More troubling comments from juror #4, Paula Prado. Paula has now boldly implicated Nicole and Brian Albert in John O'Keefe's death. She states they were "directly" involved in the "crime" and it happened in their house. This is alarming for two reasons: 1. There is no evidence anywhere to indicate Nicole and Brian Albert had any involvement in John O'Keefe's death. Zero evidence of this was presented in court and zero evidence of this exists anywhere other than conjecture and rank speculation of conspiracy theorists. This juror is condemning two innocent witnesses after serving on a murder trial where her job was to know what is admissible, what evidence consists of, and weigh it accordingly. 2. There is no evidence John O'Keefe went into the house other than rank speculation and conjecture. Ian Whiffin testified that based on the totality of the data, John stayed near the flagpole all night. There were times when the cell signal weakened and the location circle expanded to include the front of the house but this was low quality, unreliable data. Those are the white circles on the evidence picture given to the jury. It appears they either did not listen to the testimony or improperly interpreted it. John O'Keefe's life mattered. Catching up on the disaster of a show Aidan Kearney did last night and while there are several bombastic clips floating around, this subtle absolute nail in the coffin clip isn't getting enough attention. Kearney was attempting to convince his audience that one of the clips used to indict him wherein he is blasting on a megaphone his intent was to influence the jury pool wasn't really that bad and then tells his audience to listen to what proceeds it. Someone should probably warn the Court that due to Kevin Reddington's comments about the gender of the juror hold out, the disgusting sewer trash content creators are already on a mission with their audiences to identify him. There is a mob outside that courthouse that is going to be angry if they don't get their way. Pray for this Republic. The justice system is crumbling. And we are all standing by watching it happen.

Aidan Kearney admitted Saturday night that he doxxed the lone hold out on the Clancy jury because in his opinion, the juror deserved to be "publicly shamed" and it was "legal". These brash comments were buoyed by his attorney, Mark Bederow, who questioned on this platform the morning before Kearney's remarks, if the juror "alleged to have ignored the law in deliberations lied in his questionnaire". The juror has since come out and stated he answered all questions on the questionnaire truthfully. It has also been reported that the juror has obtained an attorney. I'd like to remind both Mr. Kearney and his attorney that it is illegal to punish, harm, or retaliate against any person participating in a legal proceeding in Massachusetts. Kearney's admitted goal to "publicly shame" this juror appears to be in direct violation of the statute which states: "or 2) punish, harm or otherwise retaliate against any such person described in this section for such person or such person's family member's participation in any of the proceedings described in this section shall be punished by imprisonment in the state prison for not more than 10 years or by imprisonment in the house of correction for not more than 21/2 years or by a fine of not less than $1,000 or more than $5,000 or by both such fine and imprisonment"

Melanie Little, the New York attorney who actively pushed many of Karen Read's conspiracy theories as fact for the past three years on her YouTube show, has created a brand new conspiracy between the Norfolk County District Attorney's office and Jennifer McCabe. According to Little, the only reason subpoenas were sent to content creators at the end of last week was because the current DA, Michael Morrissey, alerted Jen McCabe that "incriminating location data" from McCabe's phone was going to be released in a discovery dump from the Read case on Friday and serving the subpoenas would distract the public from the "incriminating" data. The location data, which was not used by Read's defense in the trial, appears to be low accuracy data that occurs when the cell phone signal weakens and expands the location area where a phone may be pinging from. Little then followed up her defamatory conspiratorial remarks with a suggestion that the sole reason Colin Albert joined the Army was to avoid a deposition in the O'Keefe wrongful death case against Read, a case where Albert is NOT a party. Little, of course, has no evidence of a relationship between Morrissey and McCabe colluding in the defamation case nor does she have any evidence Albert joined the Army to avoid a deposition. I think that may fall under "reckless disregard for the truth" at this point.

You harassed them.... You tormented their families.... You destroyed their lives..... Over lies from the accused. Here, after previously stating he needed to "orchestrate" the deliberations, he calls the witnesses "suspects" and questions the way they were interviewed, much like Alan Jackson's three years of twisting this into the nefarious "friends & family meetings." Yesterday, struggling internet personality Aidan Kearney, who is being sued in a massive defamation lawsuit, suggested that the witnesses in the John O'Keefe case should "just move on" with their lives instead of suing him. He spent three years defaming them, calling them cop killers and murderers and he wants them to "just move on". I don't think so, son. Hi there Timothy J. Bradl, P.C. !! I noticed your below tweet and I would like to call your attention to a deposition given by your client, Aidan Kearney, on August 20th of this year. During that deposition, your client established that he is neither a journalist nor does he follow any journalistic protocols in his "reporting." He also answered the questions with provable falsehoods as I have curated an entire collection of statements he has made in the past two years wherein he has admitted he lied in both his written reporting as well as on his YouTube "presentations". Apparently, your moronic client did not realize the extent to which his answers would damage his position in both his civil and criminal cases because upon reviewing his own answers he added the ill advised "Boom. OVERNIGHT: AIDAN KEARNEY ILLEGALLY ACCESSES MASS COURTS RECORDS Last night on his private show, Aidan Kearney illegally accessed the Mass Courts records system to obtain documents in criminal cases, an act a "real journalist" would never do. He says, "I can't show you the screen because then you'll see which account I'm logged in under." He then proceeds to bring up documents in criminal cases which are only accessible to attorneys. While these documents would be available to the public through a public records request, the manner in which he is accessing them is not and it is not intended for things like say, accessing probate records of your enemies like he did to James Jackson in order to splash them all over Twitter to embarrass him. So which attorney is complicit in his acts? Who gave him the login? Inquiring minds want to know.

AIDAN KEARNEY ISSUES NEW VEILED THREAT TO WITNESSES Last night, on episode 905, Aidan Kearney, while talking about reports contained in a new discovery dump from the Karen Read case where multiple witnesses express reluctance to testify in trial 2 due to ongoing harassment from Kearney and his fans, Kearney threatens a witness against him, Jennifer McCabe, that she will be "exposed" at his upcoming trial. McCabe is both a victim and witness in the charges against him and he is publicly stating if she testifies, he will attack and embarrass her. While impeaching witnesses is a normal process in any court proceeding, is issuing this type of threat in a case specifically dealing with witness intimidation coupled with his 3 plus year long harassment campaign against McCabe really the wisest thing to do? He simply will not stop tormenting these people.

AIDAN KEARNEY BLATANTLY LIES TO GRETCHEN VOSS Aidan Kearney, in an attempt to avoid liability and public scrutiny, blatantly lied to reporter Gretchen Voss regarding Karen Read's attorneys involvement in his reporting of the federal investigation. On June 12, 2026 at approximately 8:00am CST, Aidan Kearney admitted to a private YouTube audience that Karen Read has no proof Brian Albert, Brian Higgins, Colin Albert, and Jen McCabe murdered John O'Keefe. According to Kearney, she only has "suspicions." This is problematic for both Kearney and Read as the pair conspired and collaborated together to produce voluminous blogs as well as YouTube content claiming as fact that these witnesses murdered John O'Keefe. Additionally, Kearney sought these people out at their homes, businesses, and children's events intimidating and harassing them, calling them murderers, cop killers, and demanding they "tell the truth." The defense for Kearney and Read in the massive civil litigation they are entangled in as well as Kearney's criminal defense will be severely damaged by Kearney's confession.

On July 15th, Martin Radner, also know as "Brother Counsel" posted a pro-Read video. In it, Radner concludes that the "arrogance or entitlement" question posed by Judge Gildea to Damon M. Seligson Esq. during the anti SLAPP hearing regarding Seligson's procedural error should actually be directed back at Judge Gildea. Seligson responded to the video with a "🎯 (in below screenshot) Open criticism of a judge on a social media platform regarding a case you are currently litigating is not only poor form, it shows professional incompetence.
