Alexa Cortez Rivera was ejected and killed in the crash. On April 12 2026 Brenda Liliana Rivera Estrada 30 a Mexican national who overstayed her visa since entering through Nogales Arizona in 2009 was driving northbound with four children in the car. She was speeding and witnesses reported reckless passing. When the mother lost control the SUV flipped. Alexa was ejected and died at the scene. The other three children were injured but survived. Officers noted the strong odor of marijuana. Rivera Estrada faced manslaughter and child abuse charges locally but county prosecutors declined to file them. She was released only for ICE to take her into custody on an immigration detainer. She is now in federal detention pending removal proceedings.

Chicago bridge just got destroyed by a rig that drove straight through it. If the driver is an illegal alien (highly likely in this case) who couldn’t read the height limit signs, this is exactly why we must deport them all. American taxpayers are now stuck paying to repair, yet another piece of infrastructure wrecked by someone who shouldn’t even be in the country. Mr. President Donald J. Trump you said that Gregory K Bovino was an "out there kind of guy". I want to present to you Commander Bovino's leadership protecting an ICE facility on the bottom left. Contrast that with Secretary Markwayne Mullin's leadership on the bottom right. It looks to me like an "out there kind of guy" is exactly what we need at Delaney Hall over a week ago. Everyone makes mistakes. It's not too late to ask Commander Bovino to come out of retirement for 3 more years to take care of business your last term. Please think about it. Mullin is a failure.

He is now in ICE custody. This is exactly what happens when local law enforcement actually works with ICE instead of shielding criminals. Great job Ron DeSantis. Florida is the model for immigration enforcement in the USA.
