IOM threw it out because there was no unvaccinated control group. Aaron called the DOJ attorney. He asked: is your client, the CDC, sure they want to settle this case on the basis of these 20 studies as the evidence they rely on to claim vaccines don't cause autism? The answer was yes. Those 20 studies were entered into a federal court settlement agreement between the CDC and ICAN in the Southern District of New York. It is a court order. It is on record.
