32 kg (70.5 lb) dumbbells, about 65 degree incline, 5 reps, not close to failure. Please critique. Weak setup is my biggest concern. This is sort of "grease the groove" strength training. I didn't expect to do more than 3. Will increase angle next time. Might need to buy heavier dumbbells. 3rd set after one warm up set and one 28 kg x 10 set. Doing one more after this. Also doing neutral grip pull ups and Bulgarian split squats today as a superset.

I'm voting for Donald Trump That's the short version. Long version in this video. As a libertarian this is a very difficult decision. Trump and the Republicans are mostly terrible. Biden and the Democrats are just that much worse. Elon Musk does play a role in my thinking, but not his endorsement at all. I see Elon as doing great things for humanity and our government should support him in his efforts. The Biden administration and the Democratic Party have been attacking Elon for years now. Trump isn't perfect on Elon but he's been generally positive. So I've decided to vote for Trump.
