He warned of impending mass killings and bloodshed. Speaking in Hausa, the leader blended ethnic grievances with religious rhetoric, comparing the Chobo tribe to Israel to assert that a smaller group could defeat its opponents. The threat stems from an ongoing land and chieftaincy dispute between the Bachama and Chobo communities in Lamurde, which has persisted despite prior peace agreements. In the video, the militia leader accused the Deputy Governor of Adamawa State, Professor Kaletapwa Farauta, of sponsoring Bachama fighters and fueling the conflict He concludes with a call for Nigerians to reject violence.
