Anyone have the full story here? We know this happened today 1/14 in the Vail Lake area just outside Temecula, California. Seems like someone was riding on private property and a land owner didn’t like it?? Sounds like shots are fired and hit the cage even. Pretty crazy and just a reminder this stuff can happen even in California! Let us know if you have more details!

No one has an obligation to give up a seat that they paid for regardless of who the person is. That crying child would be on the floor or in the parent’s seat. If they wanted they should have paid for a window seat. Stop trying to force other people to give up a seat that they paid for.

Bus driver called the school to demand a resource officer because he alleged a student got on the wrong bus. The student, and other students, confirmed this was his bus. He needed to get home immediately after school to babysit his 6 yr old brother. The resource officer demanded he exit the bus so the other kids could get home. Then the officer tased the student and threatened to do it again The officer has been removed from duty at the school. Lawsuit is not yet filed.
