Extremely disappointed. A Zomato order was marked “Delivered,” but the customer never received it. The delivery partner even submitted a photo claiming the order had been left at the gate. However, CCTV footage appears to tell a different story. The customer has preserved the CCTV footage and reported the matter to Zomato for investigation. Customers deserve honest deliveries, and complaints backed by evidence should be taken seriously.

A private omni bus driver was brutally attacked by a drunken mob in the Asur area of Villupuram, Tamil Nadu. The bus was moving slowly near an ongoing flyover construction site. Enraged that the driver did not give way to their car, the group allegedly pelted the bus with stones and assaulted the driver with wooden sticks. The injured driver was taken to hospital. Six hours into the journey, a woman noticed a man continuously staring at her. She usually ignores such behaviour, but his persistent gaze made her uncomfortable enough to start recording him. Interestingly, the moment she began recording, he became visibly uncomfortable and stopped staring. But as soon as she stopped recording, the behaviour started again. This is an uncomfortable reality for many women travelling on public transport—the constant feeling of being watched, the uneasiness, and the persistent sense of insecurity throughout the journey. Everyone deserves to travel without feeling uncomfortable or unsafe.

A Thar driver first ran the vehicle over a student’s leg and then went on to completely smash an electric pole. SP sahab was absolutely right about the Thar. Once people get behind the wheel of a Thar, even otherwise sensible individuals seem to lose all sense and responsibility. This is not power.
