Seen this movement stuff for a while, so I finally gave it a go. This was my first time doing it, so it’s not perfect yet, it felts great… I wanna to start adding this into my daily routine. It’s meant to help with blood flow, lymphatic drainage, mobility, and getting the whole body moving. My body is way stiffer than it looks, tight shoulders, neck and back.. so this seems perfect and simple.

I used to practice that left hook to the body over and over and over and over again. Trying to rip through the heavy bag. I never ripped it… But I definitely left a dent. When it comes to improving anything, it’s about repetition. But not just random rounds on the heavy bag. I’m talking focused reps. Pick one shot, one combo… Dial it in until it becomes your secret weapon. Right?

In 2002, I was Sparring Darren Barker in a Cyprus training camp with the England Boxing team. Even though he was a weight below me, I remember being really nervous for this. I was 18 and had just moved up to the senior team, and he had just won the Commonwealth Games (and he was a bit of a celeb in the boxing world :) It was a great sparring him... I learned a lot. Here are the 4 rounds.
