It is happening!!! Came out better than I could imagine. We can go crazy in the programming after input from our coaches. We will have a Gear 1 (FORCE), Gear 2 (Heavy Accel), Gear 3 (Light Accel), and Gear 4 (MaxV on G Unit)) to track along with 10 constant resistance loads.

Just starting our deload last week and had guys proactive using the ground and the air. Still time to go harder and go for 11-12 yards. Peaking starts tomorrow.

Sample HS Schedule 😡: M 7:30-10:30 am. Track CONDITIONING. Lunges, Squats, Bench in Weight Room. Field Work. Tu 7:30-10:30 am. Speed and Plyos. Full Body Olympic Lifts. Field Work. W- Repeat Monday. Th- Repeat Th. If this looks familiar, your only option is to get slower.

I don't claim to be an expert, but getting RESULTS is so much easier than people think. Coaches always ask me (and I am happy to share) set numbers, rep counts, yardage, bar speeds, ground speeds, fly times...etc. You know what it comes down to? "Just don't do dumb stuff!"

This drill is performed by one of the best route runners in the NFL. Ran a legit 4.5 Laser at Indy (faster than people thought, credit to GRoGL SHREDmill). But this IS NOT ONLY a Wr drill. Imagine every field sport athlete being able to do this (our court sport).
