I was in the backcountry for a few days and came back to some commentary about my leadership campaign. Here’s my response, not as a “liberal lobbyist from out east,” but as a born-and-raised British Columbian and lifelong federal Conservative voter. As someone who cast my ballot for Pierre for party leader, who voted for him again in the last general election, who publicly endorsed him ahead of his leadership review, and who has never had any reason to wish him anything but the greatest success: Let’s set aside the apparent personal disputes, bring people together and win, because Conservatives fighting with each other only helps our adversaries and fails Canadians. Let’s focus on the massive challenges facing everyday citizens and propose a path forward that they can get excited about - a path that’s only possible if Conservatives unite and form government. Let’s be proud of what we stand for as Conservatives, constructive about our nation’s very real difficulties, and welcome those who share our interest in empowering Canadians to live up to their enormous potential. There’s simply too much at stake to do otherwise.

BC has 200+ First Nations with overlapping traditional territories covering every inch of the province. As I explain to Global News: If we allow one provincial park to be shut down to non-Indigenous citizens on the basis of ancestry, it sets a problematic precedent for parks & public land all across BC. I’ve been fighting this park closure since it first happened, and four summers later I’m not about to stop. I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again: BC’s beautiful provincial parks belong to ALL British Columbians.

The race is over. The members have spoken. And I feel good. Congratulations to Kerry-Lynne Findlay on her win and to my fellow contestants Iain Black, Yuri Fulmer and Peter Milobar for their strong campaigns. Thank you to my incredible team who believed in me, and to everyone who participated in this process. Now, it’s time to beat the NDP so we can restore hope and prosperity to the province we love.

A 40-unit “low barrier” (i.e, drugs allowed) housing facility is being proposed literally *right next door* to one of the North Shore’s largest dance schools, exposing hundreds of children & teenage girls to real risks. The disregard shown by all levels of government toward everyday British Columbians never ceases to amaze me. The NDP’s North Shore MLAs welcomed the project. I’m unaware of any comments from Opposition MLAs. We don’t have to accept this as normal. It’s time for regular British Columbians to speak up. Email: [email protected] [email protected] Link:

A whole generation of children is going through an education system that openly advocates for decolonization, that actively seeks to ‘decentre’ western knowledge systems, and that teaches kids the land they stand on isn’t theirs. This is just one of the public domains in which the left have successfully pushed their ideological agenda, largely unchallenged, with real impacts on our collective future. And it’s one of the things Geoff Russ 🍁, Alexander Brown and I won’t be afraid to talk about at Without Diminishment (Without Diminishment). Learn more & subscribe here:

Repealing DRIPA is essential. But it’s just the start. Today I’m releasing my plan to repeal DRIPA, protect private property, restore democracy and unleash prosperity in BC. We need to put British Columbians back in charge of their land, their laws, and their future. Check it out:

Kerry-Lynne Findlay whipped the Conservative caucus to vote that Canada is a genocidal state. I stand up and fight back against NDP activists who compare our country's history to the worst atrocities in human history. One of us has a spine. One of us doesn't. British Columbians don't need a leader who folds to activist pressure and legitimizes lies about our country.

🚨Find a few minutes of your day and WATCH THESE 2 CLIPS featuring top aboriginal law expert Tom Isaac. You won’t regret it. 1️⃣ On the Cowichan decision, Isaac explains that – far from fearmongering – concerns around private property stemming from the Cowichan decision are well-founded. And, the impacts are not confined to Richmond but extend province-wide. 2️⃣ On the Haida agreement, Isaac explains that, despite all the talk of “consultation,” no one was consulted on whether or not their fee simple title would be part of an Aboriginal title agreement. And despite saying they’d consider the material concerns raised about the agreement, the provincial government went into court and got their judicial order anyway. 🔗

Are you okay with your kids being told the land they stand on doesn't belong to them? Are you okay with your kids being taught to feel ashamed of their history? I'm not. SOGI doesn't belong in classrooms. Activist ideology doesn't belong in classrooms. Shame and guilt don't belong in classrooms.

Gordon Campbell knows what it takes to deliver stability, strong government, and economic growth for British Columbians. As a former Premier and three-time majority winner, he helped build a stronger, more confident province. Honoured to have Gordon’s support as we work to unite and defeat the NDP. Join our movement:

Back to school means back to land acknowledgements in the classroom. But recent events in BC show that sometimes words aren’t just words. 4 reasons we need to stop doing land acknowledgements, right now: 1️⃣ Private property under threat 2️⃣ Democracy at stake 3️⃣ Park access restricted by ethnicity 4️⃣ Unhealthy division into ancestry-based groups We can’t keep endorsing this with our words.
