Correct me if I'm wrong but it sure looks like Apple just casually dropped agentic AI being built into iPhone Yes, in this video it's being used for Voice Control, but if a person can control their iPhone with natural language so can an AI agent!

I’ve talked a lot on here recently about how the old glow behavior with Liquid Glass made no sense when Apple still has many SDR displays in their lineups. This is what I was talking about: very annoying and difficult or impossible to read. Recorded on my iPad mini.

A great example of why the Touch Bar was so good: when tapping the brightness control, you could change the built-in display or your connected monitor (Studio Display in this case). I will never forgive them for getting rid of it.

My biggest problem with SwiftUI right now is how terribly under-performant it is. Apple’s most powerful iOS device ever, powered by the cutting-edge M4 chip, can’t do this layout animation without horrible choppiness and hangs.

I miss this era of Apple advertising. They got it perfect. Not advertising technical details, but instead emotion. And not focusing on one feature, but rather the experience created by all the features. And highly consistent with their other ads.

Can Apple PLEASE add an accessibility setting to disable the collapsing of tab bars in iOS 26? It is by far my least favorite part of the entire update. What used to be always be a 1-tap action is now almost always a 2-tap action. SO annoying.

I often wonder how App Clips didn't take off. Such a genius idea! that Panera one no longer exists btw :(

Truly hard to believe that we're just hours away from a massive iOS, macOS, etc. redesign from Apple. In honor of that, here's the iOS 7 introduction video with Jony Ive. Easily one of the best ones.

Apple's done a lot to bring back "classic Mac" stuff in recent versions ("hello" on setup, boot chime, etc.)... imagine if the redesign finally brings back the welcome videos!

So on iPadOS 26 sometimes dragging a window’s corner changes the size normally, other times it does it in their weird centered mode. I canNOT figure out what triggers the switch.
