One of the comments yesterday under my post said- Sex with a woman over 40 is like filling the tank of a ‘wrecked’ car? Anyone who’s gone through basic military training knows this: If you’re lifting something heavy, you use your hips and yes, you look down to control the weight. Your hips are the strongest “power bar” your body has. Firefighters, soldiers, police officers, and anyone in physically demanding jobs learn this on day one. It’s basic biomechanics.
