I've said it before, and I'll say it again: if you're here for Dee, you're in the wrong place. You can still find my adult content at Dee Siren 💋 Owner, SirenXXXStudios (est. 2011), but I don't identify with her anymore. Dee is a character I created as an actor and performance artist. Nothing more. My relationship with my former partner had many sides. We worked well together, but the truth I've been afraid to speak for so long is coming out. If you don't want to hear it, I understand. Please unfollow. For the first time in my life, I'm living in my truth and finding myself through it all and no one will stop my voice again. #throatchakrahealing

Hard limits are your absolute no’s. 🚫 Not tonight. Not with the right person. Not ever. If you know you don’t like something and you don’t want to do it, that’s a hard limit. You don’t owe anyone a reason, and you don’t have to defend it. You can say it plainly: “This I don’t do, so don’t even try.” 💋 Knowing your limits isn’t being difficult. It’s self-love, and it’s how real intimacy starts. 🎧 Listen to the full episode of The SIPS Experience Podcast for the whole conversation on boundaries, consent and saying no without guilt. 💖 Join the Community on Patreon for bonus episodes and deeper conversations. 🔗 All links on #HardLimits #Boundaries #Consent #SelfLove #HealthyRelationships #Intimacy #SexEducation #SIPSExperience #SIPSMedia #PodcastClip

The hardest part wasn't the work. It was living as two different people. 🎭 I told myself it was for the career, for the money. The honest part? I loved performing. I loved being seen. Both things were true — and keeping them in separate worlds is what nearly cost me myself. Facing it beat outrunning it. Follow along — this story has more chapters. 💋 Dee Siren Full episode on The SIPS Experience Podcast #StoryTime #DeeSiren #realtalk #PurityHangover

Fantasy that feeds you supports your real relationships. Fantasy that drains you replaces them. That’s where the lies, the secrets, and the pulling away start. You’re using fantasy to fill something that’s missing instead of facing it. When it feeds you, you remember the people on screen are human, with real feelings. When it drains you, you forget anyone is behind that screen at all. Someone recently DMed me to tell me what I “really am,” and reduced 15 years of my life to one body part. That isn’t fantasy. That’s disconnection. Which kind are you consuming? 👇 New Episode Out Now on The SIPS Experience Podcast #ConsciousConsumption #DigitalIntimacy #HealthyRelationships #OnlineSafety #CreatorsAreHuman

A no is not rejection. 🌹 I've been on both sides of this. I've been the one who reached for intimacy and got turned away, and I took it personally. I felt that anxiety of "What's wrong with me?" It took me time to learn that a no is just information. It isn't a judgment of your worth. So when someone says no, don't make it about you. Get curious about them and what they need instead of questioning yourself. And remember, a yes only means something when a no was always an option. 💋 🎙️ Listen to the NEW EPISODE, out now on The SIPS Experience Podcast! 💜 Join the community on Patreon at #TheSIPSExperience #SIPSMedia #NoIsNotRejection #ConsentMatters #Boundaries #SelfLove #IntimacyCoach #HealthyRelationships #NewEpisode #PodcastEpisode

Ever wondered what happens in a modeling audition? It's not quite the 'casting couch,' but you'll be asked to strip naked and pose for photos. They scrutinize every inch for scars or stretch marks. A strange but real part of the industry. Watch the Full Episode on The "Old Way" on The SIPS Experience Podcast All SIPS Media Links #ModelingIndustry #AuditionProcess #BehindTheScenes #Fashion

Just tried the Olay Regenerist Night Time Retinol and I’m impressed! It’s so silky on the skin, a little goes a long way, and zero stinging (unlike other retinols I’ve tried). Soft, smooth, no irritation at all. Planning to add it into my full Olay Regenerist routine so I can cover the whole spectrum and really see how everything works together. Excited to see the results! #OlayRegenerist #Retinol #SkincareRoutine #NightCream

✨ New Episode Alert! ✨ Detoxifying Your Life: Letting Go of Harmful Connections and Embracing True Self Love. We’re going deep on something every single one of us needs: detoxifying our lives. Your social battery is real and it’s one of the clearest signals you have. Pay close attention to how you feel after spending time with certain people. Are you leaving drained, exhausted, and smaller than when you arrived? Or do you feel lit up, energized, and more like yourself? That feeling is your intuition speaking. It’s not selfish to protect your peace it’s necessary. Sometimes the most loving thing you can do is create space, set boundaries, or lovingly let go of connections that no longer serve your growth. This episode is your gentle (but powerful) reminder that you deserve relationships that pour into you, not ones that constantly take. 🎧 Listen now on The SIPS Experience Podcast Available on Spotify, Apple Podcasts, iHeartRadio & everywhere you get your podcasts! 🔗 Full episode + exclusive Self Love Circle content on Patreon: (link in bio) 📺 Watch the full episode on YouTube: Drop a ❤️ if you’re actively working on detoxing your circle. Finally stepping out for some sun ☀️ after three days cooped up inside. It's still chilly, but the fresh air feels good right now. We've got one more night of hard freeze ahead, then we're in the clear. I have to admit, I deal with S.A.D.—Seasonal Affective Disorder. I've struggled with depression and anxiety for most of my life, and I was on an SSRI and Xanax for 13 years. Those meds turned me into a zombie. Honestly, they've left me with dissociative disorder, compounded by the trauma from the past 15 years. My memory's spotty at best, so I rewatch my old videos every day. It's surreal—sometimes I see myself and think, "Damn, Dee's a bad bitch," but I don't recognize that version of me anymore. It's like being a character actress for so long that you lose yourself behind the mask, trapped in this dissociated persona you built. When I finally woke up to it, I realized finding the real me mattered way more than chasing visibility. Follow my IG @myselflovecircle for more transformational self love coaching content & JOIN my for all my coaching content. Interested in 1-1 Virtual Coaching check out my Deep Dive program on
