🚨 WEIGH IN 31🚨 •283.9 pounds (ATH 530+ pounds) •Blood sugar: A1C 5.4% (ATH 11.1%) •Frank has lost 250+ pounds overall •Inching toward diabetic remission •Doctor discontinued Frank’s fenofibrate medication because his triglycerides have plummeted from deadly levels to normal Frank gained back ~4 pounds this month. The silver lining is that about halfway through the month he was all the way back up to 295 pounds (+16 lbs). Overwhelmed with stress, Frank resorted to some of his old bad habits with late night snacking. He knew he wasn’t on track, let me know, and then managed to turn the month around; losing about 10 pounds in the last 10 days. He is definitely adding muscle with his weight lifting, but Frank is very honest about his journey and is adamant he knows he f*cked up with diet the first half of the month. No excuses, we can’t get off to bad starts, but it was impressive to see Frank’s resiliency persevere once again. Frank hasn’t missed a day walking or lifting, it’s time to lock back in on diet & sustain it. Anudder weigh in in the books

🚨 EMERGENCY WEIGH IN 29🚨 ANUDDER NEW BEST!!!!!!!! •278.6 pounds (ATH 530+ pounds) •Blood sugar: A1C 5.4% (ATH 11.1%) •Frank has lost 250+ pounds overall! •Inching toward diabetic remission! After Frank’s 4th workout of the day (morning pump , DDPYOGA, walked 20K steps, night pump) … Frank eyeballed DDP’s glorious title belts on the wall of his entrance to his epic gym and the “pro-grade” scale (same as Frank’s at home) and called for an emergency weigh in. The cardio, weight lifting, and now stretching are showing compounding results. A more disciplined diet is also taking shape month by month. And he continues to lose weight while gaining muscle. Which ain’t easy. But what I notice most, is Frank is transforming mentally equally to physically. The usual suspects (sports teams, NJ Transit, cones, etc.) will still set him off, but Frank’s baseline has completely changed. He doesn’t live from a place of fear and defense anymore, he’s confident and aggressively optimistic about trying new things and testing himself. Frank is now in the 270 club and carrying 20-40 pounds of excess skin. If he can do it, anyone can. Congrats, Frankie Anudder weigh in in the books

Subway Rules: -Don’t walk up or down left side of station exit / entrance steps -Left lanes of all escalators are for climbers only -Don’t have your phone out and head down when moving through subway terminal -Never enter, walk through, or ride subway with open umbrella -Wait for passengers to get off subway by standing to the sides of the door, creating a clear exit path, before entering -Take off your backpack or bag and hold it between your legs to make more space for everyone else … if your bag is too “nice” don’t take subway -Walk all the way into subway car, never block unused space -Offer your seat to the elderly and disabled at minimum -Do not make noise of any kind during commuter hours - collective silence is a shared code from the grinders to mitigate stress -Don’t eat, shit, or piss on subway -PDA on the subway is visual assault and generally bad for morale I find myself getting into daily confrontations on my commutes … it is normally over one of these what am I missing?

🚨 WEIGH IN 30🚨 REMAINS IN 270 CLUB •279.8 pounds (ATH 530+) •Blood sugar: A1C 5.4 (ATH 11+) •Frank down 250+ pounds overall! •Inching toward diabetic remission •Crossed 2 million steps in 2026 •Pacing for 8 million steps (goal) Frank had one of the most challenging months of his life and took no days off. Exercise wasn’t an added burden, but a refuge. Lifting weights 3 days a week compounded with 22K steps per day for 3 months has taken Frank’s health to annuder level. His strength, mobility, and flexibility continue to improve as Frank puts on muscle, which weighs more than fat. We are entering an exciting part of this epic journey where Frank might plateau in weight as fat is rapidly replaced by muscle. AI says Frank could be carrying 20-40 lbs of excess skin at this point. Imagine an immediate drop to 249 when he gets the skin surgery. Insane. Frank asked me to thank all of you for the support you’ve shown him, always, but especially this month. He never could’ve imagined having Tank’s Army in his corner, pushing him to be great everyday. The craziest part is he is just getting started. Anudder weigh in in the books

🚨WEIGH IN 28🚨 BEST WEIGH IN YET!!!!!!!! •284.2 pounds (ATH 530+) •Blood sugar: A1C 5.4% (ATH 11.1%) •Frank has lost 245+ pounds overall (and is carrying 20-40 pounds of excess skin) Frank has been lifting weights three times a week with me since Arnold Schwarzenegger got him started over Christmas. His progress has been fantastic and we can already see improvements in his functional strength. He is also using treadmills occasionally, a machine he used to fear like the plague. The gym once seemed impossible to Frank, now it is part of his routine. The weight lifting is already adding muscle which adds bodyweight as he drops fat. This means his weight loss slowing down is not a regression, his body is transforming from Frank the Tank into Frankie Fitness. It’s been incredibly impressive and painful to join Frank on 3 mile walks through this brutal winter. It’s making him crankie, but it’s still impressive as hell that he’ll never miss a day. Today, we filmed our first ever Frank Lifts with Joba Chamberlain, which showcased Frank’s confidence and comfortability in the gym after just a few weeks. It is hard to imagine what the final outcome will be, knowing Frank is committed to fulfill his promise to Arnold: “INSPIRE MILLIONS!” Crazy to think if Frank got skin surgery done he might 242 pounds! 🚨 FRANK HAS ENTERED PARTIAL DIABETIC REMISSION 👏 Frank’s weight loss of over 230 lbs from his all time high and physical transformation garners most of the spotlight. But maybe even more remarkable is how Frank’s A1C was a deadly 11%+ & has dropped to & maintained a pre-diabetic level of 5.7%. I didn’t even know it was possible, but Frank is steadily beating his diabetes toward “complete remission”. He was literally on death’s doorstep and is now in “partial remission”. ~34 million Americans are battling diabetes and it’s rising. ~88 million Americans have pre-diabetes. Frank can be a massive pain in the ass, but it’s hard not to find his story inspiring. Anyone can do it, and Frank is the living proof.
