Alexa Cortez Rivera was ejected and killed in the crash. On April 12 2026 Brenda Liliana Rivera Estrada 30 a Mexican national who overstayed her visa since entering through Nogales Arizona in 2009 was driving northbound with four children in the car. She was speeding and witnesses reported reckless passing. When the mother lost control the SUV flipped. Alexa was ejected and died at the scene. The other three children were injured but survived. Officers noted the strong odor of marijuana. Rivera Estrada faced manslaughter and child abuse charges locally but county prosecutors declined to file them. If the driver is an illegal alien (highly likely in this case) who couldn’t read the height limit signs, this is exactly why we must deport them all. American taxpayers are now stuck paying to repair, yet another piece of infrastructure wrecked by someone who shouldn’t even be in the country. Every dollar spent on illegal aliens, their welfare, healthcare, education, and now fixing the damage they cause is a dollar taken from American roads, bridges, and citizens.

Brick New Jersey is mourning the loss of a bright 15-year-old honors student who was struck and killed by a speeding BMW driver while riding his bike to school. The juvenile behind the wheel chose to flee the scene instead of stopping to help. On the morning of May 19 at approximately 6:50 a.m. Jackson Daniel Mueller was biking along Lanes Mill Road near Rhode Island Avenue when a 2021 BMW traveling at high speed hit him. The driver never stopped never rendered aid and never called police leaving this promising young life taken in an instant. Brick police and Ocean County prosecutors quickly identified the juvenile operator through video evidence provided by the public. The driver has now been taken into custody and is being held at the Ocean County Juvenile Detention Center facing serious charges for the hit and run that ended Jackson's life. Jackson was a freshman at Brick Memorial High School an honors student who dreamed of becoming an engineer. He served as an officer in the National Junior Honor Society held the treasurer position on student council at Veterans Memorial Middle School ran track for the high school team and had earned a black belt in karate. In his free time, he loved playing flag football. He was exactly the kind of young American we should all be proud to raise and protect.

Burlington, Maine Mayor just released a strong statement fully backing her police department. She confirmed officers used reasonable force against the local terrorists who rioted during the ICE raid. Anyone who watched the bodycam footage and other videos knows this is 100% the correct call. The officers acted professionally while being obstructed, attacked, and threatened by the mob. "The City’s Final Use-of-Force Determination is that the four substantive allegations are either exonerated or unfounded, and that the actions of the BPD officers at the incident were objectively reasonable and proportional given the totality of circumstances, and thus are supported by BPD directive DD05 Statewide Policy on Use of Force and in accordance with State of Vermont law, 20 VSA §2368. Per our City’s Charter, the Chief of Police makes this final determination. The City's FIPP Compliance Determination is that BPD leadership and officer actions on March 11, 2026, did not violate the FIPP. Similar to the process followed by South Burlington, I requested the City Attorney conduct an independent legal review to determine the BPD’s compliance with our FIPP (BPD Department Directive DD03)."
