and Iorfa following tight. Fusire in this clip has come out to mark full back to full back and creating a makeshift back 4. 3: 47 secs - Wednesday get back into their narrow block shape 4: 56 secs - rotation from the front line form Norwich 5: 58 seconds, Palmer comes out of the back line to pick up the rotation and prevent space between lines. How many more people have to die to wake the US up from pretending asleep? In the future, when looking back, people will find it hard to understand: Why has the US been so insistent in rendering the Council incapable of playing its role, leading to its paralysis? Why have the so-called diplomatic negotiations been going in circles? Why is Israel allowed to continue its military operations while constantly putting forth new conditions for negotiations? In the future, when looking back, people will surely feel indignant: Israel has flagrantly breached every red line of international humanitarian law. But the US can always find justification to defend Israel. People’s indignation also stems from the fact that the continued supply of weapons from the US has become a decisive enabling factor for the war lasting so long, causing so many casualties and so much destruction. All hostages must be released. An immediate and unconditional ceasefire must be established. Both are important. There should be no preconditions attached, and the two things should not be linked to each other. Because facts have shown that Israel’s military operations in Gaza have long exceeded the scope of rescuing hostages.

The Wolves salary dumped Mike Conley's $10.8M contract at the trade deadline. These were the functional salary cap-related values to the Wolves in making that trade... - The trade got them below the 1st apron, which gave them the ability to take back more money in a subsequent trade (because you can't be over the 1st apron and take back more money than you send out in a trade). Technically, they took back more money in the Ayo Dosunmu trade, because it included Julian Phillips and his contract. But if you remember, the Conley trade happened two days before the deadline. They made the move in advance to open up the possibility of taking back more money in a trade for an expensive star (potentially Giannis). That was the theoretical value there, much more than it was about the value of bringing in Phillips. - They saved a lot of money on the luxury tax bill after paying nearly $100M in luxury tax for being above the 2nd apron the season before. - They created a $10.8M trade exception that they can use to absorb up to $10.8M in salary without sending money back. But using a trade exception hard caps you at the 1st apron and only lasts for 12 months. - Got off Rob Dillingham's contract that is set to pay him $6.9M this coming season and $8.8M the following season. This creates some space beneath the aprons that they could need if they are to re-sign Ayo Dosunmu. Also created another $6.6M trade exception when doing the Dillingham-Dosunmu trade, because the Wolves absorbed Dosunmu into the Alexander-Walker trade exception from last summer ($7.6M NAW trade exception, and Dosunmu made $7.5M). Transacting this way hard-capped the Wolves at the 1st apron, but at that point in time the deadline was about to pass, they weren't trading for Giannis or anyone else, meaning there was no cost to being hard-capped at the 1st apron for the rest of the season. (Though that could impact a draft night trade, I believe -- because that's the same calendar year.) - The 21st picks salary this season ($3.9M) is $800k higher than the 28th picks salary this coming season ($3.1M). So while that player should be more valuable, that player would also carry a bigger cap hit. This is a man who voted Democrat his entire life, told his audience he doesn’t hate the Iran bombing, showed clips of Iranians doing the Trump dance on his show (Yahoo Entertainment), and has called the Iranian government a 𝐟𝐚𝐬𝐜𝐢𝐬𝐭 𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐨𝐜𝐫𝐚𝐜𝐲. He’s not switching parties. He’s just refusing to lie — and that alone is enough to make him radioactive to the Democratic establishment. His own show gets 𝐡𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐞𝐫 𝐑𝐞𝐩𝐮𝐛𝐥𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐧 𝐯𝐢𝐞𝐰𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐩 𝐭𝐡𝐚𝐧 𝐃𝐞𝐦𝐨𝐜𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐜 𝐯𝐢𝐞𝐰𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐩 now — not because Maher moved right, but because the left moved away from anyone who asks inconvenient questions. He’s not switching parties. He’s just refusing to lie — and that alone is enough to make him radioactive to the Democratic establishment. How To Make Advent Catholic Again One way to start doing that right away is to reclaim what is ours, not just liturgically but culturally. Let's call it: Operation Catholic Survival. And Advent 2025 provides us with a golden opportunity to begin breaking free of the mass psychosis and taking back what they stole from us, especially our Holy Days. The plastic-banana, phony-baloney holiday Silly Season was cute while it lasted but it's time to move on. Or perhaps I should say: It's time to move back. I’m absolutely convinced that one of the main reasons my own seven children have by the grace of God kept the old faith is that, long ago, they fell in love with something much better than what the world has to offer. They grew up with the old Catholic customs associated with the Holy Days of Christendom. The Church is our Mother today just as she was for our fathers and mothers for a thousand years. Nothing has changed, and if we allow her to show us the way she we will see to it that we survive. But first we need to turn back to her, not just on Sunday morning but all day every day, and especially on the Holy Days. Nobody knows how to do Christmas, for example, like Mother Church. Bob MacIntyre shot weekend rounds of 65 and 69 with 15 birdies to finish solo 4th at The Players Championship. It’s his best finish in the event and his best of the season so far. He said after: “No, it was stressful. I was actually struggling to eat early in the back nine. Yeah, it's what I want to do. It's where I want to compete. Obviously last year was a big kind of wake-up call for me in order to know that I can really compete at the top end of world golf. I had a chance today to do something very special that obviously Sandy was the last one to do it from our country. “Yeah, coming into that back nine, middle of that back nine I really thought I was in with a shout. The way I'm playing, driving it beautifully, putting unbelievable, it was just a matter of getting that ball inside 30 feet and then look out. Yeah, just disappointed with the bogeys on the back nine to finish, but yeah, I gave it a shot.” Bob is one of the best players in the world right now and he keeps putting himself in contention to win the big events.
