On assisted death for women with terminal anorexia: After a series of committee witnesses have dismissed Chelsea Roff's findings, Dr Naomi Richards says it happens in the AD model for this bill but is a "very minor issue", and "a bit of a red herring", a distraction from "a new mode of dying".
