Our 7 cow moms are now giving us a total of about 15litres of milk per day for human consumption (the rest is drank by calves). We have more than we need as a family and staff. We are tired of eating hodzeko daily and have no more storage. My wife has ordered supplies from SA for us to start making some cheese 🧀 for now will let the calves have their way as we can’t keep accumulating milk.

Whenever I post with machinery I get bombarded by my zim diaspora experts about Health and Safety , PPE and “you should”. Perfection is the enemy of progress. The west was built first, coal, asbestos, drilling , hard labour. The and only then , when they achieved and were prosperous , did they start all this other shit to slow you down. We have to work with what we have comrades. What we don’t have in money, we have in time. Thanks for coming to my Ted Talk.

About 13 years ago carl joshua ncube made a Joke... He toured the world and told it everywhere as part of his set. I heard him do it 1000 times. It was put on Youtube by Showmax and got 230 views only. Then Learnmore Jonasi (who used to do internet bar jokes as Long John) Stole the joke and went viral. Life is funny

Last year I attended my mother’s Doctorate at Pretoria University. I’m not sure how many my degrees my parents hold between them , but both now hold peer reviewed PHDs. My mom got here at 75 yrs old, after 50 plus years being an educator ( many on this app where taught by one of my parents.) . Till today we don’t really call her Dr or Doc. Real academics don’t need to self aggrandise with PHDs because they do it to further one topic in a field they care about to their peers. They try push their line of study and defend their findings to be awarded the accolade. The Zimbabwean curse of Fake PHDs totally devalues people who have put many many years of dedication in their fields.
