For those who aren't familiar with the story of Brenda Liliana Rivera-Estrada, a highway cam video shows the rolled over SUV on I 17 in Phoenix where she forced her 9 year old daughter to share a seatbelt with a sibling. Alexa Cortez Rivera was ejected and killed in the crash. On April 12 2026 Brenda Liliana Rivera Estrada 30 a Mexican national who overstayed her visa since entering through Nogales Arizona in 2009 was driving northbound with four children in the car. She was speeding and witnesses reported reckless passing. When the mother lost control the SUV flipped. Alexa was ejected and died at the scene. The other three children were injured but survived. Officers noted the strong odor of marijuana. Rivera Estrada faced manslaughter and child abuse charges locally but county prosecutors declined to file them. She was released only for ICE to take her into custody on an immigration detainer. She is now in federal detention pending removal proceedings.

Monterey County Told ICE to Leave Its Own Jail Federal agents showed up at the Monterey County Jail in Salinas for a targeted operation. County officials told them to leave. When the agents refused, the sheriff locked the whole jail down instead of cooperating. According to KSBW, the agents were stationed behind the jail on Tuesday. An agent on camera called it a targeted operation involving people at the jail. A small crowd of Loudmouth Lupes showed up to yell at the agents to leave, and some of them were shouting profanities. The agents held their ground. The sheriff's response was to suspend new bookings, stop inmate releases and close public visitation. The sheriff says the office was not notified and cited SB 54, California's sanctuary law, which limits how much local law enforcement can work with ICE. In September, Monterey County supervisors adopted a policy that bars ICE from using county property as a staging area. It has exceptions for judicial warrants and criminal enforcement. So a county would rather shut down its own jail than let federal immigration agents do their jobs on its grounds. Who does that protect? Should counties that lock down jails to block ICE lose their federal funding?

NYPD Transit Bureau data shows 523 felony assaults in the New York City subway from January through November 2025, nearly identical to the 527 in the same stretch of 2024. That's more than 10 felony assaults underground every week, and it isn't coming down. Subway robberies jumped 51.7% this January compared to last year, according to the same NYPD reports to the MTA. This is one of a million reasons I refuse to take public transportation anywhere in the USA.

March 7, 2024, Highway 101 in South Monterey County, where the limit is 65. The officer tells her, "your speed of 95 and then when you passed my partner you were still at 92." She was on duty, in uniform, in her county-issued car. She wasn't answering an emergency. The officer asks if she was running code 3, meaning lights and siren. Her answer: "They haven't upgraded my vehicle yet." No lights, no siren, 95 mph. She drove away with a warning. "This is the second time I stopped you for your speed," the officer told her. "I don't know what it's going to take to slow down." The first time was September 2023, the same stretch of 101. That time she was off duty in her own car at 95 and weaving in and out of traffic at about 90. She told him she wasn't feeling good, and she got a warning. Then in May 2024 she was pulled over again for speed, in uniform. She refused to show her license and told the officer, "Call your supervisor here." After a supervisor showed up she left with another warning, and the first officer said he almost had the citation finished. Three stops, three warnings, zero tickets. Her own statement later admitted, "I should set a better example for my community." This is the same sheriff who says her hands are tied by the law when it comes to ICE. Apparently the speed limit is more of a suggestion. If you or I did 95 in a 65 twice for the same officer, would we drive away with a warning?

Judicial Marshal Services confirmed they received that warrant before the arrest. Rabid Responders swarmed the exit, screaming Trust Act and mask bans while federal officers tried to leave with their target. Connecticut’s courthouse rules (HB 8004) say agents need a judicial warrant inside state courts and generally can’t wear face coverings on the grounds, and the Justice Department has already sued the state arguing those limits are unconstitutional. Karen still decided to play hockey check with police. Madeline Gallagher, a Meriden-area rapid-response volunteer, crowded the path and got shoved back by courthouse security. She went straight on her back, night-night, and left by ambulance. Another activist, Nancy Burton, says an agent pepper-sprayed her on the way out. Deportation Data Project figures show about 32 on-the-ground ICE arrests in Meriden alone through early August 2026, with roughly 455 at-large arrests statewide this year after 764 in 2025 and 205 in 2024. Five Western Washington families say they were camping together when U.S. Forest Service rangers walked up over a “garbage issue,” collected IDs from some of the adults, then came back with ICE. Five men got locked up, including the father of the kids on the trip and three uncles. Now the children are asking how they survive without the head of the household. Girl, the solution is simple. You and your family self-deport and go back where you illegally came from. Not only are they illegal aliens but they were trashing up the park with their garbage. FAIR estimates put Washington at about 375,000 illegal aliens and a taxpayer hit near $2.62 billion a year. UPDATE ON DOG KICKER Last year in Pittsburg, CA, Lagashia Williams ordered her daughter Graciela Amar to kick a 2.8 lb. senior Chihuahua named Gigi during a neighbor dispute. Amar launched the tiny dog through the air, causing severe liver and leg injuries. Williams then filed a false police report. Both had their felonies downgraded to misdemeanors. Amar got suspended probation and 100 hours community service. In May 2026 Williams pleaded no contest to misdemeanor animal cruelty and received 1 year probation plus 120 hours. Both must serve those hours at an animal shelter. Would you want either of these women around animals at a shelter? The judge let them off easy and then sentenced the animals at the shelter.

Best video of the month hands down. This Rabid Responder in San Diego yells and screams at ICE agents telling them, "You can't tell me what to do! What are you going to do arrest me?" She refuses to comply and continues to walk up on them. Guess what? They end up having to forcibly arrest her as she resists screaming the entire time. The best part is that her phone lands upright on the ground to capture the entire arrest. 🤣 Great job boys!
