What would you say would be the ideal set up for a summer workout schedule. You get one hour outside and one hour inside the weight room each day, M-Th.

Unfortunately this is about right. Or even better they front squat, back squat and deadlift all in the same workout then do speed work after

They try to fit so much into so little. You can easily fill the buckets u want if it’s programmed correctly.
