Michael Cargill, owner of Central Texas Gun Works, says two of his employees were involved in the shooting. He says one is in the hospital, the other is being charged with murder. He says altercation that led to the shooting happened because a group of 12 people mistook them for other people in an earlier altercation, and shots were fired out of self defense. CBS Austin

The same gun shop owner who’s employees were involved in the shooting at an E Austin club last month, Michael Cargill, admits the gun used in the 12 shootings across Austin over the weekend was stolen by a teenager from his store. He says he did not know they were teenagers when they entered the store, and would not specify how it was able to be stolen after asking him multiple times. CBS Austin

Austin's newest comedy movie, "The Long Shot" is hitting the big screen this week. It was filmed and based in Austin, and directed by Austinite, AUSTIN NICHOLS. Nichols says the state's new film incentive program which was passed into state law, SB22, is going to bring more movies to Texas, and stay in Texas. The attorney handling the lawsuit against Tesla involving the 6th street shooter, Ndiaga Diagne, told us Diagne threw a 65-year-old woman to the ground outside the gigafactory back in December when she was trying to walk into work. He told us Diagne was praying on his knees in the middle of the walk way, and the woman was trying to walk around him. CBS Austin
