So missing link is now flooded and apparently closed. Probably part of the first rain testing plan mentioned by CM Devendra Fadnavis the other day when speaking about 2 potholes. Literally the first major rain and we are exposed! You would think they plan for Landslides, heavy rains as the first thing when building a project in Sahyadris but no! पुणे भाजपने केलेल्या भ्रष्टाचाराचा फक्त शनिवार पेठ या एका प्रभागातील नमुना: १. नदीवर एक १.५ कोटीचा पूल बांधला पण तो पूल गायब आहे . २. नसलेल्या पुलावर सुशोभीकरणासाठी १ कोटी खर्च केले. ३. आधीच असलेल्या वाहनतळावर केवळ सुधारणेसाठी २ कोटी खर्च केलेत. २०१७-२२ या पाच वर्षात असे १००-१५० कोटी शनिवार पेठ प्रभागात तिथल्या ४ नगरसेवकांनी खर्च केलेत. चारही नगरसेवक भाजपचे आहेत. पुणे शहरात असे ४० प्रभाग आणि भाजपचे १०० नगरसेवक होते. आता एकूण अंदाज तुम्ही लावा आणि मग मतदान करा!

Raj Thackeray had proposed a beautiful RFD in Pune to the then BJP Mayor in 2017. See the aesthetics in that and compare it with what BJP have built! Also, he planned to do this using CSR funds leaving no room for corruption. BJP is doing it from PMC money which helped only contractors. They haven’t cleaned the river, they have replaced trees with concrete, so much so that it is going to be useless due to heat during day time in summer and because of water levels in rainy season.
