More troubling comments from juror #4, Paula Prado. Paula has now boldly implicated Nicole and Brian Albert in John O'Keefe's death. She states they were "directly" involved in the "crime" and it happened in their house. This is alarming for two reasons: 1. There is no evidence anywhere to indicate Nicole and Brian Albert had any involvement in John O'Keefe's death. Zero evidence of this was presented in court and zero evidence of this exists anywhere other than conjecture and rank speculation of conspiracy theorists. This juror is condemning two innocent witnesses after serving on a murder trial where her job was to know what is admissible, what evidence consists of, and weigh it accordingly. 2. There is no evidence John O'Keefe went into the house other than rank speculation and conjecture. Ian Whiffin testified that based on the totality of the data, John stayed near the flagpole all night. There were times when the cell signal weakened and the location circle expanded to include the front of the house but this was low quality, unreliable data. Those are the white circles on the evidence picture given to the jury. It appears they either did not listen to the testimony or improperly interpreted it. John O'Keefe's life mattered. He deserved better.

The affidavit included additional supposed evidence Kearney was "set up" by "government agents", mainly Kate Peter, who conspired with others to use Lindsey Gaetani as a witness in order to have Kearney charged with witness intimidation and jailed. The "evidence" cited had been posted by Gaetani on this platform and included messages from a former girlfriend of Kearney's, Leigha Genduso. Amongst the messages shared was a voice message from Genduso to Gaetani explaining that if Gaetani became a witness, Kearney would no longer be able to threaten her or discuss her publicly. Kearney claims this is proof the dastardly Peter and cohorts plotted to have him charged and jailed by plying Gaetani with false claims Kearney would attack her with revenge porn and embarrassing details from her past to get her to go along with the plan. There's just one problem. The voice message cited by Kearney was left by Genduso was on 12/11/23. This was one day after, on 12/10/2023, Kearney posted a public threat to Gaetani aka Jane on this platform stating he knew she was the owner of the Jane account on Twitter (side note: she was indeed the owner of the Jane account) and that she should "move on" because he would "hate to make this public." Jane, aka Gaetani, he went on "knows what she did" and "what (he) knows about her." So, in reality what had occurred was that through a burner account named "Jane" on Twitter and through Facebook, Gaetani had been reaching out to Peter, Genduso, and others since early November claiming she feared Kearney and stating he had threatened to use her probate documents and revenge porn to retaliate against her. And Kearney, in turn, was very much publicly threatening her, which supported the story she was telling to others. Kearney has claimed he never threatened Gaetani with any type of public shaming however the threat in the below screenshot, proves otherwise. It also proves Gaetani, under Jane, pursued Peter, not the other way around as per her comment to Peter, also in the screenshot. And in regard to the timing, Kearney's own filing also shows the Genduso message was sent on 12/11/2023. I wonder what other truths will come out Bederow Law like the public threat Kearney kept from you. I wonder if there is proof Gaetani deleted the "missing" messages on her extraction. I wonder if there are screenshots that Gaetani sent which show she was framing messages from Kearney as threatening to others. I wonder if Mello told Gaetani not to let Kearney in if he showed up at her house and instead to call the police. I wonder. In reference to a text message Jen McCabe sent to her daughter after Karen Read's arraignment, Aidan Kearney clearly states the name of the recipient of the text, Jen McCabe's daughter, information that had been NOT for public consumption as it was part of impounded materials. This is the same daughter that Kearney and his followers have relentlessly attacked and harassed for 2 years. Given this fact, it does not appear he did so by accident but rather to once again to provoke harassment of the young woman. Bederow Law maybe you should have a discussion with your client as to the meaning of such words as redaction and inpoundment. The foreman of the jury continues to give interviews, and just like Paul Prado, the more he talks, the more disturbing it gets. PETER TRAGOS MAKES STUNNING UNSUBSTANTIATED CLAIMS Yesterday, Peter Tragos Lawyer You Know made stunning claims about the contents of Michael Proctor's phone. He claimed that motions in the federal complaint, civil wrongful death case, and Myles King case stated that Proctor gave MSP investigative files to Colin Albert and that he texted he wanted to see Karen Read "naked" in a "jail cell." After review, no such statements exist in any filing. His inclusion of this information was particularly insidious because quotes from the Amended Complaint in the federal case were lifted word for word from the filing and interspaced between his claims. Almost as if he had used AI and it gave him an inaccurate analysis. This is not the first time Tragos has spewed misinformation. Roughly three months ago, during an interview with Megyn Kelly, Tragos claimed the witnesses sent text messages amongst each other that they were going to "pin it on the girl." Brian Albert Jr is an innocent witness, and for the record one of the coolest & kindest 20 something year olds you will ever meet, who had nothing to do with what happened when John & Karen arrived at 34 Fairview. He didn't even know they were outside until after John was found dead. These cruel comments came after Kim saying if anyone mentioned her children she would rip them apart. The fourth question though was not answered until after lunch. That question was about a hung jury, specifically "If we find not guilty on two charges but can't agree on one charge, is it a hung jury on all three charges or just one charge?" The question raised some eyebrows as the first trial ended in a hung jury which was then appealed to the Supreme Court with claims from the defense that the first jury had actually acquitted Read on the murder charge. Even more eyebrow raising were Judge Cannone's comments to Alan Jackson that the defense at first told Judge Cannone to ignore the question when it came in. Why in the world would a defense team who appealed a previous hung jury decision all the way to the Supreme Court tell the Judge to ignore a question focused on a hung jury? Something about the question and the defense's initial request to disregard seems very, very off.
