Hi I’m Meech, nice to meet you. (Again!) When I stopped doing skits I didnt ever really start doing any other form of curated content. Meech Vs Yesterday (working title): Episode 0 Hi, I’m Meech & I’ve fallen in love with the gym. It forces me to look at the mirror reflect on where I started, where I am & where i’d like to go. It’s shown me I can do hard things with consistency and that there is no short cut to long lasting results.
