I found an app combo that makes my audio quality basically perfect in every app – OBS, Zoom, whatever. 1. Audio Hijack – lets me add effects to my actual mic input 2. Loopback – turns the output from Audio Hijack into a virtual input device This lets you use the virtual device as your input in any other app. You can even set it as your whole system's default input. Result: Perfect audio at the time of recording, in any app. I went down a rabbit hole to set this up because I was tired of my Loom recordings sounding so much worse than my YouTube videos. But this also solved issues in OBS, which doesn't support all of my audio plugins for some reason. I'm so pleased the result that I had to shoot a little video on it:

Full article capture to Notion on iPhone! This is a super early look at Flylighter on iOS. My team got this initial test build of the app up and running in a single month. Absolutely incredible. Next steps: ✅ Speed upgrades ✅ More capture modes - text highlights, voice recordings ✅ Capture history (so you can send a highlight to a previously captured page) Soon, you’ll have a full set of tools for capturing any idea or resource you find to Notion, instantly. Less friction = more action 💪

305lb x 5 Squats are back into the 300’s for working sets! Climbing back to my 2021 5-rep PR of 335. Aiming to be back to a 1,000lb total by the end of January.
