We thought we could trust her but we finally rolled back video footage from our security cameras and saw this. While retrieving #SaveHachi, the treatment he received was completely unacceptable. Omar with the Rosenberg shelter refused to allow LaDonna inside the kennel to properly leash her own dog, making an already stressful situation even worse. In the video, he can be seen pushing the kennel door against Hachi’s neck, behavior that appears to provoke a reaction rather than safely handle the situation. This is not how animals or their owners should be treated. The public deserves answers. 🐾 City of Rosenberg

For those who are just learning about Snuggles: Snuggles is a 2-year-old livestock guardian dog belonging to a military veteran and his family in Tucson, Arizona. He lives with his mom, dad, and two young boys who love him dearly. Following a first-time bite incident on his own property, Snuggles was taken from his family and has now spent nearly 8 months in a shelter. His family has been charged more than $15,000 in boarding fees while fighting to save him. The bite victim was the children's grandmother, and she is actively supporting Snuggles and asking that he be returned home. Despite all of this, Snuggles is facing a court ordered euthanasia. Frankie’s owner says the dog thankfully did not suffer physical injuries, but says she was horrified by what she saw. She had reportedly used the same sitter four different times after finding her through Rover, where the sitter had positive reviews. Police in Michigan are now investigating. Authorities have not publicly released the sitter’s name at this time, but charges are possible. Rover released a statement saying the sitter’s account has been deactivated and that any other pets in her care were removed immediately.

😭💔 Grab your tissues. 💔😭 Bubba is lost after wandering away from home and is trying to find his way back to his person. When he came across his owner’s clothing, he sniffed them and cried. He knows his person is out there, but his owner is currently recovering from surgery and cannot reach him. Thankfully, Found A Hound Rescue has set up a feeding station nearby and is slowly moving it closer to a trap each day. Bubba is eating well and has already picked up on when food is coming. Today is an important step. His food will be placed right at the entrance of the trap. Let’s all pray Bubba goes inside so he can be safe and reunited with his family. 💔🐾

A few other pups came too, but somehow every dog found a home that day except Red. 😔 Red is 6 years old, about 12 lbs, potty trained, affectionate, cuddly, and happiest relaxing with his people. Someone knows who did this.💔 On May 17, 2026, a group of 4 to 5 children were reportedly seen at the Main Street Boat Ramp in Middleburg, Florida with a young chihuahua-mix dog. The children were throwing the dog around in the water, holding it underwater, and physically abusing it. A family was able to rescue the dog at the time, but sadly, the dog died a few days later from injuries related to the incident. The children ran off, and the only description available is that they appeared to be between 9 and 13 years old. Parents, if your children were in the area that day or may know someone who was there, please speak with them. Any information could help identify those responsible. The case number is 2026-011933.
