"Has a performer ever fallen in love with you after a scene?" It's one of the questions I get asked the most... and my answer might surprise you. I've built amazing friendships throughout my career, but when the cameras stop rolling, everyone deserves to go back to living their own lives. That's something I've always respected. Professionalism matters. Boundaries matter. Respect matters. Watch Full Episode Here:

"Just put down the fork." That's the advice I was given when I opened up about compulsive eating. In this conversation, bariatric surgeon Dr. Bernie Hanna explains why obesity is far more complex than simply eating less or exercising more. Hormones. Genetics. Biology. They're all part of the conversation, and ignoring them is one reason so many people feel like they're failing. If you've ever been told to "just have more willpower," this episode might change the way you think about obesity. 🎙️ My conversation with Bernie Hanna MD is LIVE now on YouTube, Spotify, and Apple Podcasts. Would I ever refuse to work with someone? The answer is simple. In this industry, safety always comes first. Before anyone steps onto a set, performers are required to undergo regular testing, and if those standards aren't met, filming doesn't happen. It's not personal; it's about protecting everyone involved. There are so many misconceptions about how the adult industry operates, and I think it's important to have honest conversations about what really happens behind the scenes. Have you ever been surprised by something you've learned about the industry? 👇🏽 Let me know in the comments.

She lost 40 pounds, but most of it was muscle. That's one of the biggest concerns people overlook when using GLP-1 medications or losing weight too quickly. In this episode, bariatric surgeon Dr. Bernie Hanna explains why preserving muscle is just as important as losing fat—and why strength training should be part of the conversation. He also shares why he believes cardio has been overemphasized when it comes to long-term health and weight loss. 🎙️ My conversation with Bernie Hanna MD is LIVE now on YouTube, Spotify, and Apple Podcasts. Do you struggle to separate your porn persona from your true self? No matter the career, it's hard for all of us to find that balance. No matter what industry you're in, I think a lot of people will relate to this one. Sometimes the healthiest thing you can do is step away, get grounded, and remember who you are outside of work. 🎙️ The full episode is live now on YouTube, Spotify, and Apple Podcasts. One of the biggest takeaways from my conversation with 𝕯𝖊𝖛𝖎𝖑’𝖘 𝕯𝖆𝖗𝖑𝖎𝖓’ DAHLIA was the importance of authenticity. What I loved most about her work is that it isn't scripted or manufactured for the camera. It's about capturing real intimacy, real connection, and real moments between people. It was such a refreshing conversation about rethinking how intimacy can be portrayed and why authenticity matters. If you haven't watched the episode yet, I hope you'll give it a listen. And if you have, I'd love to know your biggest takeaway! Please follow and subscribe to Ava Devine's Bad Advice, and don't forget to leave a comment. I read them all and love hearing from you. See you next week! 💕 Next episode drops June 30th

This week on Ava Devine’s Bad Advice, I sit down with Bariatric surgeon Bernie Hanna to discuss one of the most important and controversial health topics in America today: obesity. With obesity rates continuing to climb, millions of Americans are struggling with chronic disease, mobility issues, mental health challenges, and a healthcare system that often leaves them feeling blamed rather than supported. Bernie explores the difference between body positivity and health positivity, the realities of bariatric surgery, the rise of GLP-1 medications like Ozempic and Retatrutide, and why traditional weight loss advice often fails. This episode is about empowerment, education, and helping people understand that improving their health is not about becoming perfect; it’s about gaining more years, more energy, more freedom, and a better quality of life. Whether you’re struggling with your own weight, supporting a loved one, or simply trying to separate facts from internet myths, this episode delivers practical advice and hope. 🎙️ Watch the full conversation with Bernie Hanna MD on Ava Devine’s Bad Advice, Wednesday, July 15th, on YouTube and listen on Spotify and Apple. We’re often told that certain women aren’t “relationship material,” whether it’s because of their age, their profession, or how they express their sexuality. On this week’s episode of Ava Devine’s Bad Advice, I sit down with Mellanie Monroe and Nikole Mitchell to unpack the stigma around dating adult entertainers, the double standards placed on mature women, and why desire is often accepted privately, but judged publicly. This conversation dives into age - gap relationships and unpacking the difference between genuine connection and power imbalance. One of the biggest misconceptions about trans adult entertainers is that it's "just about the money." Emma Rose 🌹 details the genuine connections she's built with her fans over the years, the vulnerability she's shared with them, and why loving what you do can exist alongside making a living. If we're allowed to be offended by jokes about violent tragedy, why is it controversial to be offended by jokes about someone's trauma, body, sexuality, or profession? In this solo episode of Ava Devine's Bad Advice, I'm talking about the double standards around public ridicule, online content, and the way some people justify targeting others for entertainment. I wasn't bothering anyone. I wasn't picking a fight. Yet somehow, people decided that I was fair game for content. There's a difference between comedy and punching down. Hi, My Devine Disciples! As you know, I have been getting requests from you guys to do weekly Q&A’s. Well, my Disciples, you asked, and you shall receive! Welcome to the first episode of AMA Sundays, where you guys ask me anything about: ❤️ Relationships & Love 🧠 Self Image & Identity 🌿 Health & Wellbeing 💛 Healing, Recovery & Sobriety 🎭 Adult Entertainment (PG questions only!) The purpose of this show has always been to uncover shame and ask a bigger question: What does life look like when we stop living with shame? I want to create a space where we can have honest conversations, support one another, and learn to live more unapologetically. I’m so grateful for this community we’re building together, and I can’t wait to answer all the questions on your mind. I love you all, Ava

Ava’s Afterthoughts, Week 4. This week’s episode handled a very important and relevant discussion about double standards, and the hypocrisy women face when it comes to their careers and age. The comment section was on fire! So many of you responded with great insight, support and love for my guests Mellanie Monroe and Nikole Mitchell. I had so much fun talking to you guys- I have the best community ever. I will admit, I wasn’t sure how you all would respond to my new material; this podcast is a real passion of mine and I wanted to dig deeper into bigger topics that centred the things that matter to me. You all embraced this direction with so much love and positivity; the part I love most about that is how we have been able to get to know each other more. Our discussions in my DMs and comment sections have been exhilarating. So as I wrap up May, I want to send a big thank you to every single one of you in my community. I see you, I love talking to you and I love you! Cheers to more discussions in June and more time together. Love, Ava ❤️
