A lot of people are accusing me of deliberately disabling system animations to make Samsung look like it has no animations. This is honestly ridiculous. My video already showed the exact issue very clearly: I was tapping on album covers in the Gallery to open individual albums. I was NOT tapping on individual photos. These are two completely different actions. Since some people still somehow missed this, I recorded another video to demonstrate everything from the beginning. First, I show my Developer Options. I haven't changed any animation-related settings, and I haven't disabled system animations. Then I open the Gallery. 1. Tap an album cover to enter an album Watch carefully. On the inner display of the Galaxy Z Fold 8, when you open an album from the Gallery and then go back, there is basically no proper transition animation. The UI simply switches from one screen to another. 2. Open an album, then tap an individual photo Now you can clearly see that there IS an animation. It may still look pretty silly to me, but at least an animation exists. So please stop using “there's an animation when you open a photo” as an argument against what I showed. From the very beginning, I have been talking about the animation when tapping an album cover, not when opening an individual photo. I've also confirmed that this issue appears on the inner displays of the Galaxy Z Fold 8 and Galaxy Z Trifold. The outer displays and the Galaxy S series do not have the same issue. So, to make this absolutely clear: Album cover → Open album: no proper transition animation on the inner display. Inside album → Open individual photo: animation exists. Please follow the exact same steps shown in my video before arguing that the issue doesn't exist. If this still isn't clear enough, I genuinely don't know how I could demonstrate it any more clearly.

Yesterday ex-Bungie exec Martin O’Donnell who successfully sued #Bungie for unpaid wages and stock ownership, did an interview with Act Man about Bungie's recent woes. He implied Bungie CEO Pete Parsons and the #Microsoft corporate ethos and management style he comes from, was to blame. Martin says; "𝙏𝙝𝙚 𝙥𝙚𝙤𝙥𝙡𝙚 𝙞𝙣 𝙡𝙚𝙖𝙙𝙚𝙧𝙨𝙝𝙞𝙥 𝙬𝙝𝙤 𝙬𝙚𝙧𝙚 𝙣𝙤𝙩 𝙘𝙧𝙚𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙫𝙚𝙨, 𝙘𝙖𝙢𝙚 𝙬𝙞𝙩𝙝 𝙖 𝙥𝙚𝙙𝙞𝙜𝙧𝙚𝙚 𝙛𝙧𝙤𝙢 𝙈𝙞𝙘𝙧𝙤𝙨𝙤𝙛𝙩. 𝙏𝙝𝙚𝙮 𝙬𝙚𝙧𝙚 𝙣𝙤𝙩 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙤𝙧𝙞𝙜𝙞𝙣𝙖𝙡 𝘽𝙪𝙣𝙜𝙞𝙚 𝙩𝙚𝙖𝙢. 𝙎𝙤 𝙬𝙝𝙚𝙣 𝙄 𝙨𝙖𝙮 𝙬𝙚 𝙘𝙤𝙪𝙡𝙙𝙣'𝙩 𝙜𝙚𝙩 𝙈𝙞𝙘𝙧𝙤𝙨𝙤𝙛𝙩 𝙤𝙪𝙩 𝙤𝙛 𝘽𝙪𝙣𝙜𝙞𝙚, 𝙩𝙝𝙖𝙩'𝙨 𝙬𝙝𝙖𝙩 𝙄 𝙢𝙚𝙖𝙣." "𝙈𝙞𝙘𝙧𝙤𝙨𝙤𝙛𝙩 𝙣𝙚𝙫𝙚𝙧 𝙡𝙚𝙛𝙩 𝘽𝙪𝙣𝙜𝙞𝙚." "𝙉𝙤, 𝙩𝙝𝙚𝙮 𝙙𝙞𝙙𝙣'𝙩." "𝙄𝙣 𝙝𝙞𝙣𝙙𝙨𝙞𝙜𝙝𝙩 𝙄 𝙩𝙝𝙞𝙣𝙠 𝙞𝙩 𝙬𝙖𝙨 𝙖 𝙝𝙪𝙜𝙚 𝙝𝙪𝙜𝙚 𝙢𝙞𝙨𝙩𝙖𝙠𝙚 𝙩𝙤 𝙖𝙡𝙡𝙤𝙬 𝙚𝙨𝙨𝙚𝙣𝙩𝙞𝙖𝙡𝙡𝙮 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙩𝙧𝙖𝙞𝙣𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙩𝙝𝙖𝙩 𝙨𝙤𝙢𝙚 𝙥𝙚𝙤𝙥𝙡𝙚 𝙝𝙖𝙙 𝙜𝙤𝙩𝙩𝙚𝙣 𝙛𝙧𝙤𝙢 𝙈𝙞𝙘𝙧𝙤𝙨𝙤𝙛𝙩, 𝙩𝙤 𝙖𝙘𝙩𝙪𝙖𝙡𝙡𝙮 𝙨𝙩𝙖𝙮 𝙞𝙣𝙨𝙞𝙙𝙚 𝙤𝙛 𝘽𝙪𝙣𝙜𝙞𝙚 𝙡𝙚𝙖𝙙𝙚𝙧𝙨𝙝𝙞𝙥." Martin also believes he may have been intentionally fired just weeks before his founders stock was due to be vested, so Bungie and its leadership could save money. There were similar staff retention and shares vestment schemes as part of #Sony's acquisition of Bungie, so both would have likely saved money in a similar way with recent layoffs. Martin expands on how Pete Parsons hasn't been at Bungie for decades, and was originally a Microsoft Marketing Executive who was brought in as Studio Manager for Bungie, but left during Bungie's negotiations for independence away from Microsoft. He was not involved in any of Halo 3's production. Unbeknownst to Martin, Pete didn't actually leave the company when he left, instead went back to an executive role at Microsoft. Pete Parsons was brought back in as Marketing Head in an exec role at Bungie around 2009. Over the coming years other executives got fired while Pete eventually went on to assume the top CEO role at Bungie in 2016, just before the release of Destiny 2. Martin continues; "𝘼 𝙡𝙤𝙩 𝙤𝙛 𝙥𝙚𝙤𝙥𝙡𝙚 𝙖𝙘𝙩 𝙡𝙞𝙠𝙚 𝙈𝙞𝙘𝙧𝙤𝙨𝙤𝙛𝙩 𝙝𝙖𝙨𝙣'𝙩 𝙗𝙚𝙚𝙣 𝙖𝙣 𝙞𝙣𝙛𝙡𝙪𝙚𝙣𝙘𝙚 𝙤𝙣 𝘽𝙪𝙣𝙜𝙞𝙚 𝙛𝙤𝙧 𝙤𝙫𝙚𝙧 𝙖 𝙙𝙚𝙘𝙖𝙙𝙚...𝙞𝙩 𝙩𝙖𝙠𝙚𝙨 𝙖 𝙡𝙤𝙣𝙜 𝙩𝙞𝙢𝙚 𝙨𝙤𝙢𝙚𝙩𝙞𝙢𝙚𝙨 𝙛𝙤𝙧 𝙩𝙝𝙞𝙣𝙜𝙨 𝙩𝙤 𝙥𝙖𝙣 𝙤𝙪𝙩...𝙄 𝙠𝙣𝙤𝙬 𝙝𝙤𝙬 𝙩𝙝𝙚𝙨𝙚 𝙥𝙚𝙤𝙥𝙡𝙚 𝙩𝙝𝙞𝙣𝙠. ...𝙏𝙝𝙚 𝙬𝙖𝙮 𝙥𝙚𝙤𝙥𝙡𝙚 𝙩𝙝𝙞𝙣𝙠 𝙖𝙗𝙤𝙪𝙩 𝙘𝙤𝙧𝙥𝙤𝙧𝙖𝙩𝙚 𝙨𝙝𝙞𝙥𝙥𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙤𝙛 𝙜𝙖𝙢𝙚𝙨 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙢𝙖𝙣𝙖𝙜𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙨𝙩𝙪𝙙𝙞𝙤𝙨, 𝙩𝙝𝙚𝙧𝙚 𝙞𝙨 𝙖 𝙥𝙖𝙩𝙩𝙚𝙧𝙣 𝙩𝙝𝙖𝙩 𝙘𝙤𝙢𝙚𝙨 𝙛𝙧𝙤𝙢 𝙖 𝙗𝙞𝙜 𝙘𝙤𝙧𝙥𝙤𝙧𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣 𝙡𝙞𝙠𝙚 𝙈𝙞𝙘𝙧𝙤𝙨𝙤𝙛𝙩. I highly recommend watching the entire YouTube video linked below, but I've edited together some of the related excerpts in the video below. #PS5 #Xbox
