🖤 WOW! Another amazing friend of Nolan Wells speaks: Tracestin Shepherd. I’ll call him T. With Brandon Tatum Part 5: 🖤 Mom said this wasn’t one of Nolan’s close friends (yet again), yet he parked cars at Nolan’s house for weeks, spent Spring Break with him, and traveled with him. 🖤 The beach fight. T got into a fight after a man inserted himself into him and his girlfriend’s discussion, took a swing at T, and the 2 fought. Later, Warren’s younger brother, Carter, got into a separate one-on-one fight with that SAME man. Nolan was not part of the fight. 🖤 It makes me wonder if Nolan was targeted later because he was with this friend group—or if that same man later inserted himself into Nolan’s conversation with Katie. 🖤 No obvious signs of a fight, THOUGH, per ME. Only the red discoloration on the back of Nolan’s neck, and part of his neck is still being retained by the first medical examiner. There could be medical explanations, but a couple of my guy friends wondered if maybe Nolan had been choked out. 🖤 Last sighting by T: Nolan and Katie were walking toward Wyatt’s boat while T headed to his uncle’s boat. T didn’t say Nolan was getting on the boat or leaving. Katie remains part of the timeline. 🖤 T says the “Give me my effing phone” voice is his, not Nolan’s. Nolan’s coach also said it wasn’t Nolan’s voice. 🖤 T said they searched with Wyatt the next day. I wish he’d said which boat. I’m assuming the 18-foot Palm Beach, since the 22-footer reportedly had water issues—but that’s only my assumption. Lastly, why aren’t we considering that Nolan may have gotten onto someone else’s boat and something happened there? Or that he simply got himself into trouble in the water? What if, under the influence of alcohol, he was injured and tried swimming to shore? Is that why he was found face down? Maybe he drank too much and suffered alcohol poisoning. Maybe someone put something in his drink. Maybe that’s why we’re not seeing clearer answers yet, and why toxicology could be so important. 🔗Link

UPDATE!!! Alex Criminal Network was also arrested! His daughter advised Damian. PCSD arrested DAA-JUICE after he was in front of Nancy Guthrie's home 5 minutes. Deputies said that when Juice was previously charged, that was considered a warning and that he was not supposed to return to the neighborhood, though, he was never informed of that restriction. Deputies stated the citation was for public nuisance. It also appeared that 857Tucson was being cited. On camera, the sheriff told 857 he was being instructed to take this action. I did not hear deputies read Juice his Miranda rights on camera. You can cut to 857 live video now! He got a ride back to his car left the neighborhood.

BREAKING: NANCY GUTHRIE! Possible sighting of the last two individuals known to be with Nancy Guthrie prior to her disappearance. JLR Investigates received a tip this evening. The individual states that Nancy’s daughter, Annie, has cut her hair into a pixie cut and dyed it bright red. I’m guessing that could be a wig. They also say Tommaso looks like he does in his photos. The sighting was reportedly in North Carolina. It should be noted that Sheriff Nanos said the Guthrie family cooperated with law enforcement and was “cleared.” What do you think?

She connected it to Wi-Fi and was later swarmed in a wash by police asking where she got it. She says they or someone told her it came from Nancy Guthrie’s property. MISINFORMATION Ryker Lee! During the conditions of release hearing today, the State informed the Judge, who was determining bond, that R.L. was a prior victim and, in addition, R.L. is the victim in the current case. Menzie’s public defender then advised the court that the “children are in DCS care.” The State did not correct her! The Judge was misinformed. He was NEVER told Ryker is still missing (now classified as a runaway) and issued a $10,000 cash or secured bond. A secured bond is ONLY $1,000! I was in touch with the prosecutor’s office, and a detective, Katie’s On The Case has also been in touch with the Pima County Sheriff's Department. A detective called me 3x. He listened to the entire Menzie hearing with me, agreed Judge was not given correct information and was sending the information over to Victim Services as well as to the assigned prosecuting attorney, Hayley Weigold. I can’t harp on this enough. This is extremely disturbing when you have a victim out there still missing and the abuser could get out for only $1,000 because of misinformation. This is how tragedies occur.

Everything Just Started Disappearing! I was looking for a publicly posted photo on Nancy Guthrie’s Facebook page when I noticed everything was disappearing. Over time, I’ve watched this very public Facebook page slowly delete or make certain photos private, then friends, comments, and eventually entire years’ worth of content. He has been out in the washes in the dark, filming, talking to the chat, all while dodging cacti! He had the drone up also, showing some stunning night views🌌. 🔴 A neighbor of Nancy Guthrie’s intentionally swerved toward Sleuth while he was filming yesterday. Was it the same car—the same neighbor heard yelling in JLR’s clip? I haven’t looked closely enough to determine whether it’s a GMC in JLR’s video. Later that day, PCSD responded to the area and, according to Sleuth’s video, referenced the incident.
