President Trump has called for the MMR vaccine to be split into three separate single-dose vaccines administered at separate visits. Merck's response: it could take up to ten years. The single-dose measles vaccine already exists. The Serum Institute of India is the world's largest supplier of monovalent measles vaccine. Japan produces a single-dose mumps vaccine. Merck is not being asked to invent anything. It is being asked to stop bundling vaccines that already exist in separate form and submit them for FDA approval individually. The ten-year timeline is a delay tactic designed to run out the clock on this administration. An antitrust lawsuit decided just a few years ago revealed that Merck had falsified efficacy data for its mumps vaccine in a study called Protocol 7007, adding animal antibodies to inflate apparent efficacy and defend its claimed 95% effectiveness rate. The judge noted on the record that Merck had sought to extend its monopoly by misrepresenting facts on FDA-approved drug labeling. Separating the MMR would require Merck to submit each component to independent placebo-controlled safety and efficacy trials. That is what they are trying to avoid.

Dr. Joseph Ladapo says the hepatitis B vaccine's two approved versions were cleared by the FDA on less than a week of safety data. "That is literally a fact," he says. Del recalls Joseph A. Ladapo, MD, PhD telling him years ago he hadn't yet looked deeply into childhood vaccines, focused instead on the COVID vaccine while working under Ron DeSantis. Ladapo says his understanding has shifted since, crediting Aaron Siri's book "Vaccines: Amen" for laying out the data behind how widely used vaccines moved from development to approval. He calls the amount of safety evidence at the time of approval "horrific," describing it as "a very rotten scientific landscape."

Lindsey Clancy was placed on a psychiatric drug with no FDA approval for postpartum depression. Within 48 hours, she hadn't slept at all. Doctors abruptly stopped the drug, itself a dangerous move, then added a benzodiazepine and Benadryl on top of it. Nobody had tested whether she could actually metabolize these medications. Specific genetic variants affecting drug metabolism are linked to homicidal thoughts, suicidal ideation, and akathisia, and clinical psychologist Dr. Roger McFillin says the onset "can happen immediately." In under four months, Clancy went from one prescription to 13 drugs. "The more drugs that you enter into the system, the body, and then you stop them and you start them and you increase doses, you are increasing the likelihood of an adverse event," Dr. Roger McFillin says, adding that "drug induced homicides do occur, especially within these psychiatric drugs." Her trial has sparked national debate, with hundreds gathering outside the courthouse in pink to support her while others express outrage. Clinical psychologist Dr. Roger McFillin joins Del to go beyond the postpartum psychosis framing and examine what the record actually shows. In mid-September, Clancy was approaching her return to work, struggling with guilt, anxiety, and disrupted sleep. "You're a murderer." That's what Dr. Louis Fouché says his chiefs in Paris told him when he reported his intensive care unit was treating COVID patients differently than official protocol. Fouché worked in critical care at a major public hospital in Marseille during the first wave. Protocols from Paris, the WHO, and China called for remdesivir and early intubation. He says his ward didn't follow that protocol and recorded a 0 percent lethality rate. Hospitals that followed the protocols saw lethality rates between 30 and 40 percent. It worked with vaccines. They're trying it again with our food supply. While everyone's eyes are on bombs dropping overseas, something just happened in Washington that will affect every American sitting down to dinner for generations. The Trump administration's EPA filed a brief at the Supreme Court backing Bayer, arguing that because the EPA never required a cancer warning label on glyphosate, Bayer can't be held liable for not putting one there either. Never mind that the only major safety study the EPA leaned on to clear the product was just retracted weeks ago for its ties to industry. Never mind that three of the nine DOJ attorneys who signed the brief previously worked for law firms that represented Bayer and Monsanto. Glyphosate is sprayed on 80 to 90% of our crops. Over $10 billion has been paid out in cancer lawsuits. 97.8% of respondents to ICAN's poll oppose liability immunity for glyphosate manufacturers. 89% oppose the federal stockpile. And 80% say the retraction of that foundational safety study has shaken their trust in current safety claims. Del has been covering this since 2015 - before the lawsuits, before the WHO declared glyphosate a probable carcinogen, before any of this was mainstream. He saw exactly where it was heading. This is the same playbook as 1986. Get the government to grant immunity. Remove market forces. Remove the ability to sue. And then nobody has any reason to make a better product ever again. This hearing sure did give us a lot to talk about today. In his opening statement, Senator Cassidy told a CDC nominee that anyone who questions whether vaccines cause autism is spreading misinformation. Then he spent the next two minutes unable to correctly name a disease outbreak he was citing as a public health emergency. "Study after study shows they do not cause autism," he said, presenting it as closed science. It isn't. We all know that. Cassidy also called it misinformation to question the hepatitis B birth dose, a policy that vaccinates newborns against a disease overwhelmingly transmitted through sexual contact or IV drug use, conditions that no newborn is in. This has been asked and answered. See: ACIP. The senator wants a CDC leader who won't tolerate "equivocation" on any of this. What he's actually demanding is silence on questions that remain genuinely open. 👇
