@SixNationsU20 How much value is there in playing a side that's hardly trained together? Not exactly the opposition they will be facing.

@SixNationsU20 Both teams would be better off hitting the tackle bags rather than playing another game

Deputy Prime Minister /Foreign Minister Ishaq Dar today met with H.E. Wang Yi, Member of the Political Bureau and Minister of Foreign Affairs, in Beijing upon the invitation of the latter. The meeting was held in an exceptionally warm and cordial atmosphere, featuring hours of engagement from restricted talks to delegation-level discussions. The two sides reviewed the full spectrum of bilateral relations, exchanged views on regional developments in West Asia, and discussed a wide range of issues of mutual interest. As Pakistan and China commemorate the 75th anniversary of diplomatic relations this year, both sides reaffirmed their unwavering commitment to further strengthening the All-Weather Strategic Cooperative Partnership. Particular emphasis was placed on advancing high-quality development, deepening economic and strategic cooperation, including under CPEC 2.0, and enhancing high-level exchanges and collaboration across all domains. On the evolving situation in West Asia, both sides underscored their shared commitment to peace, stability, and dialogue, and issued a Five-Point Initiative aimed at promoting regional peace and stability. Foreign Minister Wang Yi appreciated Pakistan’s constructive and consistent diplomatic efforts in this regard. The two sides also reaffirmed their close coordination at multilateral fora and agreed to remain in regular and close contact. The visit once again reflected the enduring warmth, mutual trust, and iron-clad friendship that define Pakistan-China relations.

Hillel Neuer of UN Watch spoke out yesterday at the United Nations for the six Somalilanders kidnapped and tortured by Somalia. He also spoke out for the human rights of 6.5 million Somalilanders. As has been the case for decades, the United Nations brushed off his concerns and urged all speakers to erase Somaliland from the discussion and stick to their Mogadishu focused agenda. In the 1980s, the UN used the confidential 1503 procedure to discuss the crimes against humanity and genocide committed against the Isaaq people, instead of sounding the alarm as the Israeli mission at the United Nations had done. In the 1990s, after the discovery of mass graves, a UN report confirmed that genocide had been committed by Somalia. Yet this brought no further action from the United Nations despite the pleas from Somaliland human rights organizations and the highest office due to the fact that many of perpetrators were spread out across western nations. On September 11, 2001, the independent human rights expert for Somalia sent a letter to UN Secretary-General Kofi Annan requesting a war crimes commission like those for the former Yugoslavia and Rwanda; the request was ignored. The bureaucrats at the United Nations would much prefer that the people and the Republic of Somaliland cease to exist, but that will never happen, despite their best efforts.

🇺🇸🇮🇷 Negotiations between the U.S. and Iran will collapse: Recent high-stakes, indirect negotiations between the United States and Iran took place in Muscat, Oman, on Friday, February 6. The talks were exclusively nuclear-focused from Iran's perspective, as Tehran insisted on limiting the scope to its nuclear program. U.S. demands, as reported across sources appear broader and more comprehensive: 📌Removal or relocation of Iran's existing enriched uranium stockpiles. Limits on Iran's ballistic missile program and also ending support/funding for regional proxy groups. While no breakthrough was achieved and the sides remained firm in their initial positions, both characterized the meeting as a "good start" and agreed to continue diplomacy. I see it as unlikely that we will see an agreement between the countries. The sides are so far apart that it is not even possible to begin negotiating on the core issues. As negotiations remain unproductive, the U.S. is bolstering its military presence in the region.

When discussing the Great Highway in San Francisco, it’s important to understand these points: 1. What’s already been decided? 2. What’s proposed for the future? 3. What’s staying the same? Watch this short video or read a longer explanation here: WHAT’S ALREADY BEEN DECIDED Both directions of the Great Highway south of Sloat are set to close due to coastal erosion. This has already been legislated. That means we will never again be able to use the Great Highway as a direct connection to Daly City and the 280. Traffic from Daly City will have to use Skyline and go around the zoo. Traffic from San Francisco will need to turn left at Sloat and continue south past Lake Merced. WHAT’S PROPOSED FOR THE FUTURE Without a direct connection to Daly City, we have to think about what is the best use of the section between Lincoln and Sloat. This is an opportunity to reimagine the space for the next century as an oceanside park. This includes improving traffic flow on Lincoln and Sunset Boulevard to get people where they need to go. WHAT’S STAYING THE SAME The Great Highway will remain open to cars 24/7 from the Richmond neighborhoods to Lincoln allowing full access to the Cliff House, Beach Chalet, soccer fields, the Ocean Beach parking lot, and anywhere in the Sunset from Lincoln. EXPLOSIVE: 🚨 “BILL GATES OWNS THE WORLD HEALTH ORGANIZATION.” – RFK JR. 💥 Robert F. Kennedy Jr. isn’t holding back: “Bill Gates is an enemy of humanity — and he must be stopped.” 💉 In Africa, Gates funded vaccine trials under the guise of health — but devastated entire communities. When the Danish government asked for safety data on Gates-funded programs, he refused. So they got their own. 📊 The findings? Girls vaccinated at 6 months were 6x more likely to die. SIX TIMES. And still — Gates wants more power, more programs, more control. He asked for billions, and nations obeyed. 🌍 From population “reduction” rhetoric… 🧬 To mass experimentation under the banner of “philanthropy”… This is not medicine. It’s a coordinated agenda. 🔥 Gates must be held to account. Not as a benefactor — but as a man who should stand trial for crimes against humanity.

The City of Toronto recently cleared the encampment at Dufferin Grove Park after more than a year and a half of outreach and an estimated $1.4 million in expenditures. Yet tents sprang back up almost immediately, alongside familiar Antifa activists who’ve been involved in countless disruptions across the GTA. They’re now gathering under the banner of a “sacred fire,” which they treat as a license to forbid anyone from recording their renewed occupation of the park. Private security appears to take cues from these activists, warning independent media to stop filming “for [his own] safety.” In reality, the camera is our strongest defence against dishonest actors prone to violence, intimidation, and mischief. In this encounter alone, the video captured a woman deliberately kicking the scooter, blocking movement, and false allegations of pedophilia, and someone flicking a lit cigarette. Recording is essential. Besides, what authority does the man with filthy feet have to kick anyone out of a public park? 📸 Oct 3, 2025 #Toronto #ProtestMania

📽️Raising an Army: Stonewall Jackson’s Call to Arms in Gods and Generals 🔥 This powerful scene from the 2003 film *Gods and Generals* captures the early days of the American Civil War in Virginia, as Confederate forces begin to mobilize following the state’s secession. The clip shows the transformation of ordinary citizens into soldiers, blending patriotic fervor, religious conviction, and military preparation under the leadership of Thomas “Stonewall” Jackson. The scene opens with crowds cheering as supplies are requisitioned for the war effort, including cattle and horses taken from a train bound for Washington. Jackson, portrayed with quiet intensity by Stephen Lang, oversees the preparations while engaging in conversations that reveal both his stern discipline and deep faith. Artillery pieces are solemnly christened “Matthew, Mark, Luke, and John,” highlighting the strong religious element that defined many Confederate soldiers. Jackson emphasizes rigorous training, drawing from history and stressing the importance of the bayonet, while welcoming the arrival of the flamboyant cavalry officer J.E.B. Stuart. The moment builds to a stirring address to the assembled troops, where the men are reminded of their duty to defend their homes and state. The speech underscores the painful shift from loyalty to the Union to the defense of Virginia, framing the coming conflict as one of necessity rather than choice. It’s a raw and dramatic portrayal of how the war began for many in the South — not with grand battles, but with the solemn raising of an army from among friends and neighbors. A compelling look at leadership, duty, and the personal cost of a nation dividing. #GodsAndGenerals #StonewallJackson #CivilWar #AmericanCivilWar #StephenLang #JEBStuart #HistoricalDrama #CivilWarMovie #ConfederateArmy #RaisingAnArmy #HistoryOnScreen #WarMovies #Patriotism #MovieScene #ClassicCinema
