The thing about AI animations ads that people on X don't tell you is that the script and visual directions are WAY more important that the actual generation itself. Anyone can animate a character in Higgsfield. Writing a DR script and pairing it with GOOD visual directions is what will determine whether it performs or not. We have our strategists' handle the ideation and scripting, and have hired a full-time specialist AI video editor to do the visuals. I have to say it's been one of the best hires we've made.

Over the next 8 weeks, I’ll be training my creative team on EVERYTHING they need to know about using AI to make ads. Jimmy slagle and I have decided to open the doors and sell access to these live trainings for those looking to make more winning ads with AI. We’ll be covering: - Prompting techniques to generate headlines and scripts that convert - Building workflows in tools like Gumloop and Poppy that know your brand inside-out - How to use AI research tools like DeepResearch and Reddit Answers to surface relevant insights instantly - Breakdowns of real prompts that led to high-performing ads - Step-by-step training on how to create static and motion ads using tools like Flux, Kling, and ChatGPT Image Gen - How to create AI knowledge bases that your whole team can use - Becoming your team’s go-to AI expert (even if you're not technical) - What tools are coming next (like Veo 3 and Sora-style video generation) and how to prepare for the future …basically all the skills we think you’ll need to become an AI-first Creative Strategist. Enterprise brands pay us $1,000/hr to teach this stuff. But we’re giving you access to 8x sessions for just $1,499. And you’ll also get our SOPs, Prompt Libraries and exclusive AI trainings. The first live session is on June 12th, then they’re every Thursday for 8 weeks. to see the full curriculum and book your spot.

On the left is the top performing ad in the ad account. On the right is the viral organic post it was based on. Recreating organic content in your niche is one of the most effective ways to find winning ads. Here’s how we do it: 1. Search TikTok and Shorts for content around the problem/desired transformation (e.g. ”how to grow glutes”) 2. Save down top performing content to Foreplay 3. Take the transcription from Foreplay and input it to ChatGPT with the prompt below 4. Tweak the script and send it over to the creator Prompt (full script): "Now knowing what you know about my brand, rewrite this script for BRAND but instead, position the PRODUCT as the solution." Prompt (talking points): "Now knowing what you know about my brand, take this same structure and give me talking points to recreate it - but instead for a version where PRODUCT is positioned as the solution."

I’ve seen a few people post our David Protein ads over the last week, so I’m going to break down one of them myself. Recently we’ve tried to lean into editing EXACTLY like an organic creator would. If you scroll through the organic feed for 5 minutes, you realise that there’s a big difference between how advertisers edit UGC ads vs how real creators actually edit. And consumers are getting better and better at sniffing out the fakes. In this ad, we’ve used: ✅ Combination of aroll and broll ✅ Combination of scripted and unscripted sections ✅ Different text styles ✅ No soundtrack (!!) All of which are small components, but together they make this feel like a piece of content you’d see on the organic feed - not just another UGC ad. There’s actually other versions of this where we use text other than the captions and/or no captions at all. In any case, the acid test we use on a LOT of our ad creative is “what would this script/shot/edit look like if it was done by an organic creator?” Keep on relentlessly asking this question and it’s impossible for your low production content not to get better.
