In the winter, the cold air from the street goes through an underground pipe and heats up before entering the house. ☀️ In the summer, the hot air is cooled down in the same pipe. That is, the earth functions as both a natural conditioner and a heater. It does not replace heating or air conditioning completely, but it greatly reduces costs and makes the air in the house more comfortable 👍
