I get asked all the time: “At what price would you approve a SpaceX-Tesla merger?” There is no price. There is a method. Here’s exactly how the proposal gets built — from the fairness opinions to the fixed exchange ratio shareholders will vote on, and why July makes sense.

1/4 Matic - the magic robot that cleans your home One of the perks of the X Takeover was to meet the great people of Matic Robots (incl. Mehul) They sent me spontaneously a Matic to our home, no ties attached, and I think the least I can do is to share the unpacking, mapping and first cleaning with you. Oh, and if you want free bags for a year, here the referral link: 1. Unpacking

Finished Maye Musk ’s Timeless in a day — paperback and her audiobook voice. Part memoir, part counsel: aging as force, late blooming as plan. Highly recommend it. Go all in. Be timeless.

⚖️ DE Chancery Court I am mad. Mad that one woman can hold a company hostage for so many years. And here is my warning to Companies incorporated in Delaware, to fund managers and financial analysts. And to Delaware's Governor Governor Matt Meyer, who missed a golden opportunity.

YouTube has banned alternative views on health. Please Elon Musk, X and Linda Yaccarino, reach out to Dr. Eric Berg (2bn views on YT) to bring him and his viewers here. The medical industrial complex with its gravy train is striking. Freedom of health information is Freedom of Speech

Two weeks in the SpaceX S-1… here are the parts that took me a little longer to get comfortable with. No drama — just transparency. I’m still not participating (merger view unchanged), but I thought others might find it useful. Article below 🚀

🌞 Lazy Sunday? A bunch of you asked for the exact step-by-step if SpaceX announces a merger of equals with Tesla this July. 👇 Completely hypothetical — I could be totally off on the dates. Bookmark it for when the real talk starts. Hope it’s useful. Take care everyone! 💙
