🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿| 𝙊𝙣 𝙏𝙝𝙞𝙨 𝘿𝙖𝙮 𝟏𝟐𝐭𝐡 𝐨𝐟 𝐒𝐞𝐩𝐭𝐞𝐦𝐛𝐞𝐫 𝟐𝟎𝟎𝟕…𝐅𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝟎-𝟏 𝐒𝐜𝐨𝐭𝐥𝐚𝐧𝐝 The game that featured 𝗧𝗛𝗔𝗧 James McFadden goal as Scotland famously won in the Parc des Princes and secured a double win over the French in the Euro 2008 qualifiers!

What a night. Tartan Army took over the Parc Des Princes, amazing support there. I was high behind the goals when that went in, it’s tattooed on my brain! Also unforgettable was the French fans lining the streets after the game to applaud the Scotland fans, incredible gesture.

Genuinely doesn’t get any better than that for me in lifetime as a Scotland fan. Will be something I’ll tell me grand children one day even if they aren’t interested!!

Was thinking about this last weekend we’d ended up sitting in front of Scott Hastings had a great blether at half time, his brother was the year above me at uni!

Which counted for nothing in the end as we never qualified for Euro 2008.

I ended up getting back to my hotel room at 06h45 having managed a little brekkie ON THE WAY TO BED. HI near the Marais, not too far to Gare Du Nord for the 13h30 EUROSTAR to start the journey back hame. KNACKERED. What a trip that was. Utterly mental! Loony Alba Trip - Great!
