My phone just pinged me with an “on this day” memory from this day three years ago on 9/20/23. We were in Eagle Pass, TX and witnessed a mass illegal crossing of more than 4,000 illegal aliens crossing in one single spot in just two hours, leading to CBP having to shut down the nearby international bridges & ports of entry. Fox News was the only network there. The only resistance offered was Texas military & DPS assets which had placed razor wire at the edge of the river, but the Biden Border Patrol cut through it and in one infamous case, even used heavy machinery to lift it out of the way so the illegal aliens could proceed into the U.S. A complete free for all that day - and it would get even worse three months later in December 2023 when the illegal crossings reached the highest ever recorded in U.S. history with more than 11,000 in a single day.

NEW: The city of Denver has released video showing ICE chasing down & arresting a suspected Tren de Aragua gang member who had just been released from jail after Denver refused to hand him over to ICE inside the safety of facility due to sanctuary policy. Instead, he was street released and fled upon seeing ICE agents. ICE says he assaulted an agent while being taken into custody. 9NEWS Denver reports that ICE requested a 48 hour heads up on his release, but they received that notification from the Denver Co. jail 90 minutes beforehand via email. ICE says it makes no sense for sanctuary policy to ban transfers inside the jail, where it is safer for everyone. In this case, six ICE officers had to show up to apprehend the uncuffed TdA gang member after he was released from the jail. Denver Mike Johnston says he reached out to ICE yesterday and is asking to sit down with them to discuss “best procedures” moving forward.

It’s a total free for all in Eagle Pass right now. Mass illegal crossing taking place for over an hour and a half. Almost 2 years to the day we saw 15,000+ Haitians under the bridge in Del Rio, we now have thousands of predominantly Venezuelans gathering under Eagle Pass bridge.

NEW: Our cameras were rolling in Lukeville, AZ as groups of illegal immigrants rushed through a breach in the border wall as Border Patrol & federal contractors were trying to fix it. Their human smuggler then shrugs at our cameras & salutes us. Cuts/breaches all over wall here.

BREAKING: Fox News has obtained intense video showing CBP agents’ perspective inside their vehicle as it is pelted with rocks while they attempt to leave the anti-ICE protest in Paramount, CA today. You can hear & see the windows & windshield breaking w/ each hit. Federal source who sent me this video tells this attack could have killed one of the Border Patrol agents or caused a serious crash. The rocks broke clean through the windshield, leaving a gaping hole. (Aftermath images in next post).

NEW: The Texas Military Department confirms the TX National Guard has seized control of Shelby Park in Eagle Pass (city property where mass illegal crossings are), and is restricting Border Patrol from accessing the area, saying the Feds “perpetuate illegal crossings”. This is the area where Border Patrol has been cutting TX razor wire. Razor wire and fences are now deployed to block the area off from the public and federal government. Attached video is from our crew on the ground this morning as they began blocking it off. You can expect DOJ to sue Texas over this. Texas Military Department statement: “The Texas National Guard has maintained a presence with security points and temporary barrier in Shelby Park since 2021. The current posture is to prepare for future illegal immigrant surges and to restrict access to organizations that perpetuate illegal immigrant crossings in the park and greater Eagle Pass area.” I reached out to CBP/Border Patrol in the sector for comment hours ago - no response yet.

BREAKING: Our contact in Juarez, MX tells us a massive group of at least 1,000 migrants just attempted to rush a port of entry in El Paso in an effort to get into the United States. Video shows them pushing past the Mexican side of Paso Del Norte bridge. Awaiting CBP comment.

NEW: Video provided to Fox News by TX Congressman Rep. Tony Gonzales shows extreme overcrowding at the Border Patrol Central Processing Center in El Paso, TX. Congressman Gonzales says he took the video on Friday, when 4,600 migrants were in federal custody. Capacity is only 1,040.

NEW: I asked House Minority Leader Hakeem Jeffries (D-NY) about Nancy Pelosi saying in 2011 that President Obama didn't need Congressional approval to bomb Libya, but Dems now say President Trump needs approval to bomb Iran? Jeffries said Iran is "very different" & told me "I don't even understand the genesis or basis of that question...not suggesting you're asking it in bad faith." When I pointed out that the Libya bombing campaign went on for 7 months, (and also included a no-fly zone), Jeffries said he wasn’t in Congress at the time and that the Trump admin "isn't even pretending to have intelligence at this point" to justify the strikes in Iran.

NEW: Last night at the Portland ICE building, we witnessed anti-ICE protesters burning an American flag. Nick Sortor then grabbed it from them, put the flames out, and took away what was left of the flag. Nick was arrested later in the night by Portland PD after videos appear to show him surrounded by anti-ICE protesters. It’s unclear what exactly happened, we are working on getting in touch with him once he is released from custody. We had seen Nick get surrounded and verbally threatened by protesters the previous night. He posted on X that he felt Portland PD would arrest him if he tried to defend himself.

NEW: My former FOX 11 Los Angeles colleague Kevin captured video of the moment the #PalisadesFire first broke out on Tuesday morning. He runs AIRLINE VIDEOS at LAX, where he has live cameras set up. At 10:26 AM, as a Delta flight lands, you see the first small plume of smoke in the hills in the background. At 10:28 AM, as a United flight lands, the smoke plume can be seen growing larger. At 10:30 AM, Kevin notices the fire and active flames, and begins talking about it. By 10:42 AM, the fire is fully established and the flames begin moving toward homes. Video credit: AIRLINE VIDEOS

NEW: Security video shows a group of suspected illegal immigrants trying to break into a ranch house in Edwards County, TX earlier this month. House is about 50 miles inland from border. Property owner tells me this has happened before, & she has spent $13k upgrading security.

I shot this video while on a boat in the Rio Grande in Del Rio, TX on 9/18/2021 as 15,000+ Haitians flooded across the border illegally and set up a camp underneath the international bridge. Mayorkas later admitted 12,000+ of them were released into the U.S. Many of them later discarded their IDs and paperwork showing they had been living and working in South American countries for years (mostly Chile) as they prepared to make fraudulent asylum claims. Their documents were all over the ground. We collected many of them. House will vote on extending Haitian TPS today at 1:30pm.

WATCH: Four weeks ago, a frustrated ICE agent in the sanctuary city of Boston contacted me, telling me a group of anti-ICE agitators had just blown their operation to arrest a Salvadoran fugitive who is wanted in his home country on an arrest warrant for child rape & had been living near a Boston elementary school. He told me while he & his team were in their vehicles surveilling the target's residence in East Boston & waiting for him to come out, the ICE team was quickly surrounded by activists who blew whistles, cursed at them, and said they were traumatizing children at the nearby school down the street. Their cover was blown, the whole neighborhood was alerted, and the child rapist wasn't arrested. The agent provided me several videos of the activists interfering that day (February 12th) as they unknowingly protected the child rapist from ICE arrest due to blind opposition to ICE. The agent asked me to sit on the videos until they were able to arrest the target. I’m told that fugitive target is now in ICE custody four weeks later (arrested March 10th). The agent says the target, a child rapist, was on the streets four weeks longer than he should have been because activists interfered without having any clue who they were protecting - and they dealing with this almost every day. I’m told his the target’s name is WALTER ROBERTO VIDES-ORTEZ, a Salvadoran national who crossed the Texas border illegally in 2016, the same year that El Salvador issued an arrest warrant for him for the offense of child rape.

BREAKING: One of the largest mass illegal crossings we have ever seen took place in Eagle Pass, TX this morning, w/ Border Patrol sources telling us over 2,200 people crossed there since midnight. It happened right next to the port of entry, as illegal immigrants continue to ignore Biden admin messaging of “do not come”, & do not fear the promised “consequences” for crossing illegally. NEW: Video from source in Eagle Pass shows Border Patrol cutting through razor wire placed by the state of TX to allow migrants to enter & be processed after crossing illegally. Texas DPS tells me this is the first time they know of this happening, and that it’s being looked into for potential destruction of TX property. The federal government’s position is that once migrants are on U.S. soil, under U.S. law, they need to be processed, and cannot be repelled or turned away. Texas is taking a much different approach, and has been physically blocking migrants under orders from Governor Greg Abbott. TXDPS tells me the location this video was shot at is private property, and that they have permission from the owner to lay down razor wire and arrest migrants for criminal trespassing. This Border Patrol agent is likely just doing what he’s been told - but this will likely lead to more friction between TX & the Feds, who have drastically different approaches at the border.
