Just an anecdote, but today a German air force ppl transport was spoofed all the way to Hanover, and down to ~1000m altitude at that. I have not kept close enough track to say if unique, but it is remarkably far and low and did not start by Kaliningrad as usual but in E Poland

The pattern of Russia-affiliated tankers avoiding hostile south Baltic Swedish waters have strengthened. No outbound tankers has passed north of Bornholm since Sat and today inbound tankers started showing the same pattern. This is brand new behavior, at least since Jan 1 2026.

Southeast Baltic Sea saw a new strong surface level GNSS attack starting July 1 after a week of less intense spectrum. Full data for Swedish stations is not in, but judging from Bornholm it died down morning July 2. As is customary, all GNSS band were affected.
